Alles gut, außer Schwimmbad, denn Kinder sind nicht willkommen, es sei denn, wir gehen zum Prince Hotel (10 Minuten zu Fuß), das kostenpflichtig ist. Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es einen Swimmingpool für mein Mädchen (9 Jahre) hat und neben dem Tokyo Tower liegt. Leider sind Kinder im Pool nicht willkommen. Ich werde das nächste Mal nicht wiederkommen, da es nicht kinderfreundlich ist. Es hat meine Reise ruiniert... Auch die Skybar, Kinder haben zum Abendessen keinen Zutritt....... Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort und sahen, dass eine leere Schokoladentüte neben einem öffentlichen Telefon (neben der Aufzugslobby) nicht gereinigt wurde. Noch 4 Tage da.... erstaunlich......

The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

Wir waren von meinem Sohn gebucht, als wir angekommen waren und wir sind mit der gesamten Umgebung zufrieden! Seit 2019 nicht reist, musste sich umstellen und das Personal und die Umgebung haben uns sehr geholfen! Jeder Aspekt des Hotels war Kundenorientiert und Covid bewusst! In der Rezeption war nichts ein Problem und es gab einen ausgezeichneten Englisch-Spracher! Das Essenszimmer passte unseren Bedürfnissen an und die Veranda gab umfangreiche Aussichten auf die Stadt und den Tokio Tower! Das Essen war großzügig und gut vorbereitet und das Abendessen war sehr gut! Ich muss Ken in unserem ersten Aufenthalt besonderen Dank aussprechen und seine sorgfältige Aufmerksamkeit auf unsere Bedürfnisse und unser Verständnis!! Wir würden dieses Hotel gründlich empfehlen, wenn die Menschen nach Japan und natürlich Tokio zurückkehren!

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

We always love staying at Tokyo Prince hotel! This time it was bigger room so we fully enjoyed our stay. Location is great very close to venter of Tokyo and easy to go to Haneda airport. This time I have learnt that there is a shuttle bus to Hamamatsu-cho station which is very convenient. Stuffs are very polite and friendly that make us feel comfortable and they’re willing to help us. Thai time we also enjoyed a course at one of Japanese restaurants which was very delicate and superb! We fully recommend others to try if they want to try proper Japanese food! One thing that I was disappointed this time was that room desk was dirty, looked like cleaning wasn’t donw properly so I had to clean it by myself. ( looked like previous customers tea or food stain was still there at a desk ) Tokyo Price hotel is one of the traditional and famous legendary hotel so I hope they can improve their cleaning method and make sure it’s clean before new customers come and stay. And when we stayed there before there was coffee machine but seems not this time so it was a hit disappointed too…hope they can provide it again… However over all our stay was comfortable so we will come back when we come back to Japan!

Dieses Hotel hat nicht viele Bewertungen und bietet einige Erfahrungen. Lage: Auf der anderen Straßenseite im Shiba Park, auf der anderen Straßenseite, ist es super praktisch, zum Tokyo Tower zu gehen. Die Nacht ist immer noch schön. Es ist bequem, eine halbe Stunde Fahrt vom Flughafen zu nehmen. Umgebung: Das Hotel ist recht stimmungsvoll, die Lobby ist geräumig und hell, und es gibt nicht viele Touristen. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und spricht Englisch. Ich blieb fünf Nächte und hörte die Stimme des chinesischen Volkes nicht. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Zimmer: Zwei große und mittelgroße mittelgroße Zweibettzimmer, Kinder 8 Jahre alt, kein Problem, das Zimmer ist relativ geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber es gibt immer noch eine Stufe, die nicht niedrig ist, und ältere Menschen sind nicht sehr bequem. Es ist sehr praktisch, einen kleinen Kühlschrank zu haben. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, die Leute waren nicht viel, die Umgebung im ersten Stock ist gut. Einkaufen in der Umgebung: Das Hotel im Erdgeschoss ist kein belebtes Viertel. Am Morgen spürt man die Hektik und Stille der Büroangestellten. Gehen Sie für sieben oder acht Minuten zur JR-Linie und haben Sie einen Familiensupermarkt, die Alipay-Siedlung. Die Rezeption rief das chinesische Personal an und übersetzte zwischen uns. Sehr gut, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Das Gesamtgefühl ist recht gut, elf Preise sind etwas teurer. Wenn Sie gerne shoppen, müssen Sie trotzdem in der Nähe von Ginza Shinjuku wohnen. Es ist zwei Haltestellen von Ginza entfernt und das Taxi kostet 100 Yuan.

Der Verkehr ist bequem und die Rezeption ist sehr vorsichtig. Das Zimmer ist wie andere Hotels, nicht groß, es gibt einen Verschlüsselungsgerät, der erste Stock ist Rosen Bequemlichkeitsgeschäft und die andere Seite hat eine ganze Familie. Der Preis ist empfehlenswert, wenn er akzeptiert wird.

Location: 1) It's 5 mins ride from Ginza , taxi is about 880 to 12xx yen depends on timing so if you have a few people travelling , taking taxi is a good option. 2)It has 2 metro stations nearby with very short walk. I tried to google actual view for the walk before ibarrived japan and it felt like much longer than it actually is. Both stations are just around the cornor. Daimon station is on Asakusa line, and Onarimon station on Toei Mita line. 3) Many convenience stores nearby and 2 are particularly almost just next to the building with less than a hubdred steps walk i bet. 4) Many eatery around the area too, if ypu are willing to walk down for 10 to 15mins to shinbashi direction, it's a full street of resturants and drinking places run until late. 5) We rented a car for a few days for our driving trip. The hotel offers 24 hrs parking (no hourly rate option although they have the price, guess that hourly price is for dine in customers) for arpund 2500 yen but there are a few open public carpark just outside the hotel where you can park your car for just 500 yen as maximum between 1900 to 0800 ( its perfect for us as we go back late n go out early everyday) The premise: 1) Not the newest but very well maintained, clean and neat 2) It's extremely close to Tokyo tower, you can take close shot of it when you walk back to hotel. We stayed in even number room which is not facing Tokyo tower side so i bet the Odd number rooms would be able to see it from their window😉 3) There's free nespresso coffee machine at check in lobby, we fueled ourselves with it every morning before we start our joruney of the day 4) Rooms are small but very well design with good utilisation of spaces 5) We booked a 3 bedder room with bunk beds , my kid loves it and got very excited running up and down every night. The bed is with mostly round cornors which is a nice detail that a mom who travel with kid wpuld appriciate 6) Although the rooms are small but they have a reading room on each floor where you can have some private quiet time for yourself if you need so, and the lobby has plenty of comfortable setting where you can bring your computer to work or i think its a great idea when we saw a group of friends drinking there too. Improvement recommendation: 1) There are 3 shelves in the bathroom , top is for brushing cups, it's better to add something at the edge or a tray to avoid falling of cup as when it's wet , it's easy to slide down. I broke one 😅 as im not tall and the cups were one next to each other, so it's quite easy to have accident breaking it 2) The hotel website can add transportation to and from the 2 airports and other popular destinations as the location is really not bad. It's very helpful for those who are looking at the hotel to make up their mind. 3) The website can also show some reference for taxi cost going to nearby popular tourist destinations for reference of distance , that makes the hotel a more tourist friendly option. Conclusion: I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.

Excelente!! Quarto pequeno, mas completo, com tudo o que se precisa para uma boa estadia, e até muito mais!! O banheiro é excelente, com xampus, sabonetes e as fomosas privadas ou vasos sanitários japoneses. Recepção ”contactless”, ou seja, o check-in é feito em uma máquina, mas há funcionários à disposição ao lado. Café, chá e diversos itens disponíveis gratuitamente na recepção (escovas de cabelo, escovas de dente, pasta de dente, etc). além de lavanderia (com tarifas boas). Localização, excelente, com bares e restaurantes na própria rua e na rua ao lado. O hotel se encontra exatamente em frente à saída A5 da estação Daimon do metrô. Há trens/metrô diretos do aeroporto de Narita para essa estação Daimon, mas há que se informar sobre os horários na loja Keisei no aeroporto de Narita (pagamos menos de 2.000 ienes por pessoa). E bem perto (a menos de 200 metros) da estação de ”monorail” para o aeroporto de Haneda (pagamos 500 ienes por pessoa). Para Tóquio, excelente ”rapport qualité-prix”!!

Dies ist ein wirklich großartiges Hotel und sehr zentral gelegen. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in einem Doppelzimmer und haben sehr gut geschlafen. Die Toilette war sehr klein, wie es in jedem Hotel in Tokio üblich ist, aber die Annehmlichkeiten und die Warmwasserdusche waren sehr gut. Das einzige Problem war, dass die Check-out-Zeit 11 Uhr statt 12 Uhr war. Wir mussten uns beeilen und früher als erwartet gehen, da sie uns wegen des Auscheckens anriefen! Eine Taxifahrt von diesem Hotel zum Bahnhof Tokyo JR kostet etwa 2500 Yen. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber und der Kundenservice war höflich, obwohl sie kein Englisch sprechen konnten (es wurde nicht erwartet, dass sie Englisch sprechen). Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Tokyo Grand Hotel wirklich großartig.

Vor 4 Tagen wurde von der offiziellen Anwendung gebucht, obwohl es versucht wurde, den Aufenthalt auf dem Auto-Unterstützungs-Unterkunftsgerät zu bearbeiten, ist es auch mehrmals gleich, wenn es keine Registrierung gibt. ‼ Ergebnisse sagen, dass das Personal der Rezeption die Rezeption ‥‥ Wenn es sich um eine Selbsthilfe-Rezeption handelt, was ist ⁉ Es gibt auch die ursprüngliche Hotel-Rezeption, die speziell von der Tragestelle und anderen Orten ein Teil der Rezeption gespeichert wird ‼ Es ist besser, die Rezeption ⁇⁇ Wenn es sich um eine Selbsthilfe-Rezeption handelt Ich denke, es wird nur noch einmal arbeiten, wenn ich auf der Rezeption geblieben bin! Die Einfuhrkosten für die Selbsthilfe-Unterkunft sind nicht teuer ⁉ Was soll man sagen, dass es bei einem Cash-free Hotel kein Bargeld gibt, zumindest Bargeld zurück kann nur Bargeld ‼⁇‼⁇ Die Unterkunftskosten sind ca ohne Bargeld zurückzuzahlen. Wer hält die Hotelbeamten nicht für interessant, Bargeld zu zahlen? Keine Bargeld ist auch nur für Kreditkarten und QR-Codes bezahlt. Obwohl es sich um ein Hotel in Chika Station handelt, ist die Verkehrskarte Suica wie nicht brauchbar ‼ Natürlich Edy, Waon, Nanaco wie elektronische Gelder nicht brauchbar ‼ Bargeldfreier Service ist begrenzt, aber nicht bequem. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber es gibt keine Treppen ohne Schrankendesign mit einem Schlafzimmer. Es gibt keine Kleiderschranke, aber es gibt sechs Kleiderrahmen. Es gibt Rabattgepäck. Es gibt einen SHARP-Luftreiniger mit einem SHARP-Geräte. TV ist 40-Zoll-Android-TV aus Toshiba. YouTube, Netflix, Ameba-Netwerkdienste können im Fernsehen betrachtet werden. BS kann sehen, aber CS kann nicht sehen. Sie können auch die Verwendung des Waschhauses und die Überlastung des Restaurants bestätigen. Das Bett ist 140 cm breit. Der Kopftisch hat eine Vielzahl von Beleuchtungsschaltern, Sitze und USB-Terminals. Der Kühlschrank ist ein kleines Tor, das Tohiba hergestellt hat. Der Tisch ist kleiner als 40 cm breit. Auf dem Tisch gibt es einen Sitz, USB- und LAN-Terminal. Es gibt einen Tiger-Heißwasserschrank. Das Wasser im Hotel scheint alle sauber zu sein. 2F Es gibt einen Waschraum, einen Eismaschine und einen Mikrowellenschrank. Außerdem können die Waschräume mit elektronischem Geld bezahlt werden. 1F Es gibt bekannte Bequemlichkeitsgeschäfte vor dem Leuchtschrank. Kaffee und Tee wie schnelle Trinkeinrichtungen, Zahnfleisch, Schneidmesser, Körperwaschen usw. nötig. Im Gegenteil, es gibt nichts im Gästezimmer ‼ aus dem Gästezimmer, man kann den Tokio-Turm sehen. Außerdem sehen wir die Höhen der Earl Green Mountain und der Tee Mun Mountain. Da ich gerade in 1/26 eröffnet wurde, ist es sehr schön. Das Hotel ist fast alle Bürogebäude umgeben, so dass Sie ruhig übernachten können.

Dieses Hotel hat nicht viele Bewertungen und bietet einige Erfahrungen. Lage: Auf der anderen Straßenseite im Shiba Park, auf der anderen Straßenseite, ist es super praktisch, zum Tokyo Tower zu gehen. Die Nacht ist immer noch schön. Es ist bequem, eine halbe Stunde Fahrt vom Flughafen zu nehmen. Umgebung: Das Hotel ist recht stimmungsvoll, die Lobby ist geräumig und hell, und es gibt nicht viele Touristen. Die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und spricht Englisch. Ich blieb fünf Nächte und hörte die Stimme des chinesischen Volkes nicht. Die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Zimmer: Zwei große und mittelgroße mittelgroße Zweibettzimmer, Kinder 8 Jahre alt, kein Problem, das Zimmer ist relativ geräumig. Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber es gibt immer noch eine Stufe, die nicht niedrig ist, und ältere Menschen sind nicht sehr bequem. Es ist sehr praktisch, einen kleinen Kühlschrank zu haben. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht, die Leute waren nicht viel, die Umgebung im ersten Stock ist gut. Einkaufen in der Umgebung: Das Hotel im Erdgeschoss ist kein belebtes Viertel. Am Morgen spürt man die Hektik und Stille der Büroangestellten. Gehen Sie für sieben oder acht Minuten zur JR-Linie und haben Sie einen Familiensupermarkt, die Alipay-Siedlung. Essen: Es gibt Restaurants in der Nähe, es ist ziemlich praktisch, und ich wechsle jeden Abend in das Restaurant. Die grundlegende englische Kommunikation ist nicht reibungslos und es ist ziemlich interessant, Essen zu bestellen. Es gibt einen weißen Stoffvorhang, um das Restaurant der Kochi-Knödel zu essen, es gibt kein Bestellbild, alle verlassen sich auf die Mongolei. Bier und Knödel schmecken gut. Service, sehr gut, Zimmerwechsel einmal mittendrin. Es gibt tatsächlich einen chinesischen Service. An diesem Tag fehlte das chinesische Personal und die Kommunikation war schwierig. Die Rezeption rief das chinesische Personal an und übersetzte zwischen uns. Sehr gut, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten. Das Gesamtgefühl ist recht gut, elf Preise sind etwas teurer. Wenn Sie gerne shoppen, müssen Sie trotzdem in der Nähe von Ginza Shinjuku wohnen. Es ist zwei Haltestellen von Ginza entfernt und das Taxi kostet 100 Yuan.

We always love staying at Tokyo Prince hotel! This time it was bigger room so we fully enjoyed our stay. Location is great very close to venter of Tokyo and easy to go to Haneda airport. This time I have learnt that there is a shuttle bus to Hamamatsu-cho station which is very convenient. Stuffs are very polite and friendly that make us feel comfortable and they’re willing to help us. Thai time we also enjoyed a course at one of Japanese restaurants which was very delicate and superb! We fully recommend others to try if they want to try proper Japanese food! One thing that I was disappointed this time was that room desk was dirty, looked like cleaning wasn’t donw properly so I had to clean it by myself. ( looked like previous customers tea or food stain was still there at a desk ) Tokyo Price hotel is one of the traditional and famous legendary hotel so I hope they can improve their cleaning method and make sure it’s clean before new customers come and stay. And when we stayed there before there was coffee machine but seems not this time so it was a hit disappointed too…hope they can provide it again… However over all our stay was comfortable so we will come back when we come back to Japan!

Diesmal, eine Nacht lang. Die Mitarbeiter haben eine sehr sorgfältige Erklärung, obwohl sie freundlich sind, aber sehr komfortabel. Männer und Frauen teilen den Schlafzimmern, 8:00 Uhr 〜 bis 0:00 Uhr, ein wenig unkomfortable (weil sie nicht essen können, um halb Nacht), außer dem, die Stockwerke und die gemeinsame Teile fühlen sich auch täglich gereinigt und sehr sauber Ich hoffe, Sie werden es noch einmal verwenden.

Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, aber es ist nicht überfüllt, es ist sauber, der Besitzer ist sehr gut, man sieht einen kleinen Tokyo Tower auf der Straße daneben ~ leicht zu reisen, nicht weit von der U-Bahn entfernt, den Aufzug berühren?

Alles gut, außer Schwimmbad, denn Kinder sind nicht willkommen, es sei denn, wir gehen zum Prince Hotel (10 Minuten zu Fuß), das kostenpflichtig ist. Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es einen Swimmingpool für mein Mädchen (9 Jahre) hat und neben dem Tokyo Tower liegt. Leider sind Kinder im Pool nicht willkommen. Ich werde das nächste Mal nicht wiederkommen, da es nicht kinderfreundlich ist. Es hat meine Reise ruiniert... Auch die Skybar, Kinder haben zum Abendessen keinen Zutritt....... Wir waren für 4 Nächte dort und sahen, dass eine leere Schokoladentüte neben einem öffentlichen Telefon (neben der Aufzugslobby) nicht gereinigt wurde. Noch 4 Tage da.... erstaunlich......

Location: 1) It's 5 mins ride from Ginza , taxi is about 880 to 12xx yen depends on timing so if you have a few people travelling , taking taxi is a good option. 2)It has 2 metro stations nearby with very short walk. I tried to google actual view for the walk before ibarrived japan and it felt like much longer than it actually is. Both stations are just around the cornor. Daimon station is on Asakusa line, and Onarimon station on Toei Mita line. 3) Many convenience stores nearby and 2 are particularly almost just next to the building with less than a hubdred steps walk i bet. 4) Many eatery around the area too, if ypu are willing to walk down for 10 to 15mins to shinbashi direction, it's a full street of resturants and drinking places run until late. 5) We rented a car for a few days for our driving trip. The hotel offers 24 hrs parking (no hourly rate option although they have the price, guess that hourly price is for dine in customers) for arpund 2500 yen but there are a few open public carpark just outside the hotel where you can park your car for just 500 yen as maximum between 1900 to 0800 ( its perfect for us as we go back late n go out early everyday) The premise: 1) Not the newest but very well maintained, clean and neat 2) It's extremely close to Tokyo tower, you can take close shot of it when you walk back to hotel. We stayed in even number room which is not facing Tokyo tower side so i bet the Odd number rooms would be able to see it from their window😉 3) There's free nespresso coffee machine at check in lobby, we fueled ourselves with it every morning before we start our joruney of the day 4) Rooms are small but very well design with good utilisation of spaces 5) We booked a 3 bedder room with bunk beds , my kid loves it and got very excited running up and down every night. The bed is with mostly round cornors which is a nice detail that a mom who travel with kid wpuld appriciate 6) Although the rooms are small but they have a reading room on each floor where you can have some private quiet time for yourself if you need so, and the lobby has plenty of comfortable setting where you can bring your computer to work or i think its a great idea when we saw a group of friends drinking there too. Improvement recommendation: 1) There are 3 shelves in the bathroom , top is for brushing cups, it's better to add something at the edge or a tray to avoid falling of cup as when it's wet , it's easy to slide down. I broke one 😅 as im not tall and the cups were one next to each other, so it's quite easy to have accident breaking it 2) The hotel website can add transportation to and from the 2 airports and other popular destinations as the location is really not bad. It's very helpful for those who are looking at the hotel to make up their mind. 3) The website can also show some reference for taxi cost going to nearby popular tourist destinations for reference of distance , that makes the hotel a more tourist friendly option. Conclusion: I would recommend the hotel and stay there again.
