Überraschend gutes Luxushotel trotz Abgelegenheit, sehr gepflegter Garten. Sehr nettes Personal, tolles SPA, in dem die Behandlungen wirklich von Anfang bis Ende professionell und von ausgebildeten Personal durchgeführt werden. Dann noch ein Kompliment an den Pastry Chef, super Pastery. Die Anreise lohnt sich. Tolle Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Essen im Westeria Deck war hervorragend, vor allem das Sonntagsbrunch. Im JW Cafe ist das Essen durchweg scharf und es gibt kaum einen Koch der etwas Kontinentales schmackhaft zubereiten kann. *** war jedoch stets bemüht uns zufrieden zu stellen. Die Gutscheine für Mitglieder sollten in allen Bars gelten, nicht nur im JW Cafe. Einfache Kontinentale Speisen fehlen auf der Karte, die es sonst überall auf der Welt gibt. Das war aber auch das einzige negative. Tolle Wandermöglichkeiten mit netten Führern. 100 % weiter zu empfehlen, werden wieder kommen.

This was my first ever vacation experience with JW and I chose JW Mussorie Walnut Grove Resort. I would rate this property 10/10 on each parameter. Scenic location, beautiful rooms with great amenities and moreover a great team taking your experience a notch above other competitor brands. Staff will greet you with your first name...wow. We celebrated birthday in family. Vandana Thapliyal and her guest relations team made sure it was a superb surprise with amazing decoration, a lovely delicious cake and handmade greeting with photo memories. Team gifted a lovely bouquet of flowers to elevate our experience. Shailendra Singh's housekeeping team assured to leave a beautiful note and a gift. All restaurants offer a delectable fare of varities from local gadhwal cusine to Asian and Mediterranean food. Each evening you can enjoy Kachadi - local tea ritual with great music and scenic mountains. Akash at JW Cafe presented us with a yummy chocolate mousse cake when we checked out. If you wanna take a break and pamper urself in nature's lap, I strongly recommend JW Marriott Walnut Grove Resort and Spa in Mussoorie as your next destination

Exotic place in Himalayas Staff was very loving caring and friendly. Food was very delicious and lot of variety to choose !!! Very comfortable and pleasant stay at JW Marriott Mussoorie. What really made the stay so memorable was the courteous behaviour of the staff.. specially Mr Shailendra Singh, our fantastic housekeeping ***ager who left no stone unturned to make us feel relaxed and comfortable. This place is hands down the best resort I've ever stayed at. The customer service was outstanding. They meet you at the reception and take care of all the logistics. Once you are there you are greeted with warmth and smiles. The rooms are incredible. The valley view room was just immaculate. The front patio was a cool feature. The vibes and peace at the hotel were indescribable. The beauty of the hotel was bewitchingg In addition the location won't be justified by the photos. The food of Trout house grill and bar was just mouth-watering. Lastly the staff, they were just outstanding when it comes to work ethics & hardwork, special thanks to SANJANA & OMPRAKASH of trout house grill and bar, you guys were just amazing you took care of everything starting from food to the place where we can enjoy the food with a valley view. You always make sure to deliver the best even if there was rush, your intentness towards all customer is awe-inspiring. You guys are doing great, keep it up & trust me i didn't saw such hardworking guys who were always at their footstep to fulfill our hospitality requirements despite being not the member of the hospitality team . I am definitely visiting this property again.

We loved our stay at Mussoorie . Property offers beautiful views of hills.All the restaurants had scrumptious food but one that stands out the most is the live teppenyaki experience at Teppen restaurant was outstanding , Chef Roshni not only made delicious food but also had nice conversations with us , our daughter loved it . Vandana the Guest ***ager really took good care of us , she made sure my wife enjoys her special day at the property . Overall I think it’s a great property staff is cordial , food is delicious , room are clean , views are scenic . This one is definitely one ***** best .
