"Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super. Direkt nebenan befindet sich die Zentralstraße mit vielen Restaurants und gegenüber gibt es den berühmten Eisentopfeintopf, nordostchinesische Küche und Barbecue. Beliebte Sehenswürdigkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr nah; ein kurzer Spaziergang führt zur Kathedrale und zum Markt. Auch Lieferdienste bieten viele leckere Optionen. Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr angenehm und die clevere Xiao Du-Steuerung sorgte für viel Spaß bei den Kindern! Beim Betreten des Hotels wurde uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen, und die nette junge Dame an der Rezeption gab uns sogar selbstgemachte Reiseempfehlungen, die alles von Essen über Aktivitäten bis hin zum Transport umfassten – sehr umfassend! Ach ja, und die Rezeption stellte uns auch kostenlose Wärmepads und beheizte Einlegesohlen zur Verfügung. Ich bin sehr dankbar für diesen aufmerksamen Service, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich ausgezeichnet."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this home in Harbin, China. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable, perfect for our family.The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, assisting us with many things from before our arrival until after our departure. The staff was very polite and attentive, the best thing about it is of course the dress up session with the photographer. Highly recommended for a novelty stay.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

Das Frühstück ist im Hotelpreis nicht inbegriffen (aber es gibt ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Familienzimmer). Da das Halbbuffet-Frühstück auf Ctrip gute Kritiken hat, haben wir es uns angesehen und entschieden, ob wir es kaufen oder nicht. Der Kellner, der gerade für mich bestellen wollte, sagte: „Kaufen Sie es nicht. Zusätzlich zur Bestellung frisch zubereiteter Speisen (um den Geschmack sicherzustellen) reicht Ihnen das Buffet, also gebe ich es Ihnen.“

Verschiedene Details wurden gelobt, wie zum Beispiel, dass das Toastbrot mit einem Tuch abgedeckt war, damit es nicht austrocknete, der Kaffee frisch gemahlen war und ich mich für den Latte entschieden hatte und der Orangensaft frisch gepresst und nicht fertig war. Ach ja, ab 11 Uhr gibt es auch eine reichhaltige Auswahl an britischem Nachmittagstee.
Ein gutes Hotel ist eines, in dem man nur eine Nacht bleibt und nie wieder weg will [Liebe]
Die Lobby war voller aufrichtiger Danksagungen von allen.

GGastnutzerThis accommodation is an excellent choice if you want convenience and comfort in Harbin. The location is unbeatable — just a stone’s throw from Hongzhuan Morning Market and Zhongyang Street, making it easy to explore, eat, and shop without long walks in the cold.
We arrived past midnight, and the host was incredibly thoughtful to wait for us in the freezing weather. He even coordinated with our Didi driver and directed him to drop us at the closest possible entrance, which we truly appreciated after a long journey.
The apartment itself is simple and practical, with all the essential facilities we needed, including reliable heating. What really stood out was the host’s kindness and flexibility. He kindly volunteered to store two of our luggages for us when we went on a road trip outside Harbin before returning again. For our departure, he also offered to extend our check-out time for just ¥100, which was far better than being stranded in the cold while waiting for our late-night flight.
The area is surrounded by many good restaurants. We especially enjoyed 老厨家, which often has long queues — but thanks to the close proximity, we could take a queue number, return to the apartment to wait comfortably, and head back when our number was called.
Overall, a great-value stay with an exceptionally considerate host. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a warm, convenient base in Harbin, especially during winter.

Das gesamte Hausaufenthaltspersonal war freundlich. Es ist sauber und in einer guten Lage. Das Frühstück war großartig und sie machen Abendessen, wenn Sie bestellen möchten. Die Werbung für den Heimurlaub ist das, was im Foto stand und sicher eine gute Wahl für Familien. Ich würde diesen Heimurlaub stark empfehlen.

GGastnutzerHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

Ich werde bei nächster Gelegenheit wiederkommen. Bevor ich ging, gab die Rezeption meinem Kind einen kleinen weichen Rucksack aus einer schwarzen Katze. Ein kleiner Vorschlag ist, den Sicherheitsschutz an der großen Badewanne mit einem Lautsprecher auszustatten. Bei einigen Kindern besteht möglicherweise die Gefahr, dass der Sicherheitsschutz in der Badewanne umkippt, da die Warnungen nicht zu groß sind durch Geschrei. We arranged for car pickup from Yabulixi Train Station, and the hotel team was already waiting when we arrived (in -10°C weather!). 小王 and the driver (I suddenly forgot his name) helped us with our luggage and made sure we were warm and comfortable right from the start.
Special praise goes to 小王 and the driver, who went above and beyond in every possible way. She recommended activities for us (ATV rides, camel rides, photo taking with the white fox, etc.), and both she and the driver personally drove us to the locations, waited for us, and sent us back to the hotel. They even drove us to Sun Mountain for skiing (even stayed to help us find an instructor first before leaving) the next day.
小王 also offered a complimentary half-day extension of the room just so we could store our luggage while skiing, and she pre-booked all our activities and ski tickets during the drive. Everything was so fuss-free — she took care of every detail for us.
The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and decent in size. When we mentioned feeling a bit chilly, the front desk immediately sent a heater to our room and even set it up for us. 小王 surprised us again with some complimentary breakfast dishes too. Though the breakfast buffet didn’t include coffee, when I asked the staff, they kindly provided instant coffee — another small gesture that showed their attentiveness.
There’s a convenience store (closes at 10pm) connected to the hotel, and another shop next door where you can rent ski suits and helmets — very convenient.
At the end of our trip, 小王 and the driver personally sent us back to the train station. The level of hospitality is truly amazing — some of the best service I’ve ever experienced anywhere.
I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Yabuli. Highly, highly recommended.
