Hotels mit Balkon in Paris

Alle Mitarbeiter dieses Hotels waren unglaublich gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm im Umgang. Ich möchte mich besonders bei Javier und Matthieu bedanken, die für mein Geburtstagsfrühstück eine besondere Überraschung vorbereitet haben. Sie haben uns immer begrüßt, wenn wir das Hotel verließen und wieder zurückkamen.

We were so impressed with the apartment upon check in. However I was incorrectly charged double taxes. Travelled with 2 adults and 3 children. Additionally you are charged 10 euros administrative fee. I was not aware of this by my booking provider beforehand. We were provided with all the access codes (three in total) and 2 different emergency contact numbers. We arrived back with our daughters late at night, to not be able to enter the building as the door would not open. The access codes were correct but the door appeared to not be responding! Passers by stopped to try and assist, we shouted out to those in the building but no joy. We called both emergency telephone numbers but no one answered. We literally did not know what to do at this point and was close to calling the police as our passports and belongings were in the property. Fortunately the restaurant owner next door, happened to be drinking alcohol in the nearby bar, and after near on 15 mins (felt like 30 mins) but been advised it was closer to 15 minutes, he was passing by and thankfully for both the hotel and us, he was able to assist. He mentioned he has been provided with spare keys and was hopeful they still worked. The following day, the receptionist, hugged us and told us her boss would be compensating us for the safety issue and worrying situation we had been put in. I appreciated this approach and she said he would be in touch on Monday. I had to follow up on the Tuesday as I had not heard anything. After a lot of back and forth we have not been compensated anything. Instead have been told the situation was sorted by the neighbour (thank goodness he was in a nearby bar drinking!) we have also been told we would receive a discount for future stays. When asked, we have never been told what the discounts are, so we feel we have been completely misled. It is a shame as the apartments once inside, are lovely, but the management and the lack of safety and the worry, have completely let this place down. Please make sure you are charged correctly for your city taxes.

Obwohl das Hotel nicht in der Nähe eines großen Bahnhofs liegt, gibt es zwei Bahnhöfe in der Nähe, die beide etwa 5 Minuten entfernt sind, und die Fahrt nach Satin Lazara dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Das Zimmer war insgesamt ordentlich, aber der Kellner fügte kein Wasser hinzu, was etwas enttäuschend war Glücklicherweise gibt es in der Nähe Supermärkte und Waschsalons, was auch sehr praktisch ist.

Sowohl das Zimmer als auch die Toilette sind sehr geräumig, man muss allerdings eine Treppe hinaufsteigen, um den Aufzug zu nehmen, und dann noch eine weitere Treppe hinaufsteigen, um auf die Etage zu gelangen, was für großes Gepäck nicht sehr angenehm ist. Es gibt kostenloses Wasser und Kekse im Zimmer, aber keinen Aufpreis am zweiten Tag bei einer Buchung für zwei Tage

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Arc de Triomphe entfernt. Der Aufzug ist klein, kaum groß genug für eine Person und ein Gepäckstück. Das Zimmer wirkt ein bisschen wie ein japanisches Zimmer – klein, aber voll ausgestattet. Unten gibt es einen kleinen Laden und ein Fastfood-Restaurant mit zwei 1-Sterne-Restaurants. Gabsi ist ausgezeichnet; ich habe noch nie eine so weiche und blutleere Hähnchenbrust gesehen. Das Mittagsmenü, 75 + 7 Euro, ist ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich ging mitten in der Nacht nach unten, um zu rauchen, und die Gegend fühlte sich sicher an. Der Service an der Rezeption war durchschnittlich; ich würde nicht sagen, dass die Einstellung schlecht war, aber sie war ziemlich unflexibel. Vielleicht sind sie beschäftigt und müssen sich keine Sorgen um die Kunden machen. Ich buchte am ersten Tag ein Einzelzimmer, und sie sagten mir, dass es keine Hausschuhe gäbe, also musste ich welche kaufen. 😂 Schließlich ließen sie mich nicht einmal eine Minute vor meiner Abreise auschecken.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Mein Aufenthalt im Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse war ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis und eine hervorragende Wahl für meinen Paris-Besuch. Das Hotel bietet die perfekte Balance zwischen Komfort, Stil und Bequemlichkeit. Vom ersten Moment meiner Ankunft an war das Personal herzlich, professionell und stets hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Wünschen. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und effizient, was den Grundstein für einen positiven Aufenthalt legte. Das Zimmer selbst war modern, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot alles, was ich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigte. Besonders das Bett war sehr bequem und sorgte für einen erholsamen Schlaf nach langen Tagen in der Stadt. Auch die durchdachten Annehmlichkeiten und die insgesamt ruhige Atmosphäre haben mir sehr gefallen. Ein Highlight des Hotels ist die Dachterrasse mit ihrem atemberaubenden Panoramablick über Paris – inklusive Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Der perfekte Ort, um abends bei einem Drink zu entspannen und die Schönheit der Stadt zu genießen. Die Lage ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer angenehmen und weniger überlaufenen Gegend und bietet dennoch eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, sodass man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Paris bequem erreichen kann. Insgesamt kann ich das Novotel Paris Vaugirard Montparnasse jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine komfortable, stilvolle und gut gelegene Unterkunft in Paris sucht. Ich würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch definitiv wieder hier übernachten.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm war einfach fantastisch! Schade nur, dass ich ein Zimmer mit Eiffelturm-Blick gebucht hatte, dieser aber durch Baustellen-Stahlgitter versperrt war.

Es war von Anfang an ein toller Aufenthalt, doch leider hat uns die Rezeptionistin betrügen wollen. Sie fragte nach meiner physischen Kreditkarte. Anschließend auf dem Nachhauseweg hat meine Bank meine Kreditkarte gesperrt, weil jemand unberechtigterweise versucht hat mit meiner Karte kleine Beträge zu bezahlen, da ich aber woanders war und Peage bezahlt habe wurde es Gott sei dank gesperrt. Seid vorsichtig!

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt absolut geliebt. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer bereit, mit Empfehlungen zu helfen. Die Atmosphäre war gemütlich und gesellig, perfekt, um andere Reisende kennenzulernen. Saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten und eine großartige Lage machten es noch besser. Außerdem war der Barbereich großartig zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die einen warmen und preisgünstigen Aufenthalt suchen!
