GGastnutzerUnser Aufenthalt war schön, ich werde das nicht ablehnen. Aber es war nicht ohne ein paar Absenkungen. Ich bin eine Frau, die alles über einen Pool ist und war so aufgeregt, in dem absolut wunderschönen Pool ich sah in allen Fotos online. Ich besuchte die Woche vom 1. bis 7. Januar und das Wetter war jeden Tag ziemlich warm, um 75 Grad. Allerdings war der Pool absolut FREIER bis zum Punkt, wo ich in ihm schüttete. Es war nicht angenehm und mit diesem Hotel war es nicht sehr viel andere Unterhaltungsformen während des Tages außer für den Pool und den Strand (das Wasser war warm am Strand). Es war so enttäuschend. Ich rief das Front Desk zu fragen, ob etwas getan werden könnte, aber sie sagten, es war kein Poolheizer/Temperaturregler. Wir bezahlten für diese Reise rund 4 Große insgesamt und zu sein völlig ehrlich waren nur einmal in der Lage, den Pool zu genießen. Meine nächste Beschwerde kommt zum Strand. Wir gingen zum Strand, der einen schönen Bus erhält. Es gab einen Tag, an dem jeder Stuhl voll war und zwei der Hotel-Cabanas wurden von zufälligen Straßenverkäufern übernommen - nehmen zwei Spots für die Gäste von den 100 % beigepackte Strandfläche. Diese Jungs waren NICHT Teil des Hotels und sind die Verkäufer, die umher gehen, um Zigaretten zu verkaufen, etc. Ich sah die Mitarbeiter durch sie mehrere Male und sagte nichts, während GEGENSTÄNDE NACH dem Strand keine Lounge hatten. Das war sehr enttäuschend, da diese Jungs lachen laut, schauen auf die Gäste, und nicht bewegen, als die Leute gingen durch die Suche nach Stühlen. Neben dem, dass ich zugeben, dass das Essen groß war, das Personal war super schön, die Hotelgrundlagen waren IMPECCABLE, Die Zimmer waren schön, alles andere war ziemlich wunderschön. Aber aus den genannten Gründen werde ich nicht wieder auf all das inklusive bleiben, obwohl Sie noch die meisten davon machen können und eine wunderschöne Erfahrung im Allgemeinen haben. Ich empfehle einen Aufenthalt, wenn Sie nicht aus dem Hauptgrund des Spazierganges und des Strandes gehen.

GGastnutzerAbba Suites is sweet! Great downtown location. Right in the middle of it all on 10 & 10...We stayed here a total of 10 nights on our month long family beach vacation.
The rooms were great...very nice and newer...full kitchen minus the oven which you dont really need on a trip to Mexico...seperate bedroom from living area which was nice for mommy and daddy 😄🙌. The absolute best rooftop swimming pool view...were we could watch sunrise & sunset!
The standout stars were Denise & Nevida! They are just great and made this stay extra special for us. Everytime we walked in the building they were so welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions we had. Honestly we could easily just talk and hang out with them. Nevida turns out to be very good at rubik cube solving and our 7 year old son took a liking to him right away and even with how busy he was he took the time to teach our son some super helpful tips and encouraged him to keep practicing the rubiks cube. Keep being Awesome you guys! See you again next time we are in Playa 😄👍

GGastnutzerPros: very clean, staff are helpful and polite. The beach is beautiful white sand with turquoise water and palm trees for shade. There are a lot of chairs around the pools and on the beach. The room was comfy, good beds and pillows. Great shower and bathtub. The property is well kept. The are many activities, games and events organized.
CONS: The food is average, generic and limited for vegetarians. The restaurant menues are not a la carte. It’s a fixed menu. The cocktail are way too sweet , except for David, it was impossible to get a good drink. The wine is dry but no choice not even to purchased. If you like an American diet with everything sweet and you want to hand by the pool and bar, you will be happy. If you want to rest on the beach, without having vendors bug you every 5 minutes plus having to breathe cigarette smokes which is allowed all over the beach. If you like decent food and enjoy a good cocktail and wine. This place is not for you.

UUlaş YILMAZEs ist ein gut gelegener und geschützter Ort. Das Essen ist fantastisch und es gibt zu viele verschiedene Sorten. Der Pool ist schön. Es braucht nur einen besseren Strand. Nicht für einen Strandurlaub, aber andere sind wirklich gut.

RRosmeris de la CaridadThe place is convenient if you're going to Playa del Carmen for a short time, the location is perfect, close to everything and at the same time far from the noise, the Walmart next to the hotel it was a plus, it is close to the ADO but you need to check first, if you go to ADO turista it will be far away, like 15 minutes walking and if you go to the other ADO terminal if will be just a few minutes.

AAlisha Corine VictoriaIt was AMAZING! I had such a great time there! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. I made sure to eat and drink as much as possible, I think I ate too much! There is only a buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner at the restaurants. It's à la carte (if you paid for the package) and you can order as much food as you want. Mexican food for lunch and Italian or Mexican food for dinner (you have to book for dinner). I also love that the rooftop bar has unlimited great food for the whole day. The pool area was nice and so was the furniture. My room was huge and very spacious, I did not have the best view which didn't matter because I was upstairs on the rooftop for most of the time. They also stock the room fridge with soft drinks and beer which are unlimited. Each floor has a water cooler machine and an ice machine which was great when it came to refilling my water bottles. I think it's a great idea instead of the single use water bottles. I highly recommend staying here, my only regret was not staying here longer. I will be back in the future!

Wir genossen unsere Aufenthalte in diesem sauberen, gut organisierten Resort mit geräumigen, ruhigen Zimmern (unser hatte keinen Balkon, aber es war toll). Die Minibar war ein schöner Kontakt, und das Badezimmer war ohne Spott.
Höchstwerte:
✔ Lebensmittelsorte – Mehrfache à-la-carte Restaurants (Nicht nötig für Abendessenreservierungen) und Buffets mit guten Mittagessen/Frühstücksoptionen.
✔Strand – Viel Sonnenbäder, aber keine Umberalla, so bringen Sie Ihren Sonnenschirm, obwohl Pools besetzt werden les Sonnenbäder.
✔ Zugriff auf Schwesterhotels – Party-Liebhaber können in der Nähe des Riu Tequila Clubs besuchen.
✔ Bequeme Lage – Mini-Markt über die Straße, und Playa del Carmen (5th Ave) ist nur ein 150-peso Taxi fahren entfernt.
✔ Easy airport transfer – ADO bus (250 pesos/person, 45-min Fahrt + 5-min taxi 150 pesos next to ado tourism station).
Kleine Nachteile:
✖ Keine Aufzüge – Hart für Gäste mit Mobilitätsproblemen.
✖ Unterhaltungs-Hiccups – Der Gastgeber hat manchmal vergessen, nach spanischen Ankündigungen zurück ins Englische zu wechseln.

NNikkilaoshiFirstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.
