Amazing little place in Pontcanna Great service, great team of staff, very helpful Have stayed twice now and they are a credit to the company Really love the room decor and the breakfast and coffee Had dinner twice also and food was great I’m a hard one to plead with 30 years of hotel experience so we’ll done!

It was clean and comfortable, although we went to breakfast at 9.30 am and there were no croissants or muffins left and very little on the continental breakfast, the cooked breakfast was excellent. Also, we went down for cocktails in the happy hour 2 cocktails for £12, we got overcharged, and when we asked the waitress to check, she didn't come back before we needed to leave,. Overall a good night's stay 😀

Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Die Lage war fantastischon eine schöne Straßeund das Hotelgebäude selbst ist erstaunlich. Als ich ankam, war ich warm von einem sehr freundlichen italienischen Gentleman willkommen, der mir einen großen ersten Eindruck gab. Mein Zimmer, obwohl in einem separaten Bereich gelegen, war sauber, modern und schön dekoriert. Alles sah frisch und gut gedacht. Ich war jedoch enttäuscht, sichtbare Farben auf den Bettwäsche zu finden. Obwohl ich glaube, sie waren gewaschen, die Farben waren nicht herausgekommen und die Blatt wurden noch verwendet, was nicht den hohen Standard der übrigen Hotels entspricht. Ich denke, sie hätten sie ersetzen sollen. Ein weiterer kleiner Unannehmlichkeit war das Badlicht, das automatisch und den Extraktor-Fan auslöste. Das bedeutete, dass selbst in der Nacht, mit dem Bad, der Lärmfans zu bleiben für eine Weile, was mit einem manuellen Lichtschalter, meiner Meinung nach vermieden werden konnte. Trotz dieser Fragen war der Aufenthalt meist sehr positiv, aber ich kann nicht eine volle fünf Sternen aufgrund der Blätter geben. Hoffentlich kann dies für künftige Gäste verbessert werden.

Die letzte Minute Entscheidung, in Cardiff zu bleiben, ist in einer idealen Lage und zu einem angemessenen Preis. Personal am Empfang/Bar konnte nicht hilfreicher gewesen sein, als ich mit dem Check in Einheiten kämpfen! Zimmer war gut, ruhig & mit allem, was ich brauchte. Sonntagsnachten aber Restaurant war noch offen, so hatte schönes Essen dort und Frühstück am nächsten Morgen immer ein Kracker. Bitte beachten Sie ihre Abmachung, wenn Sie beide auf dem Weg haben.

It is a good hotel, good size swimming pool & have both steam room and sauna, however, been twice now on weekdays and both times very busy. Mainly self check-ins which loses the personal touch I feel and not too happy charged extra for parking giving the location of the hotel. Great service in the restaurant.

Das war ein wunderschönes Zimmer! Hatte nicht sein eigenes Badezimmer, das ich nicht erwartet hatte, aber ich denke, das ist nur ich nicht wirklich lesen die Liste! Die Person, die mich ins Haus geprüft hat, war wunderschön und das Zimmer war warm und schön dekoriert. Danke!

Stayed at this hotel for five days the beds was very comfortable. Rooms are very clean. Waitrose and Lidl‘s two minute walk regular buses into Cardiff. Breakfast available at the hotel. Staff are absolutely lovely and always ready to help. She’s a very friendly hotel with country walks nearby rooms have bath with a shower always hot water available me and my husband had a very comfortable pleasant stay well definitely return the hotel is more of a motel but would not hesitate recommending as you have everything you need the rooms are basic but do you have a kettle tea and coffee supplied clean towels extremely comfortable bed and the rooms are clean staff are very welcoming and friendly

It’s about a 10-minute walk from Cardiff Station to the hotel. The location is very convenient. However, there is no parking available, so it may be inconvenient for those traveling by car. I think it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep. Please note that it is not the kind of hotel you would expect from Novotel or Ibis. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a window, but it could not be opened. The room had a hairdryer and a safe, but no refrigerator. カーディフ駅からホテルへ徒歩10分ほどで到着できます。 立地はとても良いです。 しかし駐車場は無く、車で移動される方には不便だとおもいます。 ただ寝泊まりする分には良いと思います。 ノボテルやイビスのようなホテルでは無いのでご注意ください。 部屋は広く、快適に過ごせました。 窓はありますが開閉ができないタイプのものでした。 ドライヤーや金庫はありますが冷蔵庫はありません。
