Großartig
PPrincess PeaI book this hotel after landing in Manila and discovering the roads were flooded and I was stuck near the airport.  Even with the last-minute booking, my check-in was fast and  smooth. The second I walked into the room. I felt an ease wash over me. I am a pretty light packer, but there was still plenty of room for all of my things where I could easily live out of my suitcase or unpack, and really settle in if I chose. The room was absolutely perfect. The bed was a large, clean and comfy. The bathroom was large, clean and came with all the amenities anyone would  need.
The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful. All types of food and drinks are served or delivered to your room 24/7. The hotel has their own bars and restaurants and a lovely lobby area where you can sit and work or just relax The only thing that comes close to being better then the aesthetic of the hotel is the customer service (it IS a Marriott after all). 
The hotel has a lot of amenities to offer, including a pool, a spa and a gym (none of which I had the time to experience during my short stay). The buffet breakfast was really nice. It has local and international foods for all taste buds. (I highly recommend the guava jam.) the hotel is also connected to a casino and a mall. There are additional restaurants and stores outside of the hotel all in walking distance. 
If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott on purpose…It’s also a WONDERFUL place to be “stuck”.

GGastnutzerDas Conrad Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt und sogar übertroffen. Der Service ist hoch und die Sauberkeit hervorragend. Marco und Lester vom Concierge-Team sowie das Personal an der Rezeption haben all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Ein Vorteil ist, dass eine Krankenschwester im Dienst ist, falls Sie sich krank fühlen. Die Teppiche in den Schlafzimmern waren etwas alt, aber sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und unser Aufenthalt war erholsam. Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet mit Bademänteln, Hausschuhen, Shampoo, Spülung, Duschgel, Lotionen, Zahnbürsten und allem anderen, was man für ein angenehmes Gefühl braucht. Wir hatten fast jeden Tag Zimmerservice und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Es gibt auch lokales Essen, sodass wir problemlos verschiedene philippinische Gerichte probieren konnten. Das Conrad Hotel ist direkt mit dem SMX-Konferenzzentrum und auch der Mall of Asia verbunden. Von unserem Zimmer aus war es ein sehr bequemer Spaziergang zum Konferenzzentrum. Das SMX-Konferenzzentrum bietet Platz für Tausende, und es gab auch andere hochrangige Unternehmen wie American Express, die ihre eigenen Konferenzen in den Konferenzräumen des Conrad Hotels abhielten. Wenn Sie nichts über das Hotel wissen möchten, bietet die Mall of Asia eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, darunter Olive Garden, Chili’s, Shake Shack und mehr. Die Mall bietet auch jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß im riesigen Toy Kingdom Store und im Disney Toy Store. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten!

SSarah1404Confusingly this is part of the Savoy hotel but I think these are the less expensive rooms. You can walk here from T3 which is handy. It was ok, basic, comfortable but the room smelled damp. We weren't in it for long as unfortunately wd had a nightmare booking this through Trip. Our flight was delayed so we booked last minute but the hotel could not find the booking. It wasn't resolved for 2 days and meanwhile I had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours (exhausted) before accessing my room. I had to pay again for the room and wait for a refund. The queues at reception were very long and one staff member was abrupt and rude.
