Die Lage ist für dieses Hotel ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter sind schnell und hilfreich bei allen Anfragen. Sehr freundlich und auch sehr Gastfreund. Liebe das Frühstück! Die erfreuliche Fotos im Hotel sind großartig. Sie zwingen Sie nicht, für zusätzliche Fotos zu zahlen, obwohl wir am Ende für mehr zahlen, wie wir die Fotos mögen.

Mein Aufenthalt im Harbin Sunac Shibo Hotel war insgesamt hervorragend. Das Concierge-Personal wirkte zwar sehr beschäftigt, doch selbst kleinere Anliegen wurden diskret und effizient bearbeitet, der Service war durchweg außergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, und die Lage war sehr praktisch, da die Sunac Mall und das Hot Snow Miracle fußläufig erreichbar waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und zufriedenstellend. Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Harbin definitiv wieder wählen.

Ich war von meiner Erfahrung im Grand Mercure Hotel sehr beeindruckt. Der gesamte Prozess von der Buchung bis zum Check-out verlief reibungslos. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie von ihrem luxuriösen und modernen Einrichtungsstil angezogen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und der Check-in verlief schnell und effizient. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und das Frühstück des Hotels ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Serviceteam von Zheng Zihao, Liu Yupeng, Wang Yudi und Zhang Yitong an der Rezeption des Hotels sehr professionell ist enthusiastisch. Es hat uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert und wir freuen uns darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder hier zu übernachten!

Crowne Plaza is a great hotel located within a short walk to plenty of restaurants and Sunac Mall (it has the Guinness World Record for largest indoor skiing, with affordable skiing lessons for kids if you prefer to stay within Harbin area). All staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and any issues are resolved within a few minutes. Roughly 20mins by car to the Harbin Ice & Snow world and 30mins to the city centre. Located in a quiet area so there wasn't any noise or traffic nearby at night time. Room is spacious (fits our family of 4 with kids aged 6 & 8) and clean, housekeeping is very prompt. We had originally booked the themed room but change to the normal room to have a bathtub instead. Gym and pool facilities are decent and clean. (Note: Swimming cap is required, but you can buy it before swimming). Pleasant experience overall.

We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort. The suite was spacious and offered stunning river views that made mornings feel serene. The location was excellent, close to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The check-in receptionist was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome fruits and almonds arranged on the first day. Housekeeping, however was disappointing. Daily cleaning felt incomplete, with tea bags, sugar, cups, and glasses not replenished. The welcome fruits were left to spoil and were never replaced. Overall room cleanliness was only 3/5, which felt below expectations for a suite at this price point. The breakfast buffet provided both local and international options but the dishes were average and repetitive. We saw the same items every day, which quickly became boring. Overall, the suite and location were enjoyable but housekeeping and breakfast variety need improvement. A convenient choice for exploring Harbin while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Es war großartig und hat Spaß gemacht, meine Kinder hierher zu bringen. Am 1. Mai gab es ein Feuerwerk und es wurden Eintrittskarten für den Spielplatz nebenan geschenkt. Ich werde bei nächster Gelegenheit wiederkommen. Bevor ich ging, gab die Rezeption meinem Kind einen kleinen weichen Rucksack aus einer schwarzen Katze. Ein kleiner Vorschlag ist, den Sicherheitsschutz an der großen Badewanne mit einem Lautsprecher auszustatten. Bei einigen Kindern besteht möglicherweise die Gefahr, dass der Sicherheitsschutz in der Badewanne umkippt, da die Warnungen nicht zu groß sind durch Geschrei. Es kommt auf die Sicherheit der Mitglieder an...

Das Hotel kommuniziert kaum und erklärt seinen Gästen beim Check-in nicht alle Details. Wir wussten nicht, dass das Hotel seinen Gästen am Anreisetag Abendessen anbot. Wir mussten herumfragen, und dabei wirkte es, als wollten wir uns ein kostenloses Abendessen erschleichen. Das gebuchte Paket beinhaltete eine Happy Hour in der Executive Lounge und ein leichtes Abendessen. Wir mussten nachweisen, dass wir ein Pauschalangebot gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Das Hotel muss seinen Service dringend verbessern und seine Gäste über die Geschehnisse im Hotel informieren, um peinliche und unnötige Verwirrungen zu vermeiden. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber die Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Klimaanlage kühlte das Zimmer nicht ausreichend. Es war heiß und die Luft war stickig. Das Essen war gut und wir waren zufrieden. Das war das Beste für meine Familie und mich. Wir waren eigentlich skeptisch, weil wir dachten, es würde nur chinesisch sein, aber überraschenderweise haben wir mehr gegessen, als wir erwartet hatten. Das Hotel ist ein gutes Hotel. Würde ich jemandem einen Aufenthalt dort empfehlen? Ja! Aber sie müssen die Kommunikation und den Service gegenüber ihren Gästen deutlich verbessern, insbesondere gegenüber ausländischen Gästen, die chinesische Küche ausprobieren möchten. Sie müssen die Messlatte höher legen und nach zweisprachigen Dienstleistern suchen, um einen guten Service zu gewährleisten. Und bitte fügen Sie Ihrer Speisekarte mehr Gebäckrezepte hinzu 😋

I arrived quite late the night of booking, the check in process was quick and efficient, the front desk clerk pleasant. The room upon entering had a smoke smell, water temp was lukewarm and ac too low so the room was cold. I was too tired so I went in the morning to the front desk to ask if they could please sort out these issues and went to breakfast, by the time I went back to the room all my issues had been sorted out, that was efficient and excellent service. Now while the water was hot enough it wasn’t hot enough to fill up the tub for a soak however, I had to get out in 15 min as the water got cold. Breakfast was lovely and the staff are all so accommodating and cheerful! Warm smiles and welcome, I really appreciate the warmth they showed everyone. The view in the room is good, at night you can see the snow festival lights from bed, bed is soft and comfy and across the hotel about 2 blocks ( 10 min brisk walk) you can go down to the frozen river and take pictures, it’s like your own personal playground. There are even discarded ice blocks that you can make work for your photography. The hotel has shuttle service going to places but not back, the hotel is far from downtown Harbin where most of the attractions are based. I still enjoyed my stay, thank you for the good hospitality.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
