GGastnutzerLiebe das Hotel, sauber und einfach zu finden. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, mehr als ich erwartet hatte. Die Lage ist ok, 2 Minuten Fahrt von den Restaurants um und sie könnten bei der Fahrt dort helfen, einschließlich Yabuli Ski Resort, sie was fragen, sie können helfen, einschließlich Ausrüstung, Transport, etc.
Der Platz ist für die Familie geeignet, kann mit Schnee draußen spielen, Dekorationen sind schön draußen mit Bären und gemütlich inne.
Der Aufenthalt hier war insgesamt großartig!!

I highly recommend this place to stay, the couple there is nice, and everything that offered us is at such a cheap and affordable price. The couple living there are also so nice. Once, my daughter was hungry and the couple served us cup noodles. Which in my opinion is excellent caretaking services because usually when I go to a hotel, there are not many complimentary snacks but there is a big variety of food in the couples villa and owner even went supermarket to buy the food in the late evening for us to eat. They even have their own restaurant that sells barbecue. The meat was tender and delicious. Everything there is better than the normal barbecue restaurants you normally see. I even remember going skiing with my daughter and I and the couple even let us borrow skiing outfits and provided us with other skiing accessories. Even when we were just staying there for a short while, the couple provided us with all necessary need, which is why I highly recommend staying in this villa

他们还有自己的烧烤餐厅铁哥烧烤，肉质鲜嫩可口，比普通烧烤店更胜一筹。记得和女儿滑雪时，夫妇俩不仅借给我们滑雪装备，还贴心地准备了其他滑雪用品。即便只是短暂停留，他们也提供全套生活用品，我们滑雪来不及赶火车，铁哥铁嫂帮我们把衣服都开车送过来帮我们换，极力推荐这家民宿，有在朋友家居住的感觉。

DDil888The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

GGastnutzerIch hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und genossen wirklich die warme Gastfreundschaft, die die Eigentümer, ein Mann-Frau-Team, die außergewöhnlich freundlich und willkommen waren. Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, machten sie mich wohlfühlen und gut betreut, was zu einem sehr persönlichen Kontakt hinzugefügt hat.
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, mit großen Attraktionen nur etwa 15-minute Fahren entfernt, so dass es für die Sehenswürdigkeiten angemessen ist, während immer noch von den Menschen entfernt. Die Zimmer und die gemeinsamen Bereiche waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was die Aufmerksamkeit der Eigentümer auf die Details reflektierte.
Eine angenehme Überraschung war die Innenrestaurants. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und sehr erschwinglich, bietet große Wert und Komfort ohne zu essen woanders.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel sauber, komfortabel mit herzlich Gastfreundschaft und gutes Essen. Ich empfehle es den Reisenden, einen willkommenen Aufenthalt mit einfachem Zugang zu den näheren Attraktionen zu suchen.

CChan Soon CheeDo not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

GGastnutzerThis probably the best homestay you can get in yabuli or anywhere else. Why? Inform them of your arrival in yabulixi West Station and their driver will come pick you up complimentary. Once back into hotel, you can ask to go for activities or dinners and they are eager to send you there. Breakfast is also served complimentary everyday with different types every morning, just so good and delicious. Mr. Pang and Mr Li and their spouses are very friendly and helpful. You will never regret staying here. The rooms are heated from the floor, not wall so you can walk about with warm flooring. Window is facing small park and beautiful hill, very close to the ski centres. You will definitely love this place.

The first day of our arrival, we were treated to making tang hulu (for free) that is sold everywhere in this cold city and after that he even demonstrated the making of the fireworks himself! The next day when we book a 雾松岭 (Wu song lin) package, we arrived at 9am there. O our amazement, he’s at the top greeting us, and learnt that that he was there since 7 am accompanying the morning group at sub zero temperature. He actually accompanied all the activities that we did, and also acted as a photographer, taking us to take the best shot! What was the most heart warming moment is that he actually accompanied my daughter who wanted to skid and ran after her afraid that she will fall! Truly impressed by his dedication.
Also, we can do the 泼水成冰 （splashing water which turns into ice) activity for free, and was allowed to do multiple time till perfect. This is quite nice, since to our knowledge, some other places charge a price for this activity. At night, we decided to take dinner and he actually is the one that cooks the dinner.
While initially we were skeptical about the place, we have decided to write this review to recommend people to patronize this place. While undoubtedly it was cold, our hearts were warmed by the kind hospitality. Very impressive and happy that we had chosen this hotel.
For those considering if you should stay in Snow Valley 雪谷, we recommend this place — tip: they can even arrange a bus/ scenic transport to snow town. Very comprehensive service 👍

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had an amazing stay here. The place was clean and comfortable, and even though it was freezing outside, the room was cosy and just the right amount of toasty. Xiao Wang was so friendly and helpful during our stay too. She arranged a pick up for us from the train station when we arrived and guided us throughout our stay. We mainly went to ski and Xiao Wang gave solid recommendations on where to ski, helped us to secure tickets and even arranged for transportation to and fro the ski venue. Food-wise, there is a restaurant in the basement of the hotel which was convenient for us to have our meals at. I would strongly recommend this place!

AAnonymer BenutzerI’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here
Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better.
To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
