Es ist eine Hotelgruppe, die drei oder vier Hotels zusammengefasst hat, die für die Familie geeignet ist, die auch nur für Erwachsene offen ist, das Hotel ist sehr groß, es muss ein Reisebus nach jedem Ort zurückkehren, mehrere Hotels Hallen und Restaurants und verschiedene Einrichtungen können gegenseitig verwendet werden, die Aktivitäten sind sehr reich, Unter jedem Gebäude gibt es einen Administrator, der alle Bedürfnisse der Kunden dieses Gebäudes betreut! Der Service ist sehr gut! Der Administrator wird jeden Tag nach 8 Uhr morgens den ganzen Tag der Veranstaltungszeitplan und die öffnungszeit des Restaurants und aller Arten von Konzerten veranstalten. Die Aktivitätszeit wird allen gesendet, sehr intim! Die Aktivitäten sind auch sehr reich an Tagen! Es gibt 20 verschiedene Restaurants in der Hotelgruppe, die Sie wählen können, alle sind komplett, sehr aufmerksam! Es gibt auch viele Aktivitäten jeden Abend, Musik-Aufführungen, verschiedene Partys! Die ganze Zeit ist angeordnet! Die Küste ist auch sehr lang, es gibt auch Innensee, die Landschaft ist sehr gut! Sehr gut für Familienurlaub!

The customer service was truly amazing — we were even upgraded to a beautiful suite with an oceanfront view, which made a huge difference. The buffet was great with lots of options, and the staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and welcoming. However, a few things to note: there are very pushy salespeople around the property who are constantly trying to upsell timeshares and spa packages. It’s understandable, but it did get a little tiring at times. The hotel is directly on the beach, but the beachfront isn’t ideal for swimming since it’s very rocky and shallow. You need to walk about five minutes down to find a spot where you can comfortably swim. The overall vibe of the hotel is a bit outdated and cheesy — definitely a mixed crowd of younger people looking to party and older guests, giving it a bit of a “cruise ship” atmosphere. My husband and I had never done an all-inclusive before, and although we got an amazing deal, it’s probably not something we would repeat at this property. As for dining: • The buffet was solid — lots of choices, decent quality — I’d rate it a 7/10. • The two à la carte restaurants (that required reservations) were subpar, so we honestly preferred the buffet experience. • The sushi swim-up bar was a bit of a letdown; the sushi wasn’t great (but understandable given the location). Our only real disappointment was the hot tub — it was very tiny, difficult to find, far away from everything, and when we finally reached it on our last night, it was lukewarm and not fully functioning. Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly all-inclusive with great staff, decent food, and a nice view — this is a good choice. Just know it’s not super luxurious, and swimming directly in front of the hotel isn’t ideal. It’s located right in the heart of Playa where there are lots of partying going on, if you want that sort of scene. We’re glad we tried it, but we’ll probably explore other options and quieter locations next time.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt auf einem Block entfernt von der Hauptstadt ****. Sie können die Musik von nahe gelegenen Bars übergeben hören, aber das störte mich nicht, es ist in einer solchen Lage erwartet. Nach dem Einchecken geben sie Ihnen einen Fernseher und sagen Sie, nicht den Thermostat zu bewegen. Die AC war fest, die ganze Nacht zu laufen und hatte keine automatische Funktion, so dass es für extrem kalte Nächte gemacht. Der Grund, warum ich das Rating herabgesetzt habe, ist der Kundenservice. Sie werden nur zwei Handtücher gegeben und es gab keine Handtücher überhaupt. Ich habe versucht, das Frontdesk zu rufen, aber niemand hat die 6 mal geantwortet, die ich angerufen habe. Ich musste hinunter und nehmen mich selbst, wo ich gebeten wurde, einen zu unterschreiben. Kein großer Deal. Doch am nächsten Tag nahm die Hausaufgaben dieses Handtuch und ersetzte es nie. Ich hoffe, ich werde nicht für ein kleines Handtuch belastet

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Fifth Avenue und die Umgebung ist gut. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Straßenbar zu laut ist und der Klang der Musikbar um drei oder vier Uhr morgens immer noch laut ist.

We stayed at the Viva Azteca Hotel for 7 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we entered our room, the small gestures made for our anniversary made us very happy. All the staff members are smiling and doing their best to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. The resort has a perfect beach. However, the sea was very wavy and covered with sea plants. The food and evening shows were very good. There are plenty of places to visit around the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the 5th Avenue in the center. As a result, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Viva Azteca, you brought color to our lives.

Personally, the music sound from the bar did not inturrupt us because we are used to those noise. But if you need a quiet place to sleep, then the hotel would be the bad choice. They did not have a hair dryer so we should’ve dry hair with A/C🤣 There were some bugs like ants and mosquitos which freaked my partner. But “I” was satisfied about the hotel’s cleanness and in/exterior because it looked quite good. If you like bar, there is a good bar in front of the hotel and also a taco place. Overall, the experience in the hotel was quite good for me and the location was also so good because it’s so close(one block) from the 5th ave.

Es empfehlen würde es den Preis wert. Sehr zentrale Lage, nahe der Hauptstraße und Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Es gab ein Problem mit dem Wasserdruck zu Beginn, aber sie sortierten in ein paar Stunden. Die Dachterrasse ist schön, der Pool ist nicht so groß, und es war ein bisschen schmutzig. Frühstück inbegriffen ist nur eine Wahl aus 4 Gerichten, aber schmackhaft.

Ausgezeichneter Empfang, großes Zimmer, aber es sollte eine Abdeckung haben, um in den ersten Stock zu gelangen. Es ist wirklich schlimm, den Raum bei Regen betreten zu müssen, wenn es regnet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da die Lage großartig ist.

Es war ein großartiges Hotel. Die Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und gingen sehr aufmerksam auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Es war großartig. Die Lage ist perfekt und der Pool ist sehr angenehm, weder zu kalt noch zu heiß. Perfekt für das Wetter. Ich werde dieses Hotel wieder nutzen, wenn ich nach Playa Del Carmen zurückkomme. The service was nothing short of brilliant! Friendly staff (thank you Sofia and Marisol). Slight issue with the water in our shower in room 201, so we were immediately offered to move to another room 305 with was smaller but sunnier and much better shower . The Housekeeping was wonderful too. The rooms were clean and lovely. Fantastic location. The only thing to keep in mind is that there’s a bar with a live band that plays late into the night, so if you like your peaceful sleep before 2:30 or 3 am then this hotel is not for you! There can also be noise from passers by and street performers. Otherwise, perfect central location on the 5th Avn. near to the player Mamita next to many 4/5 stars hotels. It’s lovely place to stay. Oh also, there is a rooftop little pool with jacuzzi and its perfect for quiet sunbathing too if you don’t like sand
