The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was so pretty, had good air conditioning, and a window mesh to keep out mosquitoes. The location was good and you could easily walk or get a cheap grab to anywhere central. They were happy to cater for gluten-free with breakfast by serving fresh fruit.

Very nostalgic deco. Breakfast was special with a main Thai dish and bread served with homemade jam and yogurt. Front desk was helpful and polite.

It was the best accommodation I stayed in during my trip to Chiang Mai. Everyone was very friendly and although the breakfast was not that much, the beautifully prepared food was slightly different every day and it was the perfect meal for me.

호텔은 사진에 나온 그대로 같아요. 침실 상태 좋았어요. 어매니티 모두 있었고요. 조식은 매우 간단했지만 밥, 에그, 과일, 시리얼, 주스, 커피. 아침으로 간단히 먹을만 했어요. 직원들은 모두 친절했고 2박해서 청소서비스 좋았어요. 올드시티 안에 있는데 밤되면 호텔 앞이 깜깜해요. 그건 좀 아쉬워요. 그래도 걸어서 타패**트 갈만해요.

很別緻的民宿，早餐豐富美味，一家四口住了很舒服，小寶也沒另外加錢，半夜12點到的，老闆娘還在等我們，見面都是笑臉相迎。歐美客人居多，都是純英文溝通的。還想再去呢

不要住三樓的家庭房！隔壁的空調好像安在了床頭的牆上，24小時低頻噪音環繞，感覺床都在震，住了三晚我要神經衰弱了！跟酒店反饋説解決不了，但我翻其他網站評價半年前就有人説了，這半年都沒解決！

還好衹訂了一晚，入住的時候發現被子是臟的，最後發現所有的都是臟的，很明顯一看就是上個住了根本沒換的，我們問前台是否上個住客走了之後沒有換床單，前台默認了，一直説馬上就換，態度還可以，只是衞生條件真的太糟糕了，一刻都不想停留

基礎設施老舊

Traumhaftes Hotel, zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. In 2 Minuten bis zum old Quartier. Meeeeega Frühstück mit selbstgemachten Joghurts, thai Frühstück und einer ordentlichen Auswahl. Sehr guter frischer Kaffee. Detailverliebt und wunderschön. Personal super lieb und freundlich, hilft bei ALLEN Anliegen kompetent weiter. Ab jetzt unserer Stammhotel in Chiang Mai. Immer wieder gerne und eine Reise wert.

This is a great location down a street that is not so busy. Our room faced the front but was generally quiet enough during the night. The ground floor little cafe and seating area was gorgeous and tranquil. Limited food and drink options but certainly enough for what you need. Staff were all very helpful and happy. Rooms were adequate... a little TLC was needed in our room but it really didn't detract from our stay. Location was perfect but we did spend a long time finding the right location for us.

With so many options to stay in Chiang Mai, Whannamas is a perfect choice considering its amazing location (walking distance to main street where Sunday night market takes place and close to restaurants, groceries, tour operators and massage businesses). They offer a really good buffet breakfast with options for vegan, gluten an dairy free requirements. We are grateful to all the staff that gave us excellent recommendations to discover the city and for taking into consideration our dietary preferences.

We stayed 4 nights here. The manager, Khun (hopefully correct spelling!), was helpful in every way. She organised transport from the airport, and to see sunrise at Doi Suthep, as well as the sticky waterfalls. Special mention to our fabulous number one driver Pin for patiently waiting at the airport when are flight was delayed! The rooms are a traditional style - don't expect a resort like room - and very comfortable with a nice firm mattress. Breakfast alway included a nice local Thai dish to try e.g. khao soi. Lovely courtyard at the front, and great WiFi connection. Great location within walking distance to many of the Wats in the old city, as well as good places to eat (check out SP chicken right next door, and Khao Soi Arak just behind, or a short tuk tuk to the market for mango sticky rice). For those wanting to get a local SIM card for their mobile, visit the AIS shop not too far, much cheaper than the airport. Highly recommend Wannamas!
