GGastnutzerFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

CclaborateDas Zimmer ist sehr gut, auch an der Straße. Das Fenster schließen kann nicht vollständig von außen hören. Der Empfangsservice ist sehr warm und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das kleine und delikate Hotel wird hier das nächste Mal nach Paris leben.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist gut. Gegenüber dem Hoteleingang befindet sich ein Uhrengeschäft. Printemps, Galeries Lafayette und der Louvre sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf der Westseite gibt es einen Walmart City-Supermarkt und auf der anderen Straßenseite im Süden ein Hunan-Restaurant, in dem ich zwei Mahlzeiten gegessen habe. Gehen Sie dann nach Osten und überqueren Sie die erste Kreuzung, um zur U-Bahn-Station Opera House zu gelangen. Es gibt auch ein Sichuan-Restaurant, in dem es gut schmeckt. Das Hotelfrühstück umfasst Garnelenknödel, Reis, Misosuppe und das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch.

GGastnutzerSuper nice boutique hotel with only 50+ rooms near Champs Elysee. The Prestige Suite that I stayed in on the 6th floor has two small terraces with Parisian roof view. The suite is spacious comparatively in central Paris with a separate walk-in closet. The room has very good quality and is equipped with a Japanese toilet which is rather rare in Europe but important. Service throughout the hotel was superb. The front desk and the concierge were very friendly and tried their bests to accommodate my needs. The only room for improvements would be the water pressure is rather small (tho enough) and that the black out curtains don’t completely block the lights in the morning which maybe bothersome for sensitive sleepers. I didn’t try the breakfast downstairs at the restaurant but the room serviced breakfast was nice although would be further improved if more options can be added in the set breakfast. Would for sure stay again if prices are good.

BBellaqulvxingDie geografische Lage am Fluss Sena, zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten nach der Marhe, aber überall muss man etwa 20 Euro nehmen, der Vorteil ist: Sehr neu, das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber das Design ist sehr gut.
Dienst: Der Personalservice im Hallenraum ist normal, ein bisschen mittelmäßig, hilf Paris, ein Kindkleid in Bordeaux zu kriegen, später die Schnellgebühr 65 Euro zu sehen, ohne einen Eingang zu geben.

GGastnutzerBy far one of my favorite hotels in Paris! It starts with the location. As someone who loves waking around the city this location is super central. If one were to compare it to New York City, this would be SoHo. That describes it best. It right next to where the president resides therefore it is also very safe and around the hotel are many luxury brands and stores. Overall it feels like a really great neighborhood. It’s close to most restaurants and only max. of 6 minutes from the jardin de tulieres and therefore great museums and Eiffel Tower as well as the opera and therefore more shopping (just as 5th avenue in New York). It is also very close to Parc Monceau which is my favorite park as it is very peaceful and quiet. And also close to Champs-Elysées. The service is truly amazing and very attentive. There is a concierge who can take care of all the bookings you want to do. The louvre tickets were completely sold out and he was able to get us tickets for the day we wanted. Overall super friendly staff and always looking out to provide the best service even if it’s beyond their job. The breakfast seems expensive but the quality is great and the options are vast. The hotel is very clean which is important to me as well. Overall I had a great stay in a very spacious and beautiful room. I loved the interior design and find it very elegant and soothing.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.
The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.
Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

BBeitayihaoshoudaoDies ist ein beeindruckendes Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Louvre und zur Pariser Oper sind es weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Umgeben von einer japanischen und koreanischen Essensstraße, umgeben von chinesischem Essen, finden Sie alle Arten köstlicher Speisen. Das Hotel ist nicht groß, aber jede Ecke ist voller Design. Es ist seit mehr als einem halben Jahr geöffnet und sehr neu. Wir haben in drei Zimmertypen übernachtet, die größte ist die Penthouse-Suite im siebten Stock, gefolgt von der kostengünstigsten und beliebtesten Premium-Suite. Das klassische Zimmer ist für eine Person geeignet, aber egal um welches Zimmer es sich handelt, das Badezimmer ist sehr groß. Die Vorräte sind von Diptyque und die Zahnpasta ist von Marvis. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich! Probieren Sie unbedingt die beiden Muschelkuchen, die beim Check-in serviert werden. Es ist so lecker und wird Sie überraschen. Dieses Hotel ist meine erste Wahl, wenn ich in Paris unterwegs bin. Wir waren schon zweimal hier. Ich bin mir sicher, dass ich ihn in Zukunft wieder besuchen werde! Vielen Dank, Hana Hotel! AAnonymer BenutzerEs war von Anfang an ein toller Aufenthalt, doch leider hat uns die Rezeptionistin betrügen wollen. Sie fragte nach meiner physischen Kreditkarte. Anschließend auf dem Nachhauseweg hat meine Bank meine Kreditkarte gesperrt, weil jemand unberechtigterweise versucht hat mit meiner Karte kleine Beträge zu bezahlen, da ich aber woanders war und Peage bezahlt habe wurde es Gott sei dank gesperrt.
