Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und genossen wirklich die warme Gastfreundschaft, die die Eigentümer, ein Mann-Frau-Team, die außergewöhnlich freundlich und willkommen waren. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, machten sie mich wohlfühlen und gut betreut, was zu einem sehr persönlichen Kontakt hinzugefügt hat. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, mit großen Attraktionen nur etwa 15-minute Fahren entfernt, so dass es für die Sehenswürdigkeiten angemessen ist, während immer noch von den Menschen entfernt. Die Zimmer und die gemeinsamen Bereiche waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was die Aufmerksamkeit der Eigentümer auf die Details reflektierte. Eine angenehme Überraschung war die Innenrestaurants. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und sehr erschwinglich, bietet große Wert und Komfort ohne zu essen woanders. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sauber, komfortabel mit herzlich Gastfreundschaft und gutes Essen. Ich empfehle es den Reisenden, einen willkommenen Aufenthalt mit einfachem Zugang zu den näheren Attraktionen zu suchen.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Bei der Auswahl dieses Homestay dürfen Sie nicht von den beiden Sternen Hotelbewertungen verrückt sein. Diese Homestay bietet eine andere Erfahrung, da Sie aufwachen können, Schneefall aus dem Fenster zu sehen, die Schleife außerhalb des Hotels für die Kinder spielen und das schlaue Restaurant genießen hinter dem Hotel bei negativer Temperatur. Der Hotelmanager hat professionelle Service angeboten, da sie uns geholfen hat, alle Attraktionen zu buchen, und der Fahrer würde uns dort auswählen und schicken. Der Fahrer ist sehr erfahren und sorgfältig, wenn er in dicken Schnee fahren. Das Skiresort liegt nahe der Homestay, die meine Jungs 3 Stunden Ski verbrachten. Darüber hinaus hat der Manager die Küche angewiesen, frische und Popcorn-Hühner speziell für meine Kinder zu bereiten. Ausgezeichneter Service und wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Homestay. Halten Sie die gute Arbeit!

Amenities and services are way beyond 5 stars if can give 7 stars I would. Drove us everywhere! Gave us recommendations Food wise, I would suggest that you order food to hotel or ask to go a place that you prefer. The recommendations are fine. But if you stay there too long is a bit too repetitive. I marked down cleanliness because the room had a drainage/ sewage smell. Had to keep all drainage eg bath tub toilet cubicle showering area and basin all closed then it was fine. No lift only staircase. Is a 3 storey high villa. This room is on the 3rd floor. The staff kindly helped us to carry our luggage. Things to note: outside shoes are left just inside the entrance. So overall inside is clean. Just need to be mindful of your shoes. Don't take the wrong shoes don't let people take your shoes too :) Skiing area 1. Just directly outside the accommodation good for very new beginners as it isn't too crowded even in the afternoon but it might depend on luck cos if got tour group then can get crowded but they don't stay long 2. Ti wei: nicer for experienced beginners. The intermediate slope is suitable for beginners too. 3. Yang guang: the beginner slope on the cable car from midpoint of area A is more steep than the intermediate slope of ti wei. But it is quite costly to go here for beginners. Experienced skiers will prefer this place. For beginner slopes, driver li helped us get discount There is also a snow play area. Driver li helped us get discount too! We paid for 2 activities and got 3 activities for free haha. Bonus we booked it quite early so no breakfast included. But the owner still gave us breakfast for free 😋 the breakfast was nutritious and yummy! PS: this place was a pleasant surprise. Met 3 other groups of Singaporeans here!

Das Glücklichste an unserer Reise nach Xuegu war die Wahl dieses Gasthauses! Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie des Besitzers ist die typische Herzlichkeit der Nordostchinesen. Sie haben uns nicht nur proaktiv bei der Planung unserer Tour zum Wusongling geholfen und Tickets reserviert, sondern uns auch das „Eis-Spritz-Erlebnis“ gezeigt. Zum Neujahr haben wir gemeinsam Feuerwerk gezündet und kandierte Haws gegessen. Selbst für unseren frühen Morgen auf der Piste haben sie uns ein Lunchpaket gepackt, sodass wir uns um nichts kümmern mussten. Die Zimmer waren eine echte Überraschung: neu renoviert, top ausgestattet, Fußbodenheizung und ein beheiztes Kang-Bett waren so warm, dass wir keine dicke Kleidung brauchten. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und duftete frisch, und die Dusche hatte reichlich heißes Wasser. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das Eisengusstopf-Gericht – es war butterweich und so geschmackvoll, das beste, das wir auf unserer ganzen Reise gegessen haben. Nach dem Essen gab es kostenlos gefrorene Birnen und gefrorene Kakis zur Erfrischung. Das Gasthaus liegt günstig, direkt vor der Tür liegt eine wunderschöne Schneelandschaft, und man kann traditionelle Baumwolljacken anziehen, um Fotos zu machen. Abends war es ruhig und friedlich, sodass wir wunderbar schlafen konnten. Egal, ob man alleine oder mit Freunden reist, hier fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Beim nächsten Mal in Xuegu werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

The soul of this hotel is the owner himself. He really had make the stay memorable and also exciting! The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication. Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner. While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel. For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍

We had an amazing stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was cosy and just the right amount of toasty. Xiao Wang was so friendly and helpful during our stay too. She arranged a pick up for us from the train station when we arrived and guided us throughout our stay. We mainly went to ski and Xiao Wang gave solid recommendations on where to ski, helped us to secure tickets and even arranged for transportation to and fro the ski venue. Food-wise, there is a restaurant in the basement of the hotel which was convenient for us to have our meals at. I would strongly recommend this place!

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
