Paris Apartments

Ich wollte einen romantischen Ausflug nach Paris machen, um meinen Geburtstag zu feiern, also mietete ich für vier Nächte ein Zimmer mit Terrasse zu einem höheren Preis. Leider entsprachen meine Erwartungen nicht den Erwartungen Als ich die Reservierung vorgenommen habe, habe ich mir das Datum und die Uhrzeit meines Geburtstags besonders notiert. Als ich eincheckte, wurde ich daran erinnert, dass das Zimmer keinen Balkon hat Solange Sie den Bildschirm nicht öffnen und auf den Balkon gehen, fällt der Bildschirmhaken ab, sobald Sie den Raum betreten. Der Designer hat nicht genug darüber nachgedacht. Ich muss sie jedes Mal daran erinnern, dass es sich zu diesem Preis nicht lohnt, in einem Zimmer auf einer niedrigen Etage mit Blick auf das Stadion zu wohnen. Der einzige Vorteil ist, dass es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Turm sind Letztendlich bleibt Ihnen nur die Möglichkeit, Ihre Mentalität zu ändern, diese kleinen Mängel zu ignorieren und Ihren eigenen romantischen Urlaub zu verbringen. 

Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind sauber und hygienisch. Wir haben uns für ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten entschieden und das Frühstück ist ebenfalls im Preis inbegriffen. Die Gegend ist sehr praktisch. Die U-Bahn-Linie 14 liegt nur 3 bis 5 Minuten von der Tür entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Bushaltestelle und einen Taxistand für dich. Es gibt weitere Einrichtungen zum Tischtennisspielen, Schwimmbäder und Saunen. Das Hotel bietet auch ein Spa. Wir trafen auch einen chinesischen Kellner, der in den Bewertungen erwähnt wurde. Er war wirklich nett und versorgte uns mit verschiedenen Informationen. Außerdem kamen wir in den frühen Morgenstunden an und kamen etwas früher im Hotel an. Es waren auch schon im Voraus Zimmer für unsere Kinder frei. Herzlichen Dank an Xiaoqi für die Hilfe. Die Kuchen im Restaurant im Erdgeschoss des Hotels sind sehr lecker.

Sie blieb hier 7 Nächte für unseren Urlaub in Paris. Der Service war großartig von der Eincheckung zum Konzern, um uns zu helfen, Weine zu öffnen, die wir außerhalb gekauft haben. Der Konzern half mir, den Taxi für CDG zu buchen, glatt und zuverlässig. Unser Familienzimmer war geräumig und bietet einen großen Blick auf das lateinische Viertel. Komfortable Betten und gut konzipiertes Badezimmer sind genau das, was wir nach langen Tagen in den Museen benötigt haben. Die Lage war sehr bequem. Nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Montparnasse Station, und es gibt Supermarkt 1 Minute entfernt, der so früh wie 7 Uhr eröffnet.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Der Flug nach Paris geht um 6:30 Uhr, ich muss um 14:30 Uhr einchecken, also habe ich mein gesamtes Gepäck aufbewahrt und bin zur Rezeption gegangen Der Angestellte war sehr nett und gab mir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Das Zimmer hatte ein großes Bett und zwei Schlafsofas. Alles in der Minibar ist kostenlos und die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist relativ reichhaltig, aber es handelt sich um westliches Essen, an das ältere Menschen möglicherweise nicht gewöhnt sind. Insgesamt entspricht der Preis der Lage und dem Service!

Good location, Good service. The air conditioner is not working in the room. Feeling very humid . The corridor is much more cooler than our room. Can have improvement on the breakfast menu. We are eating the same break menu throughout four days stay . Overall is good

Check-In: Reibungslos, höfflich, effizient und man hat proaktiv die vorab angefragten Services nochmal bestätigt Check-Out: Reibungslos, freundlich und ohne Wartezeit. Chaffeur Service perfekt organisiert und trotz kurzfristiger Änderungen stets zuvorkommend und mit dem Ziel dem Gast alle Bemühungen abzunehmen. Zimmer: Ausstattung tadellos, Bad hell und optimal gepflegt, perfekte Sauberkeit und Housekeeping richtet sich nach den Gästen Lage: Nicht optimal aber immer noch gut. Fitness/SPA: Toller Pool in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Fitnessbereich gut ausgestattet wobei hier die Geräte für die Anzahl der Zimmer am Morgen schon zu wenig waren und die Atmosphäre nicht denanderem Hotelbereichen entspricht. Concierge: Anfragen wurden innerhalb von 15 Minuten bestätigt und man hat stets auch Alternativen angeboten und perfekte Hilfestellung gegeben. Sehr gutes Netzwerk und ein Aushängeschild des Hotels. Der Service des Hotels ist einwandfrei und eine absolute Stärke des Hotels. Das Hotel kann aus meiner Sicht uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

We stayed six nights at this fairly spartan property that was fitted with basic room attributes including a small refrigerator, a hair dryer and a tiny safe. We requested a coffee maker and received a hot pot with instant coffee. Getting an iron in the room proved a bit of an ordeal. The room was clean and the beds were quite good. Hotel staff was uniformly convivial, accommodating and helpful with exception of an encounter with the night manager (more on that later). Only one low voltage outlet in the bathroom was provided that could power an electric razor. My daughter brought a dual-voltage curling iron and hair straightener that could not be used in the bathroom due to lack of an electrical outlet. Staff ultimately provided an extension cord to be strung from the nightstand, and over the bed that my daughter was able to use to reach a wall mirror in the bedroom. We had the misfortune to be at the property during the annual Pride celebration at Place de la Republique directly in front of the hotel. My wife has mobility issues and we had to push through hundreds of drunken celebrants to get to the only entrance to the hotel. Scary stuff getting pushed along by a mob where my wife could have fallen and been trampled. I understand the Pride celebration is a public event but its a scheduled event that the hotel could have alerted clients to and made provisions to have opened a guarded entrance on the backside of the building away from the inebriated mob. With an early morning departure to the airport, I went to the desk the night before to check out so we could leave quickly the following morning. The front desk clerk advised that the hotel had my card on file and my e-mail address so they would send me the bill thereafter with nothing additionally to be done the next morning - just drop the key and run. As we were leaving early the next morning the night manager told me that I couldn't leave because I hadn't settled my bill. He inferred I was skipping out without paying the bill. I recounted the discussion I had the previous night and he repeated firmly that the bill needed to be closed out before we could leave. It was an uncomfortable encounter that was unnecessary. Somebody needs training here and its not the client. In summary, I'd say this property lacked many expected elements for the price point and as such could only describe it as providing moderate value. The lack of provisions to accommodate client access during the Pride celebration and the check-out snafu made it seem that they were somehow new to the game.

I went to the hotel with my bud Annia and we were hosted by Alexander at the reception. We were there for almost an hour and had a great time knowing about the history of the hotel while enjoying the views of Eiffel from the suite named poet in the top floor.

My wife and I loved this hotel. The location is just a 25 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, but also close to many other attraction and restaurants in the area. The rooms aren't big, but still just right. The included breakfast was easily the highlight as it was fantastic! We would stay here again in the future.

We stayed two nights as a Diamond member and this was my 2nd visit having tried it as one of the first guests before they officially opened to the public. From check in to checkout we were so impressed and felt so welcome. We got given an absolutely amazing upgrade to a lovely suite that was just perfect and a bottle of champagne waiting for us. The bed is heavenly and the bath tub too :). Thank you so much to all the staff there who made us feel so welcome and personal. The only slight negative i would say is their breakfast - it didn’t feel fitting for a hotel of this quality as there was not much buffet choice and the concept maybe needs rethinking. But let this not put you off the hotel is a gem. I also stayed in the Intercontintal le grand after this stay and the KIMPTON blew it away for me and most of all i felt comfortable here. Can’t wait to come back
