Wir haben hier 4 Nächte gebucht, nachdem wir zwischen dieser Lage oder dem Hilton Doubletree diskutiert haben. Basierend auf der Lage, hätte ich Doubletree für sehr einfache Spaziergang in Restaurants gewählt, da mein Mann ein verletztes Bein hatte, so dass wir zu essen fahren. Das Hotel und das Zimmer selbst ist sehr schön. Unser Zimmer war groß und hatte eine große Dusche. Aber das Frühstück war das schlimmste, das ich je in einem Hilton getroffen habe. Es ist ein Buffet und der Preis ist schrecklich für das, was Sie erhalten. Der Kontinent ist $10 und der ”hot” ist $20. Ich bin Gold Ehren, so dass ich nicht zahlen, was eine gute Sache war. Die Eierbacon etc. waren Lukewarm, als sie sie hatten. Es gab kein Bacon einen Morgen, keine Yoghurt einen anderen. Wir nahmen eine Nacht zum Abendessen aus und es dauerte 40 Minuten, um meine Bestellung vorzubereiten. Ein weiteres Enttäuschung war die Waschmaschine. Nur ein Waschmaschine und ein Trockner arbeiteten. Da 2 Frauen vor mir waren, dauerte es Stunden, um eine Ladung zu machen.

Das Hotel hat kein Frühstück (zumindest habe ich es nicht gekauft). Die Einrichtungen waren sehr alt. Die Schreibtischlampe war nicht gut. Ich habe lange telefoniert. Niemand hat es geändert. Dann habe ich meine eigene Steckdose gewechselt. Der Handwerker kam vorbei. Der Aufzug war sehr alt. Zum Flughafen bin ich ca. 10 -20 Minuten gefahren, es gibt einen Flughafenbus, der im Voraus reserviert werden muss. Ganz in der Nähe der Avalon Mall Shopping ist praktisch. Das Parken ist nicht sehr gut, und es sind mehr Leute in der Nähe. Empfehlen Sie das Best Western des Flughafens. Und Holiday Inn

This has always been a favourite of ours. But it has gone downhill. Pool was frigid, not as clean as it used to be. Clumps of hair on the side (in the same spots for both days so not sure when they clean), a brown film on the top of the hot tub. Room was nice but some garbage left from previous guests and the heat didn’t work. Breakfast is no longer included with a stay and the options and prices for the breakfast sent us out early to find food elsewhere. The kids had an awesome time with their friends but I will choose another spot for our next adventure as it didn’t feel worth the $190 to be cold the whole time and mildly grossed out at the pool.

Stayed last night with my mother on a cash & points night. Check in was fairly easy but we were not given any information on the amenities of the hotel or the breakfast hours. Room was fine however the bathroom fan did not work and the pumps of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash were crusty and built up with old product. Electronic outputs are older models (no usb). Beds were comfy. Cleanliness of the hotel could be worked on but we attributed it to it being a holiday weekend and quiet. Will give the hotel another shot in a few months.

Ich hatte einen Zwischenfall, bei dem die Dusche am ersten Tag schlimm war, so schlecht, dass wir andere Hotels anschauten, um sofort zu bleiben. Ich habe etwas zu dem gemacht und sie sagte, ich werde die Wartung anschauen. Jetzt, ich hatte voll erwartet, dass ich an den Vordertafel rufen muss, wenn wir von unserem Tag zurückgekommen, dann bereit, an anderer Stelle zu gehen, wenn es nicht geregelt war. Aber nach der einen Kommentar wurde es alle durch Wartung betreut, bevor wir von dem Tag zurückgekommen. Ich habe die Söhne nie wieder gesehen, um Ihnen zu danken, aber das war erstaunlich Kundenservice. Wenn es tatsächlich dieses Boutique-Kette-Hotel exudierte Kundenservice. Jeder war nett und effizient, Bar-Restaurant-Personal waren hilfreich, wissenswert und nett persönlich. Sie scheinen lieber, die zusätzlichen Meile zu gehen. Das Essen war im Hotel grundsätzlich, aber sehr gut. Wenn sie gut einen Lobster-Geschirr bekommen, würde ich mehr Leute dort essen, aber wirklich war es gut betreut. Ich bin immer glücklich, wenn mein Eindruck vom Hotel verändert wird. Ich liebe es. Schön sauber und angenehm, was mehr kann man sich fragen. Plus Betten waren wirklich komfortabel! Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Great room! The panoramic view is fantastic, so it's really worth a little higher price. The room is small, but it is laid out SO well. They made use of every square inch. One thing that is slightly different in the room is that you need to put a room key in the control panel as you enter as it controls the power going on. As you leave the room, you take out your room key, and it turns off all the power. Very green idea. You have a control panel at the entry of the room and on one side of the bed. Motorized blackout blinds are so convenient! There is a slide out drawer under the bed, which we were able to put most of our day to day clothes in for both of us. We hung the rest of our clothes in the closet. Really smart layout of the room, taking into consideration every opportunity of the space and how best to use it. The shower control is a learning process, but the top small lever control is the shower head to the left or the rain shower to the right. The middle is off for the shower. Had a couple of days of the cold water from the rain head when I didn'tt get it turned exactly to the middle when turning off the shower 🥶The lower handle is the temperature. There was also a larger mini fridge in the room that we used to keep drinks and snacks in. I have to give a shout-out to Mitch at the front desk! He was so helpful and informative. The housekeeping was also really great! You can turn on an electronic ”do not disturb” or request a room freshening from the control panel by the door in your room. The staff then can see the lit up panels as to who needs which. One thing I was not thrilled with was the corner cafe. The food choices were really overdone and expensive. They had burned croissants that they kept for the week I was there. They also didn't offer to heat the food. There is tea and coffee available, which I did get in the mornings. The hotel, however, is definitely a place where I will go back to EVERY time. It was conveniently located downtown. The lobby had plenty of seating, a pool table, and WiFi. It seemed that people would stop for a coffee at the cafe and sit in the lobby to work on their laptops and meet up with others. The hotel had some games you could borrow and play as well as some drinks in a cooler to buy. They have the restaurant Terre, but we didn't get a chance to go to. We ate at places all over town recommended by Mitch, all were fantastic.
