Was upgraded to Premier King room, 517 sq ft of calm zen modern space with welcome snacks. I loved the hotel mini bar and snacks, didn’t touch the Krug but having the option was nice @ the hotel. Great service. The doorman literally jumped into the cab to help me with the credit card payment which is done via the tv screen in the backseat Food & drinks. Delicious Japanese breakfast at Sophia. Lots of places for a drink here on several floors, sadly did not have enough time. With only 86 rooms, breakfast was a pleasant experience with the energy you get from an intimate boutique hotel Prices. US$1000 per night. A bit expensive but I used my points Rating. 5/5

Das Zimmer ist schön und ziemlich komfortabel. Wir haben ein Rauchenzimmer aus eigener Versehen bei der Buchung und sie sind nett, uns zu einem kleineren nicht rauchenden zu wechseln. Das Personal war verständlich und hilfreich trotz der Buchung war extrem voll. Wir sind sehr dankbar für ihre Hilfe! Das Hotel ist extrem zentraler für Ginza und es ist selten u bekommen so schönes Hotel dort mit diesem Preis und Größe! Wäre wieder zurück kommen.

Great location by Hibiya station with private entrance/exit at the local basement. We appreciate the large closet and bathroom, which is spacious by any typical Japan room size. Could have done better with their daily in-room refreshment or welcome amenities especially for a luxury hotel. We got a pack of snack and that was it for the entire 4 nights stay. Otherwise, everything else is good and we enjoyed our stay!

The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

The hotel location is great. Very near to the train station, you can take the non-stop train to Narrita airport or Haneda Airport. The walk to the famous Tsukiji Market is only about 15mins. And got one of the most famous noodle place, Godaime Hanayama Udon, only 5mins walk away from hotel. In addition, they got convenient stores nearby. Oh ya, the famous shopping streets are literally 3mins walk from hotel also. With a mall nearby. (Looking at the pic that I attached, red dot mark the hotel, and I also drew out the famous shopping streets) The hotel room is consider pretty spacious compare to other hotel in Japan, and the washroom is surprisingly big. The tub is a normal size tub.

Ich war schon mehrere Male in Japan und habe im Sotetsu 7-chome in Ginza übernachtet. Dieses Mal war dort kein Platz, also übernachtete ich im 3-chome. Ich kam erst am ersten Tag im Hotel an, weil das Flugzeug Verspätung hatte, also kam ich sehr spät an. Wir haben an der Rezeption niemanden getroffen, der Chinesisch sprechen konnte, daher war die Verständigung etwas schwierig, aber ich bin dem Diensthabenden sehr dankbar, dass er zwei gegenüberliegende Zimmer für uns reserviert hat. Toilettenartikel müssen an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Manchmal sind nicht alle vorhanden. Es handelt sich nur um kleine Produktproben, die aber einfach zu verwenden sind. Das Bild zeigt die Flecken auf der Steppdecke, die ich am ersten Tag meiner Ankunft im Hotel gefunden habe. Es war ekelhaft. Zum Glück habe ich meine eigenen Decken für die Kinder mitgebracht. Ich möchte wirklich nichts mehr sagen.

We felt that this hotel was centrally located in Ginza and we had quick access to a lot of the shopping and attractions nearby either by walking or using the metro. The hotel is surrounded by good restaurants and convenience stores. The check in was smooth but our room was not available until 4 pm. They do offer luggage storage in the lobby and will deliver luggage to the rooms. The lobby offers a light breakfast (for a fee), a welcome coffee in the morning and they have a spring water fountain that dispenses cold water. There is also a spot in the lobby where you can grab your toiletries for your room or items for the onsen room like the yukata. There is also a pillow selection area and it might be worth getting here promptly because once they're gone they are gone! The rooms were comfy and quiet. We booked a run of the house and although our bag was originally marked to be delivered to a bigger room we got a much more compact one. We didn't mind as we had gambled when we made the choice and saved a bit because we did. The room had a large TV, a small work station and a very small bathroom. The room was still well equipped and we had a kettle, mini fridge, air purifier/humidifier, fabric freshener, spots to hang our clothes and enough room to put our large luggage without it being in the way. The bed was very comfy and we felt we got a good night's rest. The room also had good WiFi and a number of outlets including a few USB plug ins. The room had a tablet which was kind of gimmicky but could control the lights, AC or heat and the TV. There were some videos on demand including some adult content. I spent more time than I felt I should trying to figure out how to screencast and ultimately was not able to. There is an option to select a language on the tablet but some instructions are only in Japanese. We played with the tablet a bit the first night but it wasn't really needed to enjoy the room. We thought it was funny that we only got one long pillow and each day they offered one bottle of water despite the double occupancy.bit is worth while getting the pillow selection and without it we aren't sure how we would have slept. We felt for a hotel that calls itself ”premier” the one pillow and one bottle was off. The onsen for men was on the second floor and women were on the third floor. The men require no code but the women's code changes daily and you have to pick up the code from the front desk each day. They have shampoo, conditioner and body/face wash and the onsen is pretty clean but on the smaller side. Each time I went there were 4 men in the soaking bath and that is pretty much the limit. There isn't water in the onsen area but there is a vending machine and water dispenser in the hallway. The women's onsen was not as busy according to my wife but she did note there were guests that weren't aware they should have quiet conversations or none at all. There are lockers provided in the change room and clips to put on your sandals to mark them. There are no towels or wash cloths here though and you have to bring the towels from your room and the cloths can be picked up in the lobby. The laundry area was normally available and they have two washers and two dryers. It takes about half an hour each to wash and dry and they provide laundry detergent. They could use some English signage in the laundry area as it seems some people weren't sure how to use the machines like how to start or that they needed to empty the dryer lint. Each time I used the laundry machine I removed about a quarter inch of lint from the screen which shows that they aren't being properly maintained. The hotel only offers room service to rooms if you put a room service magnet on the door before 11 am. When the magnet is hung it is cleaned well and they replace the towels and bring you your one bottle.

A superior room which is a little bit bigger than a standard room. For packing up two big luggage boxes, traveler can only do it one by one right next to the bed, which is expected for a hotel at popular area in Japan though. A washing machine is available in the room and it looks working well but we prefer not to use it due to hygiene concern. The train station is just around the corner, which only takes about 3 mins from hotel. Two convenience stores and lots of restaurants are close to this hotel too.

I absolutely adore this hotel! It’s in a great location in Ginza about a 15 minute walk from all of the major attractions within Ginza. It also has a lot of great restaurants around and has easy access to the metro, buses and the airport bus. I was also very happy with the hotel staff as they were so helpful with anything I needed. The room was still quite small considering it’s a Tokyo however, the lobby spaces nice and big so you could go and relax there and enjoy a lot of free refreshment, such as coffee or tea. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Es ist ein schönes, gemütliches Hotel, etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom nächsten U-Bahnhof, der ist Higashi-Ginza Station. Ruheige Umgebung, die einen guten Ruhezustand bietet. Wanderweite bis zum 12-Stellplatz Uniqlo, Tsukiji Market usw. Ein paar Cafés um die Gegend zum Frühstück, wenn Sie das Frühstück nicht mit dem Hotel kaufen. Die einzige Grippe, die ich habe, ist der Front Desk Service durch das männliche Personal - ziemlich kurz und hilflos. Vielleicht ist es eine Sprachbarriere, aber die wenigen Male, wenn ich sie an verschiedene Themen wie die Buchung von Zugtickets für Mt Fuji, Gepäcktransportdienst, waren sie immer ”Entschuldigung, wir können Ihnen nicht helfen” . Sollte der Front Desk/Concierge nicht die besten Personen sein, um Gäste bei Reisefragen zu unterstützen? Das weibliche Personal auf der anderen Seite, haben extrem hilfreich, freundlich und freundlich gewesen.

Gemütliches Zimmer für 2, und sehr nahe der U-Bahn Ginza. Liebe, dass Itoya nur um die Ecke war, und Starbucks Reserve war über der Straße. Das Hotel hat einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt und weil unser Aufenthalt in das Neue Jahr ausgedehnt wurde, gab uns das Hotel tatsächlich neues Jahr Cookies, die ein schöner Kontakt war.

Nach langer Zeit erhielt ich ”komfortablen Kundenservice”. Vor allem die Leute im Frühstücksrestaurant, sowohl das Servicepersonal als auch die Kochkleidung, waren sehr hilfsbereit. Es gebe ”Sorge um die Kunden”. Vielen Dank. Als ich nach einem Hotel zum Übernachten suchte, war ich überzeugt, dass es neben anderen Luxushotels herauskommt, was genau ”mehr als der Preis” ist. Und das Äußere und Innere des Gebäudes waren schön und die Etagennummernanzeige des Aufzugs war sehr süß!

Dies ist das zweite Mal, dass ich in diesem Jahr eingecheckt habe, aber diesmal gab es 2 Fehler beim Check-in-Vorgang an der Rezeption. Der gemachte Schlüssel konnte nicht im Aufzug geklaut werden, und dann musste ich zurück die Rezeption, um einen neuen Schlüssel zu machen, aber nach der zweiten Wiederholung war es immer noch dasselbe. Ich kann den Aufzug nicht scannen, und ich brauchte mehr als 10 Minuten, um den Schlüssel wiederholt zu wiederholen. . . Das entspricht nicht ihren Standards ? ? ?

Ich genossen das Zimmer, die Einrichtungen und die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels (in Ginza). Das Personal war freundlich. Sie können jedoch mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Durch die Unterseite gehen, haben Sie Stockwerke von Muji Produkte, die Sie kaufen können! Eines der guten Dinge ist, dass Sie nicht jederzeit durch die Rezeption gehen müssen, um in Ihr Zimmer zu gehen - was ich lieber. Ich empfehle, hier für eine bis zwei Nächte zu bleiben und ihr Frühstück oder Essen zu versuchen! :) Genießen Sie es!

Üblicherweise komfortable Aufenthalt. Nur enttäuschend mit dem check out. Ich habe zweimal mit meiner Karte geladen. Auf meiner Seite reflektierte die Bank den Abzug, auf ihrer Seite aber die Transaktion nicht durch. Der Manager schlug wieder. Die Transaktion ging durch und ich habe einen weiteren Abzug. ☹️ Ein paar U-Bahn-Linien im Hotel und es gibt ein öffentliches Bad für die Verwendung. Spät check-up pro Stunde (bis zu 2 Stunden) - bezahlt 2000 Yen für eine Stunde. Hotel konnte 3 Personen in einem Zimmer beherbergen. Kein Wasserfüller, sondern Eisdispenser verfügbar
