Ausstattung: Unser Zimmer wurde kostenlos upgegradet, es war sehr groß und hatte eine weite Aussicht. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (zweites Bild von unten), der uns beim Check-in geholfen hat. Sauberkeit: Sehr gut. Umgebung: Sehr gut, sehr praktisch, um zum Fluss, zur Central Avenue und zur Sophienkathedrale zu gelangen. Service: Exzellent, vielen Dank an den Mitarbeiter am Eingang (erstes Bild von unten), der uns proaktiv mit dem Gepäck geholfen und uns Empfehlungen für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben hat. Das Frühstück war das beste und reichhaltigste, das ich je hatte – es gab einfach alles!

First time in Yabuli for us and therefore quite confused about the “city” and areas structure but…..very happy for the choice we made! The Wusuoju-Mountain Hotel is simply the perfect choice if you’re traveling to Yabuli not only for skying. Very well located, not far from the ski areas but as well near enough to other point of interest and attractions. Around the hotel you can find walk distance (from 50mt to 700mt) great restaurants options, very “local” and very authentic, perfect for a mountain resort and full experience. At the hotel you can find also restaurant and a great super recommended coffee which offers everything you need, from western food options to Chinese and local specialities, coffees, drinks and cocktails too ….and all very tasty!!! The hotel staff is overall super gentle and helpful, they will help you to organize and take care of any need you might have, from ski rentals, transfers, attractions and so on, without overcharging and always with a smile on their faces. Very lovely experience, deeply recommended hotel!

Ich habe mich vor allem wegen der guten Lage und der bequemen Anreise für Sofitel entschieden. Nach dem Einchecken im Hotel hatte ich das Gefühl, dass das Gesamterlebnis sehr gut war. Alisa an der Rezeption half mir im Voraus beim Upgrade. Als ich im Zimmer ankam, war es soweit Sehr sauber und hygienisch, mit guter Ausstattung und Concierge. Hilfe beim Gepäck. Gegenüber gibt es einen Park, in dem man trainieren kann. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fantastic hotel in Harbin. The bath in the room is perfect - so relaxing after a cold day outside. It’s comfortable and wonderful. I love it. Most of the staff especially the male staff downstairs were so lovely. I would recommend to everyone. Only one piece of negative feedback - please make sure front desk staff explain the booking policy to customers. I extended by one night and I did it at the front desk so that I can have the extra day included in my Hyatt membership. The staff booked me one more night through WeChat which was: 1. More expensive than using Trip 2. Didn’t get counted on my Hyatt membership. I was very upset by that! What’s the point of you helping me if it costs more money and doesn’t earn me any points? I could just do it myself for cheaper.

I stayed at Lizun Hua Sheng Hotel (Sophia Cathedral Branch, Central Street, Harbin) from January 26 to January 31, 2026, and overall had a very good experience. Location (4/5)
The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests. Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

Es war großartig und hat Spaß gemacht, meine Kinder hierher zu bringen. Am 1. Mai gab es ein Feuerwerk und es wurden Eintrittskarten für den Spielplatz nebenan geschenkt. Ich werde bei nächster Gelegenheit wiederkommen. Bevor ich ging, gab die Rezeption meinem Kind einen kleinen weichen Rucksack aus einer schwarzen Katze. Ein kleiner Vorschlag ist, den Sicherheitsschutz an der großen Badewanne mit einem Lautsprecher auszustatten. Bei einigen Kindern besteht möglicherweise die Gefahr, dass der Sicherheitsschutz in der Badewanne umkippt, da die Warnungen nicht zu groß sind durch Geschrei. We stayed from Feb 15–19, 2026 in the Executive Suite River View King (room 2116) with breakfast and lounge access. The hotel truly lives up to its comfort. The suite was spacious and offered stunning river views that made mornings feel serene. The location was excellent, close to the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. The check-in receptionist was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the welcome fruits and almonds arranged on the first day. Housekeeping, however was disappointing. Daily cleaning felt incomplete, with tea bags, sugar, cups, and glasses not replenished. The welcome fruits were left to spoil and were never replaced. Overall room cleanliness was only 3/5, which felt below expectations for a suite at this price point. The breakfast buffet provided both local and international options but the dishes were average and repetitive. We saw the same items every day, which quickly became boring. Overall, the suite and location were enjoyable but housekeeping and breakfast variety need improvement. A convenient choice for exploring Harbin while still feeling like a peaceful escape from the bustle of the city.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Das Zimmer ist groß, weil es nicht sehr klar ist, wie das Zimmer umgeht, zum ersten Mal, als ich am ersten Abend war, war es schon früh. Nachdem ich den Rezeptor fertiggestellt hatte, fand ich das Zimmer sehr warm, ohne Fenster, insbesondere mit Kindern und älteren Menschen, sehr unbehaglich! Nachdem ich am nächsten Tag mit dem Rezeptor Kontakt hatte, hielte eine Frau (einzeln Fotos) sehr gut für mich, mich kontinuierlich näher zu bringen, bis die Lösung in das richtige Zimmer gewechselt wurde. Und die Eltern mögen Tee trinken. Das Zimmer bietet keine kostenlose Pakete, aber auch eine weit entfernte Frau hilfte, die Lösung zu finden. 😊 Vielen Dank! Zudem geben Sie dem Hotel Empfehlungen. Ich hoffe, dass wir die Abwasserleitungen rechtzeitig reinigen. Das Zimmer, in dem wir leben, ist leicht zu schließen. Jedes Mal, wenn wir das Bad abnehmen, müssen wir es selbst reinigen, sonst werden die hinteren Leute das Wasser in den Goldberg gespült! Ich hoffe auch, dass der Preis für Wasserhause noch besser sein wird. Unser Zimmer hat zwei Karten. Ich dachte, es enthält grundlegende Dienstleistungen (wie z. B. Würfel), aber beim Rechnungsabschluss erzählen Sie mir, dass es Ticketgeld ist 😢. Wenn Sie den Wasserpark spielen wollen, kaufen Sie zusätzliche Tickets, Die fünfte Essensverkäufe im Stock haben kaum andere Wahlen als die Meeresfrüchte-Selbsthilfe 😮💨. Es kann sein, dass es im Vorjahr viele Menschen gibt, die zu einer langen Warteschlange führen, um Eis zu bekommen. Glücklicherweise ist die Anzahl der Einnahmen nicht begrenzt. Der Sitz im 7. Stock ist völlig durch Glücksschrank, ein bisschen müde! Aber die Servicepersonal-Einstellung ist gut. Mama hat nicht gut die Beine von der Gibbs-Abteilung geleistet, um eine bequeme Ruhe für einige Tage zu nehmen 😊. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist nichts anderes als ein bisschen weit entfernt! Nebenan gibt es auch eine große Ladenstufe in allen Arten bequem!
