Ansonsten ist es perfekt und meiner Meinung nach mehr wert als der Preis."

UubelatteIch habe im September drei Nächte dort verbracht und war sehr zufrieden.
Das Personal war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend, und obwohl ich vor meiner ersten Parisreise etwas nervös war, wurde es zu einer wunderschönen Erinnerung.
Ich fühlte mich drei Tage lang wie zu Hause bei einem Freund.
Das Zimmer war etwas klein und der Aufzug etwas ungewöhnlich, daher sollte man mit schwerem Gepäck vorsichtig sein.
Das Café in der Lobby mit Kaffee und Tee war jeden Tag sehr praktisch. Es gab auch kleine Snacks wie Kuchen und Obst.
Als ich im nahegelegenen Monoprix einkaufte und die Lebensmittel auf meinem Zimmer essen wollte, fragte mich ein Mitarbeiter, ob ich ein Messer hätte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls köstlich, und ich habe jeden Morgen sehr genossen.
Ich hatte ursprünglich nur eine Nacht geplant, aber aufgrund eines Streiks habe ich meine anderen Pläne storniert und wegen möglicher Zugausfälle zwei weitere Nächte gebucht. Das war die richtige Entscheidung.
Das Hotel liegt nur fünf Gehminuten vom Gare de Lyon entfernt, und die Straßen sind eben.
Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und es gibt viele Bäckereien, die Lage des Hotels ist also ausgezeichnet. Etwas weiter vom Bahnhof entfernt fühlte ich mich allerdings etwas unsicher.
Da ich aber abends nicht spät ausgehe, würde ich das Hotel bei meinem nächsten Parisbesuch gerne wieder buchen!

KKing KaDuring my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue.
I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card turned to black side, that means “occupied”. But they still clear my table, also take away my card for telling them if I am still here. That means they treat me as already left. When I come back, I asked them to change me to another table for two to avoid misunderstandings, one staff told me that he will clean the table for me but he forget it. After take away the card for telling them if I still occupied the table, no one give me back. I asked one of the staff give me back but he simply requested me to ask other staff to do it. Later, they cleared my table again because there is no card. A lot of mistakes. If charge this price, service is fail.
The food is generally good. Good position and can appreciate Efital tower every night.

Die folgenden Punkte müssen verbessert werden:
- Die Zeit des Check-in, in der man Ihnen sogar ein Papier unterschreibt, wie Sie das Frühstück nehmen und dass sie am nächsten Tag nicht Ihren Namen auf dem Frühstücksblatt haben 😏.
- Le contrôle des chambres avant l’affectation: notre chambre sentait fort le mousi et nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre.
- Le service du petit-déjeuner où vous n'êtes pas informé de ce qui est compris dans la formule et qu'il faut tout demander. Pas de service de débarrage des assiettes vides non plus.
Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas à l'altitude d'un quatre étoiles.

AAnonymer BenutzerErreichbarkeit und Lage: Wir waren uns bewusst, dass Montmartre eine hügelige, gepflasterte Gegend ist. Daher wäre bei Ankunft und Abreise ein Taxi oder Uber mit großem Gepäck die bequemste Art.
Es hat eine hervorragende Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von fabelhaften Bars, Restaurants und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Montmartre entfernt.
Etwa 450-550 Meter von den U-Bahn-Stationen Lamarck und Chateau Rouge entfernt.
Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer, in dem wir waren, roch bei der Ankunft etwas nach Körpergeruch, was enttäuschend war. Zum Glück können die Fenster geöffnet werden, sodass das Problem gelöst war.
Komfort: Betten und Kissen waren bequem.
Service: Guter Frühstücksservice. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Guter Münzwäscheservice.

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

SSiyuyinyinDas Hotel ist mit seinen großen Zimmern, der kompletten Ausstattung und der guten Lage sehr gut für Chinesen geeignet. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und guten Service. Das einzige, was verbessert werden muss, ist die Hygiene des Zimmers. Die Laken und Kissenbezüge waren fleckig und unsauber. Beim Reinigen wurde die Steppdecke einfach auf den Boden gelegt und mit den Füßen dagegen getreten. Das war, als ich im Zimmer war. Die Handtücher sind bei genauem Hinsehen nicht sauber...Wenn die Zimmerhygiene verbessert werden kann, ist es dennoch ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Introduction:
As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations.
Facilities:
The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more.
The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity!
Service:
It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience.
Safety & Transportation:
Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant.
Dining:
Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient.
Booking Recommendation:
Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit.
Final Thoughts:
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

Negative Aspekte:
-Die Dusche hat einen Teppich, der nicht wirklich sauber war (die Teppich tendierte nicht zu halten das Wasser)
-über dem WC auf dem Dach war ein Feuerschutzschlauch, wo jede 2-3 Minuten ein Tropfen Wasser fallen
Alles zusammen, ich würde als Preis-Qualität-Verhältnis empfehlen

EEricOrdentliches Hotel - für den Preis in Ordnung, aber meiner Meinung nach kein wirkliches 4-Sterne-Hotel.
Die Lage war in Ordnung. Es ist relativ einfach, dorthin zu gelangen (10 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn entfernt, am Ende der Linie 4 Porte de Clignancourt), aber es ist an sich nichts Besonderes und die Umgebung war nicht schön.
Für mein Zimmer war die Größe angemessen, aber ziemlich einfach und die Sauberkeit ließ ein wenig zu wünschen übrig (auf meinem Handtuch waren zufällig lange Haare?).
Das Personal ist allerdings nett und hilfsbereit.
