We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Unser Aufenthalt im Said Beach House war nichts weniger als erstaunlich. Von dem Zeitpunkt an ging das Personal wirklich über und über uns – nicht nur das Bar-Minimum, sondern konsequent die zusätzlichen Anstrengungen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir komfortable und gut betreut waren. Ihre Wärme, Aufmerksamkeit, echten Gastfreundschaft und Gedanken machten die Erfahrung wirklich so viel besonderer, und es ist ehrlich gesagt, was uns am meisten erschien. Das Essen war auch großartig und immer zu zeitgemäß zubereitet ... Alles war sauber und gut organisiert über unseren Aufenthalt! Die Villa selbst war sehr gemütlich, gut gepflegt und außergewöhnlich sauber. Es war ein komfortables Raum, nach einem langen Tag der Aktivitäten zurückzukommen. Nur ein kleiner Tipp: Vergessen Sie nicht, die Türen geschlossen zu halten, um Insekten oder Muschiten zu verhindern, zu betreten. Das Sadi Beach House ist sicherlich ein Ort, wo Sie sich sehr mit der Natur verbunden fühlen. Man kann gelegentlich Insekten oder Lizards (oder sogar verschwenderische Katzen!) treffen, aber es ist wirklich eine Anzeige für die Gesamterfahrung, anstatt es zu entfernen – Es ist ein ganzer Teil des Charme. Die Lage war perfekt für uns. Während die Einrichtungen wie Minimalt ein wenig weiter ausgehen können, bedeutete es, dass die Gegend unglaublich ruhig und friedlich war, vor allem in der Nacht. Es ist der ideale Ort, wenn Sie sich entspannen und sich von dem Lärm und dem Geschwindigkeit des Stadtlebens ausruhen wollen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen so schönen Aufenthalt und ein großer Teil davon war dank der erstaunlichen Mitarbeiter, die alles so unermüdlich und willkommen fühlten! Ich würde absolut empfehlen, dass jeder sucht nach einer entspannenden und erinnerlichen Getaway!

Das Resort ist wirklich interessant, mit Gästezimmern in Tipis. Die Lagune ist wunderschön und sauber. Wir waren vom Gästeservice begeistert. Vom Abholen am Fährterminal über die Ankunft im Resort und das Einchecken in unser Zimmer bis hin zum Essen, dem Zimmerservice, dem Sicherheitsdienst und dem Rettungsschwimmer an der Lagune – alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aufgrund des unbeständigen Wetters kümmerte sich der Reinigungsservice aufmerksam darum, unsere Badekleidung von draußen ins Tipi zu bringen und das Zelt zu schließen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Check-out-Zeit war mit 11 Uhr etwas früh. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Anmon Resort insgesamt sehr genossen.

Wir haben diesen schönen Ort auf unserer 2-Tage-Fahrradtour durch West Bintan gefunden. Wir lieben das ample, Farm-Typ-Camp, das zwischen den Hügeln und Savannah mit der rotfarbenen Erde und ewiggrünen Palmen von Bintan ist. Die Rezeption ist bereits offen und freundlich und Sie schauen in einer sehr angenehmen und willkommenen Welt. Der Besitzer hat diese als nachhaltiges Jugendtraining und Lernzentrum eingerichtet, gleichzeitig mit herrlichen und gut integrierten Gästeaktivitäten für Familien, Kinder und Gruppen. Wir blieben in einem der Schleifhäuser neben einem der kleinen und entspannenden Seen, und mein fünfter Sohn liebte jeden Zoll davon. Der A/C Motor arbeitet im Hintergrund, das Badezimmer ist größerer als in allen Lagoi Resorts, die wir bisher waren. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und leicht gemahlen, die Kaffeemaschine ist italienischer, das Frühstück bietet eine Auswahl von zwei Menüs, die es einfach macht, nicht falsch zu wählen. Der beste Teil ist das immer freundliche und unterstützende Personal. Yanu war sehr unterstützend bei der Ingenieurarbeit eines Kites und half uns, es zu fliegen (auch außerhalb seines Schichts). Das Kreativzentrum ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Als natürliche Fahrräder liebten wir die leeren und kleinen gepflegten Straßen um das Camp, so dass wir sogar eine wunderbare Zeit bis zum Blauen Lagoon (1 Stunde) fahren. Von der Ferry Station TM ist es eine 2-Stunden-Fahrradreise mit wenigen Halten auf der Straße (versuchen Sie, die Wärme zu vermeiden). Der Bintan Ferry nimmt Fahrräder für den Transport, so tun 6-seater Kabien in Singapur. Ich kann diesen Ort für alle Fluchtpläne aus der großen Stadt und für alle Naturfans stark empfehlen.

Our stay at Natra Bintan was such an amazing experience for us as a couple 🤍 We decided to go on a weekday, and honestly that was the best decision because the whole place felt so peaceful, calm, and private. The atmosphere was very relaxing with beautiful views and a quiet environment perfect for escaping from busy routines and spending quality time together. From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well prepared for guests. What we loved most was the overall vibe of the resort. It’s not just about the stay, but the feeling you get there slow mornings, relaxing walks, enjoying the lagoon view, and having peaceful moments together without rushing anything. It truly felt like a short healing trip for both of us ✨ Definitely recommended for couples who want a romantic, relaxing, and peaceful getaway. We would love to come back again someday 🤍

Nice location right at Lagoyii Bay. Room is big, clean and very comfortable. Good selrction at buffet breakfast. Lagoyi beach is beautiful but the wheather was extreamely warm during my stay in March. Look forward to return when it is cooler.

We wanted to have a more private and laidback stay over Christmas, and Pantai Indah Lagoi delivered this! After immigration, we were brought to a waiting area for a private car transfer to the villa. Check in was smooth and the housekeeper did a detailed explanation of our room amenities for us. They have a dedicated WhatsApp line for any requests such as housekeeping or buggy. Everything was clean inside and thankfully we did not have any bugs this time, which made it even more pleasant. The private pool was also pleasant and clean for a cooling swim, and we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the villa. Thankful for the great service and definitely worth visiting in a group next time!

Staying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better. The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too ! At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect. Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant. At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home. Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!

Families first time to this place very nice to relax. So thankful who fetch us Tedi (martedi) very kind , good service and pleasant. To manger Hardi first assist us very clear to explain so helpful, kind, good service and friendly. Nur who smiling face. Good ambience and relaxing. Breakfast good complete. My kids love it especially egg prata but our last day prata over cook,(sad),cannot service . The best snorkelling we recommend this water sport. Everything perfect except to shower so little water come out and cannot control heat . Cleaning of room Okay everyday cleaning but never wash the cups. And never give shower gel and shampoo. Overall relax and wonderful experience. We will come back here hope got changed for shower.

I stayed in a standard cheap ,The first thing that bothered me was that there were clean slippers in the room for free. We recommend that you bring slippers. There is no refrigerator in the room, so it is recommended to bring your own refrigerator. At night, young people ride on noisy motorcycles, so they can sleep well with pleasant sound. The earplugs attached to the room were useful. We recommend that you bring a headset for F1.
