We had a wonderful stay in this apartment hotel. The best proximity to the Dodonghai beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is convenient for cooking. It’s equipped with all necessary things. The lady host is friendly and helpful. The man host is nice, and even able to speak good Russian, which was a pleasant surprise. I would love to come here next time with my family.

The hotel has an excellent location — it’s close to the beach, tourist infrastructure, and places for walking, but at the same time not in the very center, so the hotel grounds are quiet and peaceful. The room itself is a spacious apartment with a large living room-kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms (each with a shower and toilet). It was very convenient to have two showers in the room (actually, there are two showers and one bathtub, but we didn’t use the tub). Because of the hot tropical climate (it stays warm even at night) and the salty sea, everyone wants to take a shower one or two times a day. Having two showers meant no one had to wait. Hot water was provided by boilers with a sufficient reserve, so we never had to save water or wait for it to heat up. It was also very convenient to have a personal washing machine and a place to dry clothes in the room, since in this climate you need to wash things more often. All doorways have screened doors with latches, which allow constant ventilation without letting mosquitoes in. There is also a built-in air conditioning system, but we preferred to ventilate with fresh air. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and of good quality. There is plenty of storage space for clothes, as well as bedside tables. There are enough surfaces in the room where you can set up a laptop and work if needed. The room has universal sockets that work with both Chinese plugs and European plugs, and the Wi-Fi, as far as I could tell, provides access to the global internet without a VPN. The kitchen has a large refrigerator — very convenient for storing fruits, coconuts, and food, especially when planning a long day trip to attractions the next day. There is also a gas stove in case you want to cook something familiar. Although the local cuisine is very tasty, sometimes you crave more familiar food. The kitchen has a large table and the basic necessary dishes and utensils. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and make for a pleasant short walk if you wake up earlier than the others. I would especially like to thank the staff. In particular, a very attentive and responsive woman. There were no issues at all with late check-in. She was always very kind and friendly, always available, and ready to help with any questions.

One of the greatest hotels reservations i have booked recently with a direct access and view to the sea with a glass wall enjoying the seaview during daylight and a night activity on the sea with the fireworks 🎇 Thanks for wome helped us at the front desk. I added a note to organize our room as im visiting for my honeymoon but the didn’t do it im not sure if they have received the note or not however they did a ompensation once they knew it was hour honeymoon moon and gave us some gift 🙏🏻😄 Also taxi car or didi can not go inside to drop off directly next to the hotel entrance however our man called the hotel to help us so they came to take our bags and suitcases all the way to the hotel which I consider a plus !😁 Really recommend to book on the sea hotel you will definitely enjoy your stay

Die größte Überraschung auf dieser Reise nach Sanya war das Kemei Hotel. Schon die Außenfassade ist atemberaubend: Kokospalmen säumen das Gelände, die Straßen sind sauber, der Pool ist riesig und das Wasser kristallklar. Sicherheitspersonal hat den gesamten Aufenthalt überwacht. Die Kinder hatten einen Riesenspaß! Die Inneneinrichtung sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern im Internet. Ich habe mich ausnahmsweise nicht von den Fotos täuschen lassen. Ich bin so glücklich! Vom Balkon aus hat man einen atemberaubenden Meerblick, und man kann sogar den Pool im Erdgeschoss sehen. Der Rezeptionist war super nett. Er hat uns im Voraus nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great. One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty! Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink. This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

We stayed at Sanya Yalong Bay Dream Tours Bay Resort Pool Villa for 5 nights and ended up extending our stay for another 8 nights—which probably says more than anything else about how much we enjoyed it. We originally booked only a few nights to make sure the accommodation met our expectations, and it definitely did. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and very spacious. It has two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was perfect for our family. Our two kids had plenty of room to play indoors, making it feel much more like a home than a hotel room. The swimming pool was another highlight. It is large, clean, and great for both adults and children. The only minor issue is that some of the tiles on the pool stairs could use renovation, as the edges can scratch your legs if you're not careful. The management deserves special praise. They create a WeChat group upon arrival, making communication incredibly easy. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. Housekeeping came every day, cleaned the apartment thoroughly, replaced all towels, and even provided extra ones when needed. One thing worth mentioning is the location. The map on Trip.com shows the location of the resort's villas, not the apartment buildings where we stayed. This was a surprise at first, but the apartments are actually located next to Yalong Bay Outlets and the Bank of China Yalong Bay Branch. Yalong Bay Beach is not within comfortable walking distance, but a DiDi taxi takes only about 5 minutes and is very inexpensive, so it was never an issue. The only other minor inconvenience was that the elevator key card occasionally didn't work smoothly, but it was a small issue and didn't affect our stay. This is an excellent choice for families looking for a clean, quiet, and spacious place to stay. If you're planning to eat out frequently, keep in mind that Yalong Bay has relatively limited dining options. We often took a taxi to the Dadonghai area, where there is a much wider selection of restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Sanya.

The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

Ich würde das Hotel sicher wieder besuchen !

Das Wasser wurde nicht zum Bad geleitet, aber die Dusche direkt neben ihm funktioniert gut, und die Wassertemperatur ist anzupassen, um warm zu sein. Das Büropersonal war direkt und hilfreich, alle Fragen beantwortet und behandelt. Sie wird sicher wieder kommen. *Der Pool, der in den beigefügten Fotos dargestellt ist, gehört nicht zum Meerblick-Gebäude; es gehört zum Platz neben der Tür, aber es gibt einen Pool und Sonnenlounge auf dem 3. Stock des Gebäudes 2. *Das nahe gelegene Gebäude hat ein Vogel auf dem Penthouse, und sie haben Peakkocks, die jederzeit und immer anrufen. Komfortable, hell genug, Luftfluss, von 24 Etagen können Sie die schöne Landschaft erholen. Betten und Handtücher sind neu gewaschen. Es gibt viele Kleidungsketten, die Kleidung nehmen können. Sie schlafen sehr gut, bis die Nachbarschaft am nächsten Morgen ein Raum scheitert. Das Personal des Services ist sehr direkt und ist sehr zufrieden mit Hilfe der Befragten. Alle Fragen können beantwortet und bearbeitet werden. Ich werde wiederkommen. * Der Pool im Anhang gehört nicht zu den Meeresgebäuden, sondern zu den Nachbarn, aber im 3. Stock des 2. Stocks gibt es einen Pool und Sonnenuntergang. * Der oberste Stock des Nachbarhauses hat ein Vogelschrank, manchmal wird es Schreie geben. Bequem, viel Licht und Luft, verrückte Aussichten vom 24. Stock. Betten und Handtücher wurden frisch gewaschen. Viele Belüftung und Trockenkleidung. Schlaf wie Holz bis die Nachbarn am nächsten Morgen murmurierten. Das Wasser wurde nicht in die Badewanne genommen, aber die Dusche neben ihm funktioniert perfekt, und die Wassertemperatur ist so angestellt, dass es heiß ist. Das Personal am Empfangsbüro war direkt und antwortend, beantwortete alle Fragen und entschiedene Fragen. Ich werde sicher wiederkommen. *Der Pool, wie in den beigefügten Fotos dargestellt, ist nicht im Besitz des Seeview-Gebäudes, gehört dem nahe gelegenen Gebäude, aber es gibt einen Schwimmbad und ein Sonnenuntergang auf dem 3.
