Ferienwohnungen in Sanya

Unser Transporter hat uns zum ersten Mal in die falsche Lage gebracht, aber nachdem er den Vordertisch angerufen hat, war die Rezeption Lady sehr nett, schnell auf einem elektrischen Scooter zu zipieren und uns in die richtige Lage, die nur etwa 100m entfernt war. Auch im Apartmentblock waren die Ortsbewohner, einige Unterkünfte wurden für Touristen vermietet. Komfortable 2-room private Wohnung für 4 Erwachsene, mit 2 Zimmern und Doppelbetten, 1 gemeinsame Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette. Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Induktionsküche, Geschirrspüler, Geschirrspüler und einigen Speisen-Zubereitungsgeräten ausgestattet. Wohn-/Esszimmer mit TV, Kaffeetisch, 3-seater Sofa, Esstisch und 4 Stühle. Der Balkon hatte eine Waschmaschine mit Kapselreiniger, Trockner, ein paar Außenstühle. Ein schönes Meerblick erwartet mit Blick auf die umliegenden Wohnungen. Morgen/Nachmittagssonne schien auf dem Balkon schön, bietet Wärme und hervorragend für Trocknungskleidung. Need to request floormat in the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV was not working but reception resolved quickly. Sie können sich mit der Rezeption über WeChat für alle Anfragen oder Anfragen anschließen. Auf der Erdgeschoss sind nur 1 oder 2 Gemüsegeschäfte und etwa 3 Essen, aber nicht sehr lebhaft. Um 10 Minuten zu Fuß, können Sie einen Einkaufszentrum/Arcade mit einem sehr großen Supermarkt erreichen und dort können Sie viele Snacks, Getränke und eine Vielzahl von anderen Tagesartikeln. Viele Essensplätze auch im Einkaufszentrum. Obwohl die Wohnung ganz aus dem Weg ist, rufen Sie einfach DiDi als es sehr schnell ankommen und führte uns an vielen Orten.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Ein paar Nachteile gibt es allerdings: Um die Küche zu benutzen, muss man die Rezeption informieren und zusätzlich 500 Yuan bezahlen, inklusive 300 Yuan Kaution. Das Hotel stellt lediglich eine Bratpfanne und einen Slow Cooker zur Verfügung; Teller, Löffel, Messer usw. muss man selbst kaufen. Davon erfuhr ich erst nach dem Einchecken; die Hotelleitung hatte uns nicht im Voraus informiert. Außerdem wurden wir nicht gefragt, ob wir eine Küche benötigen, und bekamen zunächst ein Zimmer ohne Küche, sodass wir umziehen mussten. Die Lage am Meer ist zwar nah, aber der nächste Supermarkt ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Auch diverse Cafés und Restaurants sind weit entfernt. Von den beiden Aufzügen ist nur einer funktionsfähig. Wer einen reinen Strandurlaub sucht, kann dieses Hotel in Betracht ziehen (ich denke aber, es gibt bessere Hotels zum gleichen Preis). Wenn Sie jedoch die Stadt erkunden und die berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen möchten, lohnt es sich nicht, da das Hotel sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt liegt (ca. 30–40 km). Ehrlich gesagt war mein Eindruck von diesem Hotel nicht sehr positiv.

Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und begrüßte uns persönlich. Er bot uns jede erdenkliche Hilfe an und brachte uns sogar eine neue Mikrowelle, einen Föhn und einen Schminktisch. Das Zimmer war sauber, ordentlich und geruchsfrei. Es bietet Blick auf den Dadonghai-Strand und liegt ganz in Strandnähe. Das Kaufhaus Summer ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, die Pineapple Plaza 10. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist gut, und die Preise im Wangle Supermarkt sind angemessen. Zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder wählen; sie bietet ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als ein Hotel.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The best part is the location. You are on a main road with many shops, restaurants and bus stops as well as the beach. I also liked the pool despite it being a little too shallow. The view from my balcony was also great. One problem was cleanliness. Never walk around the room barefoot cause your feet will get dirty. It also looked like the crockery and kitchen utensils were not cleaned before I arrived. As you can see some of the utensils were dusty! Hot water was another issue. Obviously you need hot water to properly wash your hands and dirty dishes. However I only had hot water in the shower, not in the kitchen nor bathroom sink. This leads to my next issue which is service. I told the staff about the lack of hot water on the Friday and they said they would fix it at some point during the day while I am out with my friend. I come back at roughly 9pm to find out there is still no hot water. On Saturday morning I remind them to fix it before I go out again, hoping when I return I will have hot water. While I'm at the beach I miss a call from them. Turns out instead of fixing the issue, they want to move me to another room with hot water. When I return from the beach I saw the message and told them I am ready to move to the new room. But they replied saying I was too late and they gave the room to someone else. (If I did take that room, does that mean the other guest would have my room and have to suffer with cold water instead of me?) Instead of taking responsibility for not providing hot water or trying to fix it, the staff tried to blame me and said I can't get hot water cause I was too busy to answer their calls. When I pushed back on that comment their next excuse was that a lack of hot water is a common problem in Hainan? But then they said they would check if there was a free room with hot water the next day (Sunday). However, they never contacted me about that again so I just gave up trying. If they couldn't fix the problem, they could have at least offered me compensation but they didn't. This experience made me feel dismissed and unimportant as a paying guest. To sum up, I wouldn't stay here again based on my experience. If they were to give me a room with hot water in the shower AND in both sinks, that's great. However, I would still have to deal with dirty floors and cookware + tableware. It's definitely not the worst place I've stayed in but regardless it didn't meet my standards so I still wouldn't stay here if I return to Sanya. Disappointing.

Als ich zum ersten Mal in Sanya Haifeng Bay kam, wähle ich Sanya Haifeng Bay Fukucheng Hai Resort. Das Hotel hat ein gutes Erlebnis. Im Bett kann man sehen, wie die Haifeng hört, die Wellen sind großartig. Die Einrichtungen und die Landschaft im Park sind großartig 👍, mit einem Fitnessraum und einem super großen Pool. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand ist sehr bequem. Es gibt einen Innenweg zwischen dem Atlantis Hotel. Die Spaziergang ist der Hotelhalle und Sie können das Aquarium kostenlos beobachten.

The place was hard to find. There are tonnes of shop lots at the bottom of one entrance, and the other entrance had a large open area with stairs that goes up. The security guard I asked did not recognise the name, and there is no obvious signs that I could pick up. (I cannot read mandarin). I dont think there was any other way aside from contacting the person via the app. Even if you found the entrance, there is no obvious reception area. We had to ring the contact person on the Trip.com app, and I had family who could speak mandarin to help guide the rest of the process. He is helpful and quick to respond. He brought us through a metal door, to a dark alleyway with lifts inside. If we weren't in a group of seven, I would have worried about my organs at this point. There was a bit of a juggle with my cousins and my side of the family. So I ended up staying in the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT. The layout of the three bedroom apartment (located on the 18th floor) that we ended up in is similar to the two bedroom apartment with the lounge carved up to create a new bedroom. apartment is quick to respond. The two bedroom apartment (located on the 25th floor) felt bigger and cleaner, and had better views. From here onwards, it is the review for the THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT: We ran out of toilet paper and had air-conditioning issues. The contact person is quick to respond and solve our issues. The beds are hard for my body that is use to a softer version. There is no daily cleaning services that suits us. They supply toothbrushes, shower caps, body and shampoo wash in the bathroom, and disposable towels. The towels can be reused during the time you are there, but they are meant to be thrown away so they dont have the responsibility to rewash the towels. We didn't use the swimming pool on the third floor as we were too busy. It is RMB4 per use. They also supply a singular giant bottle of water. I think it was 5 litres. The air conditioning units in all three rooms work. Our view is a live view of how Sanya people live in Sanya, families in another building, the locals sitting on their balcony on a hot day. You get a couple of tags to tag into the building, out of the building, into the lift, and into the bedroom. There is also a code you can type in to get access into the building. When we left, the contact person helped us with getting a taxi to the hotel. It went through his account and we paid him cash rounding up to the closest amount. He did not want any more for helping us. He was extremely helpful. This is one of the cheaper choices in Sanya - and my rating is for the price and location.

Нам всё очень понравилось! Приехали в апартаменты ночью, водитель позвонил хозяину и он сразу пришел за нами. У нас должно было быть заселение в 14:00, но нас заселили сразу и ещё повысили класс апартаментов. В нашем распоряжении было 2 спальни, мы пользовались одной, кухня, большая гостиная, два балкона. Кухня хорошо укомплектована, есть всё для приготовления еды. В гостиной диван, два кресла, телевизор, есть канал на русском языке. У апартаментов очень удобное месторасположение. Возле тц Лето. Рядом много кафе. Море в пяти минутах ходьбы. Хозяин очень приветливый и доброжелательный. Спасибо!!! Приедем ещё!

Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe des Strandes, der Cafés und Geschäfte. Das Zimmer ist sauber, für einen kurzen Zeitraum eine tolle Option. Mir gefiel der Blick aus dem Fenster. Der Besitzer ist freundlich und half mit der Übersetzung ins Russische.

Wir hatten großes Glück, das WWW Seaview Apartment in Sanya gebucht zu haben! Das Zimmer war komfortabel, der Meerblick atemberaubend und die Lage praktisch. Der Kundenservice war geduldig und die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt, sehr empfehlenswert!

Dieses Mal kam ich für eine Reise nach Dadonghai und der Aufenthalt im Kangcheng Seaview B&B war einfach unglaublich! Das B&B hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, weniger als 30 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sie können den Atem des Meeres schon nach wenigen Schritten spüren. Die umliegenden Einrichtungen sind ebenfalls sehr vollständig und es ist sehr praktisch zum Essen und Einkaufen. Obwohl es sich bei dem Zimmer um ein Einzelzimmer handelt, ist es warm und gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und ordentlich, mit kompletter Ausstattung und weichen, bequemen Betten, sodass ich jeden Tag gut schlafen kann. Beim Blick aus dem Fenster überblickt man die gesamte Stadt, die besonders nachts mit ihren hellen Lichtern einen besonderen Charme entfaltet. Der Chef ist gastfreundlich und aufmerksam. Er kann bei der Lösung von Problemen zeitnah helfen und gibt viele Reisevorschläge, wodurch meine Reise reibungsloser und angenehmer verlief. Wenn Sie auch planen, Dadonghai zu besuchen, empfehle ich Ihnen wärmstens das Kangcheng Seaview B&B, das sehr preisgünstig ist und Sie auf jeden Fall zufriedenstellen wird!
