"Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage sorgte für angenehme Kühle und der Einrichtungsstil war frisch und ansprechend. Besonders gut hat mir der Duft des Duschgels gefallen – ich hätte am liebsten eine Flasche davon mitgenommen! Das Restaurant ist zwar klein, aber die Auswahl und der Geschmack waren ausgezeichnet. Besonders lecker waren die scharfe Nudelsuppe und die Wontons zum Frühstück. Es gab Obst, Brot, gedämpfte Teigtaschen, Joghurt, Säfte, Kaffee und vieles mehr – die Auswahl war wirklich vielfältig und absolut empfehlenswert. Zudem war der Service ausgezeichnet. Auch der Parkplatz war gut zugänglich und der Weg zum Hotel unkompliziert. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Mein Freund und ich haben dieses Hotel für unseren Aufenthalt in Chengdu gebucht. Der Erste Eindruck war eigentlich gut. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und das Einchecken hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Im Zimmer angekommen mussten wir jedoch feststellen, dass die Ausstattung des Zimmers schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen war. Vor allem die Schränke haben ihre besten Jahre bereits hinter sich und die Zimmer waren etwas hellhörig. Einmal gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Lieferroboter. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Es war sauber und die Lage war auch echt gut. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Chengdu."

"Lage: Es befindet sich auf der linken Seite nach dem Ausgang C der U-Bahn-Station Tonghuimen. Die U-Bahn kann direkt zum Ostbahnhof fahren, was sehr praktisch ist. In der Nähe befindet sich die Kuanzhai Alley, die zum Einkaufen geeignet ist.
Zimmer: Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und der Laden hat es zu einem Eltern-Kind-Zimmer aufgewertet, was etwas süß ist. Das Zimmer zur Straße hin ist etwas laut, aber wenn man das Fenster schließt, hat das keinen Einfluss auf die Ruhe. Der Laden bereitete sorgfältig Ohrstöpsel vor und legte sie auf den Nachttisch, aber sie wurden nicht benutzt.
Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der einzige Fehler war, dass die Handtücher etwas alt wirkten.
Das Bett war sehr bequem! !
Frühstück: Reisnudeln sind köstlich.
Der Service ist auch gut.
Es fühlt sich dort, wo meine Eltern wohnen, recht angenehm an."

"Dieses Hotel ist ein absolutes Muss für alle Chengdu-Reisenden. Es liegt mitten im pulsierenden Viertel der Chunxi Road, umgeben von den kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten Sichuans. Auch das berühmte Panda-Gebäude (IFS) und die Taikoo Li-Läden sind ganz in der Nähe.
Was mich aber noch mehr beeindruckt hat als das Hotel und seine Ausstattung, insbesondere XiaoWang und XiaoJia. Sie waren einfach fantastisch und standen mir während meiner gesamten Reise mit Rat und Tat zur Seite – weit über das übliche Maß hinaus.
Ich werde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall meiner Familie und meinen Freunden empfehlen. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf meinen nächsten Besuch!"

MM61207****Die Lage ist recht gut. Die U-Bahn-Station Tonghuimen liegt direkt gegenüber und Kuanzhai ist ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Zimmertyp, den Ctrip zuvor anbot, war recht groß, lag zur alten Gemeinde hin und war relativ ruhig. Der Service des Hotels kann nicht als professionell bezeichnet werden, aber die Serviceeinstellung ist dennoch herzlich. Es gab eine Episode, in der ich meinen Aufenthalt aufgrund einer Reiseplananpassung um zwei Nächte verlängern wollte. Mir wurde gesagt, dass der Ctrip-Gutschein nicht eingelöst werden könne, das Hotel aber noch ein Zimmer reserviert habe. Dann wurden mir nacheinander zwei hohe Preise angeboten Anderes. Es fühlte sich an, als würde ich einen höheren Preis verlangen. Es ist tatsächlich normal und verständlich, dass die Verlängerungsplattform nicht eingelöst werden kann, aber niemand würde den Aufenthalt zum fast doppelten Preis verlängern, oder? Außerdem kann ich zu diesem Preis in einem bestimmten Hotel übernachten. Es ist nicht die Hochsaison und es gibt keinen Platz. In dieser besonderen Situation spüre ich nicht die Aufrichtigkeit und Menschlichkeit des Hotels Zimmer, der Preis ist nicht wirklich angemessen. Apropos, das Hotel ist vor allem aufgrund seiner günstigen Lage für Familien geeignet. Der Nachmittagstee ist recht lecker, aber das Frühstück im Hotel ist durchschnittlich und grundlegender chinesischer Stil. Da das Zimmer frisch renoviert war, war der Geruch nachts ziemlich stark. Am Morgen des dritten Aufenthaltstages fanden wir viele kleine Fluginsekten in der Toilette. Ich frage mich, ob es ein Problem mit den Abwasserrohren war. Wir haben kein Essen mit ins Zimmer genommen und unsere Haut war allergisch.

SSeraEI love the whole set up of this hotel. Location is great, room is lovely, staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and high tea were sent to our room. A card is left in the room to keep the heating / aircon on in the room when we were out. As we had to check out early for our morning flight, we told the staff we could not have the breakfast. If only we can have some sandwich for the road would be good. That morning when we checked out, we were given a carrier bag filled with milk, sandwich, fruits and nuts. So much care to their hotel guest and I appreciate that alot

Housekeeping staff were very hardworking, knocked on my door to check if the room needed cleaning as I did not leave any signage on the door. Friendly front desk and the breakfast spread is quite decent.
Gave a 4 out of 5 for location as the hotel is still a distance from the train station. Oh, and the room I had was next to the main road/cross junction, so I could definitely hear car horn from the early morning to late at night. Maybe ask for a room away from that side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel was built just a few months ago and looks spotless. This place was built right, using good materials and good craftsmanship. I felt that I was in a hotel built to the best US standards.
Though it is on a typically busy corner, the hotel inside was quiet. The hallways and public spaces were clean and well lit, the room itself was spacious with a good shower and a really, really comfortable king size bed. The room included a very comfortable couch that seats two, a chair and counter, and enough storage spaces to comfortably place luggage where needed and store other items.
I've eaten the buffet breakfasts at several four and five star hotels in China, and I think this was the best of all. Huge array of hot and cold Chinese dishes as well as enough western style foods like eggs, waffles, cereals, pastries, etc. to more than satisfy us. Plenty of decent drinks and coffee choices, too. A chef is always present, making fresh hot dishes and snacks, and the rest of the staff is super friendly, always making sure we had what we need. Breakfast was included in our room rate, and between these hearty breakfasts and suppers at nearby outstanding noodle and hot pot restaurants, we only needed to have light snacks during the day.
What impressed me most was the service. I expect good service at hotels like this, but the people here went above and beyond. Especially the second shift manager, Monica, who helped us in many ways. She acted almost like a personal concierge during our stay, and when we were about to hire a driver on our own for an excursion out of town, she found us a more reasonably priced driver who was calm and careful, unobtrusive, and a very pleasant guy.
We had originally booked for only two nights, and when we wanted to stay for two more, we were faced with limited availability and weekend night rates, which were higher than what we paid. We fumbled around with this online and with a desk clerk, but then Monica arrived and had us in our same room at the same rate in no time at all. By the time we left, we felt that we had made a new friend in Monica. Her cheerful, helpful, and friendly attitude always lifted us whenever we saw her.
The hotel is not located in the heart of the downtown area, which is probably why the rates are so low for such a nice facility. That was not a problem for us. Though we are “senior citizens” we sometimes walked downtown or back (about 30 minutes) to burn off some of our breakfast calories and explore local areas. Other times we took rideshares, which were always readily available and inexpensive at about $1.50 US to get us into the heart of downtown or to other attractions. Everything seemed more peaceful and personal in this neighborhood than the hectic downtown area.
As we explored the neighborhoods nearby the hotel, we found all kinds of little stores, restaurants, and fun nightlife, like street corner ballroom dancers (who cheerfully tried their best to get us to join them). We also found a bustling night market nearby as well as a trendy, upscale neighborhood of small bars and eateries and fashionable shops.
We will definitely stay at this location again, next time we visit Chengdu. My wife and I both give it our highest recommendation with absolutely no reservations about anything.

Even though they don't speak English, they were very helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed there 10 nights.

But here, in this zen-like setting, the sound of children laughing and playing only adds to the charm rather than detracting from the serenity.
Every corner of this retreat is a photo opportunity, and every meal is a sumptuous feast. The ancient gate transports you to another world, and the evening white mist enhances the sense of wonder. The house-made osmanthus baijiu, reserved exclusively for guests, is a refined treat that speaks to the thoughtful touches that elevate the experience. The level of care and attention to details here far exceeds the cost, leaving you feeling truly pampered by the generosity of this guesthouse and its staff, who go above and beyond to make you feel like an honored guest.
I was particularly impressed by the staff and their evident training. They were polite, enthusiastic, and fully invested in ensuring that guests had a great stay. In similar boutique hotels, you might expect to see more of the owner’s presence. But at Shouzhou, the front-of-house staff take full ownership of running the property, with a level of professionalism that is both refreshing and commendable.
Our journey from Qingchengshan to Qionglai and onward to Emeishan was long, but entirely worth it. We are especially grateful to the young front-of-house male staff and his colleague, who graciously offered to drive us nearly 30 minutes to a location where we could catch a Didi to Emeishan. This kind gesture was the embodiment of hospitality at its finest.
I hope more people discover this hidden gem and have the chance to experience its uplifting atmosphere for themselves.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, mit separatem Nass- und Trockenbad und ist mit einer kleinen Waschmaschine und einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet. Die Lobby hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Das Personal, Xiao Huang, ist herzlich und großzügig und empfiehlt aktiv leckeres Essen und unterhaltsame Aktivitäten in der Nähe. Der Service ist aufmerksam und empfehlenswert.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr begeistert. Als ich hinausging, bog ich nach Chunxi ab Straße. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. SSa.SaGroup of 8 people who booked 3 rooms for 2 nights -1 family room and 2 double rooms. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. Our family room was located on a different floor to the other double rooms.
Due to a 11 hour delay in transit flight, we didn’t arrive at the hotel until 3am. We were supposed to land around 12:30pm.
We contacted them by phone via trip in advance to update them of our arrival time.
We were given free panda luggage tags when we checked out. The check out staff was very friendly and helpful. She wrote down her name (see photo)
I liked the location of the hotel. It was surrounded with lots of shops and restaurants. There was a family mart downstairs where we could buy essentials. We had a stroll around the area at night and it was not too busy. There were always taxis downstairs and they were easy to flag down, especially when we needed two every time. We managed to flag down three on the day of check out easily.
We visited the panda research base which was less than 30 minutes away by taxi.
Chengdu north railway station was about 20mins away.
The rooms were very modern, clean and spacious. There was a magnet board with a welcome note and information on what room items were available for us. There was free WiFi available and it was fast.
We didn’t really get to use the facilities on site. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the guest laundry facilities, but we never got the chance to use it as we only stayed a short amount of time.
Water bottles available at reception. Room was refilled daily. In the reception waiting area, there were a range of hot drinks available and lemon water(?).
We paid for breakfast for both days. There was a reasonable sized restaurant on the floor below reception. There was good range of food available such as fruit, congee, soup noodles, baked goods and steamed dim sum.
Unfortunately, I was too jet lagged so just stuck to congee and soup noodles.
We would love to book this hotel again if we came back to Chengdu. It was close to lots of local attractions and there were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby.
