WS Tour Eiffel - Nicolo

Ich war zunächst überrascht über die Überbuchung, bin aber mit der hervorragenden Nachbereitung zufrieden. Insgesamt waren die Unterkünfte sauber und die Lage hervorragend.

とても良かったです。あたとまりたいです。

Avoid this place !!!! a couple of concerns we had whilst staying at this apartment. We could not turn the interior light off without turning all the power off including the fans so had to sleep with the light on all night as the apartment was so hot as there was no air conditioning. The window does not lock and can be pulled open at all times. We requested fresh towels for us which were dropped off while we were out although only 3 towels were left for us and we have four people so having to share wet towels again. The hair dryer in the bathroom does not work so we were unable to use this to dry our hair. When we returned to our apartment our door had been left wide open by the staff who delivered our towels. This is extremely unacceptable considering all of our personal items and belongings were not secured by the staff. We could not even put anything in the safe as the safe is totally removable which makes no sense for the purpose of having a safe. Unfortunately our stay was not overly pleasant and the safety was definitely below standards. The room was not clean and there is no one around to help you. I have emailed numerous times and now am just ghosted !! I gave more than enough opportunities for them to explain themselves but felt like they didn’t care. Such a shame because the actual location was good.

The area that the apartment is in is very nice. However the actual building looks semi abandoned and the room was okay looking. However, when we walked in there were a bunch of ants that were crawling around the entire room (including the bed) which made it quite uncomfortable. Later the same day we got there, there were so many flies and ants that came in through the window that covered the entire room. So much that we had to leave the property early. Unfortunate.

I would stay here again. Great location, loved the neighborhood. Loved walking around in the morning. Walking distance from Eiffel Tower. No A/C but I think that is common. I would have loved a fan for sleeping. Thank you! It was great for 2 adults and 2 kids.

It was good for my daughter and I. Close enough to the Eiffle Tower and Batobus that we could walk back and forth as needed. Clean and easy access!

Property was clean. Very nice. But air conditioning not working. We tried to reach property by WhatsApp and call but they never replied. We had to turn all fans and open windows so we can sleep. After check out we could not keep our luggage for few hours, nobody was present for breakfast. No food available. No water or coffee. No elevator This place is near to attractions and nice cafes around area.

The keyboard to the codelock did not work
