5-Sterne-Hotels in Paris

First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

Die Lage ist großartig, es dauert weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß zum LV Champs Elysées Store~ Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig Die Umgebung ist modern und modern und das Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon im französischen Stil. Leider sind der Eiffelturm und der Arc de Triomphe von der Straße aus nicht zu sehen. By far one of my favorite hotels in Paris! It starts with the location. As someone who loves waking around the city this location is super central. If one were to compare it to New York City, this would be SoHo. That describes it best. It right next to where the president resides therefore it is also very safe and around the hotel are many luxury brands and stores. Overall it feels like a really great neighborhood. It’s close to most restaurants and only max. of 6 minutes from the jardin de tulieres and therefore great museums and Eiffel Tower as well as the opera and therefore more shopping (just as 5th avenue in New York). It is also very close to Parc Monceau which is my favorite park as it is very peaceful and quiet. And also close to Champs-Elysées. The service is truly amazing and very attentive. There is a concierge who can take care of all the bookings you want to do. The louvre tickets were completely sold out and he was able to get us tickets for the day we wanted. Overall super friendly staff and always looking out to provide the best service even if it’s beyond their job. The breakfast seems expensive but the quality is great and the options are vast. The hotel is very clean which is important to me as well. Overall I had a great stay in a very spacious and beautiful room. I loved the interior design and find it very elegant and soothing.

Es ist ein sehr japanisches Hotel. Von der Lobby bis zum Zimmer fühlt es sich klein an, aber es ist zu klein. Wenn Sie groß sind, würden Sie es nicht wissen Wo Sie Ihr Gepäck unterbringen können. Die Lage ist super gut, neben der japanischen Food Street, die U-Bahn-Station ist direkt vor der Tür und man kann zu Fuß zum Grand Theatre, zum Louvre und zu den Galeries Lafayette gehen. Das Frühstück war großartig!

Es war von Anfang an ein toller Aufenthalt, doch leider hat uns die Rezeptionistin betrügen wollen. Sie fragte nach meiner physischen Kreditkarte. Anschließend auf dem Nachhauseweg hat meine Bank meine Kreditkarte gesperrt, weil jemand unberechtigterweise versucht hat mit meiner Karte kleine Beträge zu bezahlen, da ich aber woanders war und Peage bezahlt habe wurde es Gott sei dank gesperrt. Seid vorsichtig!

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, auf der Champagner Lijiang Street, das europäische Hotel ist krank, seine Eröffnung ist Jahre lang und die Einrichtungen sind allgemein.
