The room was spectacular, so much more spacious than I expected, super views and a comfortable bed. The reception was superb and the snacks were really appreciated by the kids. The hotel and room is stylish and minimalist, ideal.

Lovely hotel. Stayed with a friend for 2 nights. It very much gives a mid luxury feel. Very tranquil and relaxing. Their gym is mehhh and I do love a gym. Wasn't well equipped. That's my only downside but I would definitely stay here again. A metro station is also just down the road. Free coffee fruit drinks and snack were provided and the staff were so kind. Definitely recommend for the price.

4 day stay in this great hotel with young and helpful staff and a great manager! Being able to have a hot drink or a fresh juice accompanied by small appetizers anytime during the day, is more than appreciable. we stayed 4 days with my Mom in a beautiful room, spacious, with parquet floors, comfortable bedding with a view of the Sacre Coeur and the Eiffel Tower! Hearty breakfast and very welcoming staff. I recommend!

We were very happy with our stay. When we booked the hotel we didn’t expect much but when we came there it was a surprise. The outside of the building is unassuming but the inside is very very nice. The only downside is the location. You can go into the city easily but you have to be prepared to walk a little bit. To sum it up- we really recommend this hotel!

Brand new hotel - very stylish decor and spotlessly clean. Family room was very roomy a king size bed plus a double sofa bed. There was a hairdryer in the room and coffee machine. The lounge area was cool nice drinks and snacks included. The only complaint I had was the noise from the train as we were on the 1st floor but the staff did offer us alternative rooms. Staff from front of house to bar to housekeeping all so friendly and helpful. Train station Rosa parks a few minutes walk and probably no longer than 25mins into central Paris. Uber from CDG airport was around 45mins and to Orly 30 mins. Would 100% stay here again!

Positives- Spotlessly clean, stylish , modern hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable , restaurant on site, snacks and drinks available during stay included in the price . Train station about 5 mins walk , staff all really friendly and helpful. Negatives - trains run right behind the hotel and run all through the night , can be heard loudly in rooms . Hotel not very well signed and looks like a block of apartments from the road. Reception are very small and felt overcrowded when we were checking out with people trying to check in.

If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. We directly booked a family room at the hotel, not online, only to be met with an unpleasant odor. We requested a room change, but the alternative was just as bad. When we sought a refund, the staff declined impolitely. Their customer service is disappointing, especially considering the noise disturbances from nearby trains in the room we were given.

Excellent value hotel. Near to Rosa Parks station on RER E line, which takes you to Gare du Nord station. There isn’t many restaurants in this area, but the Noccia Italian restaurant in the hotel is excellent and includes a bar in the evening
