Booked this hotel for last Friday. We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express Hotels and have never been disappointed until we got here. Walked towards the entrance and saw broken concrete etc. Walked into the lobby and we were struck by what I could best describe as a greasy spoon smell. The elevator had broken panels and it was dirty. Walked down the hall towards the room and the carpet was dirty. Got into the room and it was very tired looking. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, shades on the lamps were dented and stained, popcorn ceiling was yellowed, carpet had stains and I could go on. Not sure how this place bears the name Holiday Inn Express. Didn’t stay. The breakfast area also looked like nothing had changed since the day it opened. The woman at the reception was the best thing about this place. Avoid it like the plague.

Well it was a very nice hotel. Clean and inviting. The front desk staff always said hello when I headed out to smoke. Also asked if we needed anything. My sister really loves hard boiled eggs and they were out very close the the end of breakfast service and they happily refilled them

First off if you are looking for a pool this is not the hotel!!! Their pool is PERMANENTLY closed. They staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Location is near shopping and restaurants.

We had a group with our camp friends. It was a great time. Ours rooms were very nice and clean. The Manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. I definitely will be going back there. I recommend this place 100 per cent.the pool was nice , warm the pool area was very clean.

Das Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet mit modernen Geräten und guten Qualitätsküchen, Gerichten und Flachwaren. Trotz seiner Besonderheiten in einem besetzten Einkaufsbereich war es ruhig und schön Landschaft. Kein Essen ist geliefert, aber mit einem normalen Kühlschrank/Frosch, einer Mikrowelle und einem 2-Brennstoff-Kochtop ist kein ”freies” Frühstück von verpackten Muffins erforderlich, wie wir später in unserer Reise mit einem anderen Suite-Hotel getroffen haben (wo wir auch Cookware & Gerichte fragen mussten). Wir bleiben hier nochmal.

Wie diese Lage aufgrund der Nähe zu den Outlets, die leider nicht mehr gleich sind nach covid ... ein neuer Platz hat einige neue Essen, die schön ist. Das Front Desk Personal ist nicht sehr gut ausgebildet. Die Beantragung einer Erhöhung (Elitestatus) und eines ruhigen Zimmers erwies sich für mich für 2 Gespräche auf einem langsamen Mitte-Woche-Aufenthalt schwierig. Das Zimmer war ohne Bedenken gut und genossen den vollen Kühlschrank, da ich viel zu essen hatte, um kalt und gefroren zu halten. komfortable Nachts Schlafzimmer hatte einige anständige Optionen - das jalopeno Cheddar-Küche war sehr schmackhaft! Ich wünsche mir, dass ich den Feuerplatz genießen - es sah sehr einladend aus - zu schlecht auf der Parkplatzseite.
