the room is great its just that sa sink part medjo malansa yung amoy parang hindi masyado nalinis. Yung staff naman sa looby 2 female employee yung isa is masungit and di masyado accommodating but overall stay is great I would rate it as 8/10.

If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

Insgesamt war die Unterkunft ausgezeichnet. Preis und Entfernung zum Flughafen waren optimal, und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kostenlose Frühstück war ein Menü, die Portion war genau richtig für eine Frau, und es war sehr lecker. Es gibt nur wenige Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln: Der Warmwasserbereiter in Zimmer 208 war defekt, daher gab es kein warmes Wasser; die Schraube am Duschtürverschluss in Zimmer 210 war locker; einer der Fernseher im 4. Stock hatte Ton, aber kein Bild; die Klimaanlage war etwas laut, und aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen war morgens Fluglärm zu hören. Abgesehen davon war alles super.

We’re not satisfied with our 3 nights stay, location and amenities is great, we book feb 2 -5, cleaning just once, actually it’s not cleaning just changing the lines and towels, I ask for the toilet cleaner materials and cockroach spay,but the cleaner says nothing, on Feb 4 1:50 electricity cut off due to the disconnection notice. The owner didn’t pay since sept 2024. I won’t recommend this to anyone, though the Shore2 tower 1 is a nice residence, may try other condo owner just not to this House of Wu staycation agin. But I like the ambiance of Shore2 Tower1 guards ang receptionist are accommodating,.We have a nice view from the balcony.

Ich habe in diesem Condotel Fünf-Sterne-Services erlebt. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die in der Nähe von NAIA Terminal 3, den üblichen Restaurants und Geschäften außerhalb des Condotels unterwegs sind. Das Personal, insbesondere Sir Henry, ist sehr zugänglich, freundlich und kommt unseren Bedürfnissen entgegen. Nicht nur das Personal und die Lage in diesem Condotel sind sehr gut, sondern auch die Einheit, in der wir wohnten, ist sehr sauber. Alle Haushalts- und Küchengeräte sind vollständig und stehen Ihnen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr kalt und das Wasser im Bad ist auch kalt und heiß verfügbar. Wir werden hier sicherlich wieder buchen. Vielen Dank, Sir Henry, und dem gesamten Personal des Henry Condotel. Großer Applaus und mehr Kraft für Sie, Sir.

We had a pleasant experience. Location close to MOA and airport. It was convenient for exploring nearby attractions and landmarks. Check in process was smooth and quick .The front desk staff were from Mindanao too. Overall its was a great stay for group travelers and big families.

It took time for the host to give the keys to us. Story time we checked in at night because our flight was late (host was informed), but upon arrival, we had to wait for about 30-45mins at the lobby bc apparently they were supposed to cancel our booking, but due to oversight they weren’t able to. We received no cancellation notification, so we assumed our stay was good to go. They had no choice i think, and decided to let us in. Nonetheless, the place has good access to spots. It’s walking distance to the airport and 10-15min ride to MOA arena via Grab. Room isn’t properly lit btw, lights are dim at night. TV has no working remote when we stayed. Cleanliness is okay. Wifi is also not so fast. Thankfully, we were still able to spend the new year and the neighborhood is such an experience! Good enough place for a short term stay. Looking back at our time at the Airbnb—it wasn’t just about the place, but the memories we made under that roof. So grateful we had that space to relax and just be together. Definitely a stay for the record books!

Der Ort ist schön und komfortabel zu bleiben. Mein Sohn war froh, in diesem Ort zu bleiben. Danke. Und es ist näher an MOA einfach dorthin zu gehen.
