Die Lage ist so schön im Zentrum der Stadt Tam Ky, aber das Ausrüstungssystem scheint zu zerstört, der Klimaanlage ist laut, der Ventilator in der NVs kann nicht aus, macht mich schlafen die ganze Nacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr schlecht, wenn das Hotel am selben Tag eine sehr große Anzahl von Gästen hat, aber das Essen wurde nicht hinzugefügt, das Essen war kalt, Fisch, nach dem Essen hatte ich einen Magenschmerz. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, das Hotel ist sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und eine großartige Zeit im Tui Blue Hotel Nam Hoi An. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die Anlage hat einen eigenen organic Garten indem Gemüse und Kräuter für das Restaurant angebaut werden und ein ganzes Gärtnerteam die den ganzen Tag mit der Pflege der Anlage beschäftigt sind. Die Anlage ist extrem gepflegt und wunderschön und clever angelegt. Am Abend sind die Wege und auch der Pool wunderschön beleuchtet. Die verschiedenen Pools sind perfekt für unterschiedlichste Bedürfnisse. Sehr flach für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, ein 50 Meter langer infinity Pool mit Blick zum Meer sowie ein Whirlpool zum entspannen. Ein Liveguard ist konstant vor Ort um für die Sicherheit zu Sorgen. Während unserem Aufenthalt war dies Tinh, der einen tollen Job gemacht hat. Das Meer liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt und da auch der Strand regelmäßig gesäubert wird, kann man den ultra feinen Sand mit den wunderschönen Muscheln in vollen Zügen genießen. Wir konnten eine traditionelle vietnamesische Massage im wunderschön gestalteten Spa Bereich genießen. Während vielen die Thai Massage etwas zu schmerzhaft ist und die Entspannungsmassage etwas zu lasch, ist die vietnamesische Massage die perfekte Wahl dazwischen. Verwendet wird hierfür das eigens auf der Anlage gewonnene Kokosnussöl das die Haut unglaublich zart und weich macht. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer mit Verbindungstür, was ideal für uns mit den Kindern war. Der exquisite und dabei angenehm zurückhaltende Stil der Anlage findet sich auch in den Zimmern wieder. Alles ist auf einander abgestimmt, man kann nicht anders als sich wohl fühlen. Im beleuchteten Kleiderschrank findet sich darüberhinaus von den Badeschwämmen bis zur Taschenlampe alles was man eventuell benötigen könnte. Hervorzuheben sind die Betten. Nachdem wir in unserem Leben schon auf vielen meist zu harten Hotelbetten geschlafen haben waren diese schlicht perfekt. Das Personal ist extrem höflich, zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kein Wunsch bleibt offen. Alles ist sehr gut vorbereitet, das Personal sehr gut geschult und laß uns und unseren Kindern jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Über die Hoteleigene App kann man die Angebote für jeden Tag einsehen und sich für Kurse oder Aktivitäten ganz einfach online anmelden. Wir haben mehrmals am morgendlichen Stretch und Relax Kurs mit Khoi teilgenommen unter einem Pavillon mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag. Unser Sohn wollte gerne eine Stunde Kick-Boxen machen was eigentlich nicht angeboten wird, der Trainer Khoi machte es möglich und unser Sohn hatte eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Generell war das Sportangebot toll und Khoi machte einen tollen Job. Beim Kochkurs mit der Küchenchefin lernten wir wie man traditionell das Reisepapier mit Zutaten füllt und rollt und konnten das gekochte mittags als lunch genießen.
