Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, würde immer wieder kommen und das Hotel weiter empfehlen. Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, Lage zentral und trotzdem ruhig und die Anlage hat einen tollen Charme mit Garten und Pools. Bett war groß und bequem, es gibt extra Strand Handtücher

Personally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place. Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

Ausgezeichneter Empfang, großes Zimmer, aber es sollte eine Abdeckung haben, um in den ersten Stock zu gelangen. Es ist wirklich schlimm, den Raum bei Regen betreten zu müssen, wenn es regnet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da die Lage großartig ist.

Es empfehlen würde es den Preis wert. Sehr zentrale Lage, nahe der Hauptstraße und Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es gab ein Problem mit dem Wasserdruck zu Beginn, aber sie sortierten in ein paar Stunden. Die Dachterrasse ist schön, der Pool ist nicht so groß, und es war ein bisschen schmutzig. Frühstück inbegriffen ist nur eine Wahl aus 4 Gerichten, aber schmackhaft.

Отель расположен не очень удачно . Далеко от автостанции и от приличных пляжей . Рядом пляж плохой и был очень плохой запах . Сервис в отеле очень хороший все доброжелательные и приветливые помогали во всем . Сам номер большой и удобный . Постель и полотенца пора заменить на новые уж сильно поношенные . Цена порадовала отеля . Но будте внимательно берут залог 1000 песо И 50 песо за каждые сутки типо налога.

Очень симпатичный и уютный хостел с красивым внутренним двориком: много зелени, скульптур, столиков. Есть бассейн. Персонал очень милый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь! Завтраки в кафе вкусные, персонал в кафе тоже очень милый! Номера огромные, есть большая кухня-гостиная. Небольшое неудобство доставляло отсутствие вайфая в номере, надо было спускаться на 1 этаж, чтоб использовать интернет.Также отсутствует дверь в душевую, а там помимо душевой ещё и общий шкаф с запирающимися шкафчиками. Душевая просто прикрыта шторкой (и сама комната, и душевая кабина). Расположение хостела замечательное! 3 минуты до пляжа и 1 минута до 5 авеню (вечером в номере слышно музыку с улицы из кафе снизу). В целом мне очень понравилось пребывание в этом хостеле!

Es war ein großartiges Hotel. Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und gingen sehr aufmerksam auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Es war großartig. Die Lage ist perfekt und der Pool ist sehr angenehm, weder zu kalt noch zu heiß. Perfekt für das Wetter. Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder nutzen, wenn ich nach Playa Del Carmen zurückkomme. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in der Nähe des Meeres unschlagbar. Ich verstehe die negativen Kommentare zu diesem Hotel nicht!  Kurz gesagt, für uns ein einwandfreies …

Me gusto el hotel en general, solo pasamos una noche, el estacionamiento es amplio, me gustó mucho el desayuno, tiene lo que promete y sabe rico. Todo el personal fue muy amable. Quizá solo hace falta la limpieza en la ducha, tenía un poquito de moho en algunas partes de la boquilla y tubos. También los pasillos les hace falta mtto o pintura. La alberca pequeña pero suficiente para relajarse. Creo q si volvería, es una muy buena opción cuando traes coche y vas a andar de tours. Relación precio vs lo que ofrece.. excelente 👌.

The service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand

One key thing about Hacienda Paradise Hotel : In the heart of Playa Del Carmen ( perfect location ) 1 min from Main Street & 10 min from the beach by walk. This is already a good reason to choose this accommodation. Front desk not very friendly. Rooms are a bit old but for the price and location this is a very good deal. Recommended for budget travellers 👍
