GGastnutzerFirst, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep.
The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with).
The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly.
The spa was too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist gut. Gegenüber dem Hoteleingang befindet sich ein Uhrengeschäft. Printemps, Galeries Lafayette und der Louvre sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf der Westseite gibt es einen Walmart City-Supermarkt und auf der anderen Straßenseite im Süden ein Hunan-Restaurant, in dem ich zwei Mahlzeiten gegessen habe. Gehen Sie dann nach Osten und überqueren Sie die erste Kreuzung, um zur U-Bahn-Station Opera House zu gelangen. Es gibt auch ein Sichuan-Restaurant, in dem es gut schmeckt. Das Hotelfrühstück umfasst Garnelenknödel, Reis, Misosuppe und das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Badezimmer ist auch sehr groß, das Bett ist auch sehr komfortabel, zu Fuß auf die Wancha Street und die Kiewgate ist sehr nah, und es gibt solche Bedingungen im Zentrum von Paris sehr schwierig. Das Personal der Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, um den Aufenthalt zu betreiben. Die einzige Defizit: Das Frühstück ist halb Selbsthilfe, es braucht Bestellungen, die Sorten sind nicht sehr reichhaltig, und die Frühstücksbestellung ist etwas unermüdlich.

BBeitayihaoshoudaoDies ist ein beeindruckendes Hotel. Die Lage ist sehr gut, zum Louvre und zur Pariser Oper sind es weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Umgeben von einer japanischen und koreanischen Essensstraße, umgeben von chinesischem Essen, finden Sie alle Arten köstlicher Speisen. Das Hotel ist nicht groß, aber jede Ecke ist voller Design. Es ist seit mehr als einem halben Jahr geöffnet und sehr neu. Wir haben in drei Zimmertypen übernachtet, die größte ist die Penthouse-Suite im siebten Stock, gefolgt von der kostengünstigsten und beliebtesten Premium-Suite. Das klassische Zimmer ist für eine Person geeignet, aber egal um welches Zimmer es sich handelt, das Badezimmer ist sehr groß. Die Vorräte sind von Diptyque und die Zahnpasta ist von Marvis. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich! Probieren Sie unbedingt die beiden Muschelkuchen, die beim Check-in serviert werden. Es ist so lecker und wird Sie überraschen. Dieses Hotel ist meine erste Wahl, wenn ich in Paris unterwegs bin. Wir waren schon zweimal hier. Ich bin mir sicher, dass ich ihn in Zukunft wieder besuchen werde! Vielen Dank, Hana Hotel! GGastnutzerBy far one of my favorite hotels in Paris! It starts with the location. As someone who loves waking around the city this location is super central. If one were to compare it to New York City, this would be SoHo. That describes it best. It right next to where the president resides therefore it is also very safe and around the hotel are many luxury brands and stores. Overall it feels like a really great neighborhood. It’s close to most restaurants and only max. of 6 minutes from the jardin de tulieres and therefore great museums and Eiffel Tower as well as the opera and therefore more shopping (just as 5th avenue in New York). It is also very close to Parc Monceau which is my favorite park as it is very peaceful and quiet. And also close to Champs-Elysées. The service is truly amazing and very attentive. There is a concierge who can take care of all the bookings you want to do. The louvre tickets were completely sold out and he was able to get us tickets for the day we wanted. Overall super friendly staff and always looking out to provide the best service even if it’s beyond their job. The breakfast seems expensive but the quality is great and the options are vast. The hotel is very clean which is important to me as well. Overall I had a great stay in a very spacious and beautiful room. I loved the interior design and find it very elegant and soothing.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating, especially towards our family, which made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. The hospitality was genuine and thoughtful.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space for the whole family after a day of exploring Paris. Cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions—perfect for a family trip.
The spa and hotel facilities added to the experience, allowing us to unwind and enjoy quality family time in a peaceful setting.
Overall, Majestic Hotel & Spa is an excellent choice for families visiting Paris, offering comfort, great service, and a prime location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

The only thing annoyed me very much is that the housekeepers are very rude. Everything else seems fine,except the controlling pad surface is a bit dusty. I lived there for 3 nights, everyday there are someone coming to my room without knocking the door or telling me who that is. First day I was quite shocked, I thought it was my problem because I didn't turn on the 'Do not disturb' light. That's fine.
The second day, I had the 'Do not disturb' light on, someone(housekeeper) still opened my door without knocking the door or telling me who that is. That was very awkward. I feel no privacy in the room as someone could just come into your room without any notice . That annoyed me very much. I mean, what is the point of 'Do not disturb' button ??!! Later I turned off the 'Do not disturb' light and turned on 'Please make up room' light. I went out of the room and saw the housekeeper in the there. I kindly asked her could she make up my room for me. She seems unhappy and told me that It is too late and she is off already . Come on, it was only 4pm, and I am going to stay there another night. I came back after one hour , saw the ' Please make up room' light still on, so I didn't expect my room was made. Luckily someone cleaned my room but didn't turned off the light.
Then it was the 3rd day, I had the late check out till 3pm and I had the 'Do not disturb' light on. You know what happened? The housekeeper opened my door without any notice again while I was in the room and said DO NOT DISTURB. It was obvious light color and I am really annoyed by that. If it happened once , ok. But everyday for 3 consecutive days ???! All the other staffs are fine but I do think it lacks housekeeping training. It ruined all the privacy and trust etc.
If it is only for the room, and concierge etc I like it.
The housekeeping is terrible and disappointing.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist sehr gut, gerade in der kleinen Schachtel neben der Wan Street, und ich bin 10 Minuten bis zum Krypton-Port. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Badezimmer ist auch sehr groß, obwohl die Geschichte lang ist, aber die Wartung ist sehr gut, der Leibschrank ist sehr empfindlich und kann auch zum Eiffelturm laufen, etwa eine halbe Stunde. Der Preis ist teuer, kann der Grund für Feiertage sein.
