We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

Had to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it. But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.

Ich habe normalerweise keine negativen Kommentare geschrieben, aber wenn dies einem anderen Reisenden helfen wird, eine informierte Entscheidung zu treffen, dachte ich, ich würde Ihnen ein paar Dinge erfahren lassen. Erstens habe ich eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick reserviert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig. Aber unsere Meerblick war eigentlich von Telefonpolen und Draht und das abgeschnittene Dach des Clubs über die Straße. Ich gebe zu, dass der Ozean über diese Hindernisse hinaus gesehen wurde. Unser ursprüngliches Zimmer war im vierten Stock und in der ersten Nacht war unser Dach aufgrund der Abwärtsgang draußen schnell leckten. Es wurde meist gereinigt und wir wurden gesagt, dass wir am Morgen das Front Desk wissen mussten, dass wir Zimmer bewegen müssen. Ich hätte gedacht, dass aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeit, alles wieder zu verpacken, dass sie uns einen erweiterten Raum gegeben hätten. Stattdessen, sie uns eine Junior-Ozean-View Suite auf dem 3. Stock mit einem näheren Blick auf die Draht und Dachoberfläche gegeben. Dieses Zimmer hatte auch nur einen Patio-Sitzplatz, also selbst wenn wir auf dem Patio sitzen wollten, wären wir nicht zusammen gewesen. Das Resort selbst hat schöne Einrichtungen.

Für: - Gute Lage - Große Zimmer - In der Nähe von Malecon Kons: - Zu viel zu viel. - Lärm - Nur echte Option für Mittagessen ist ihr Buffetplatz - Pool ist nicht sauber - Zeitteilung - Personal könnte ein bisschen freundlicher sein. - Buffet ist zu beschäftigt/getrocknet Wir hatten über Trip.com für das Zimmer mit Frühstücksbuffet bezahlt. Die Check-in-Personal sagte, die Zahlung sei nicht getan und wir mussten noch für das Zimmer und das Buffet getrennt bezahlen. Nach 2 Stunden Verwirrung und Warten auf ein Jahr alt war es endlich gelöst. Das Personal fühlte sich nicht entschuldigt oder entschuldigt überhaupt für ihren Fehler.

Nice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.  Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff. Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

Perfekte Lage, um in die Stadt zu gehen! Hoch empfehlen Sie die Buchung der südlichen Zimmer, da die anderen auf den Pool öffnen. Miguel machte einen Sterling Job, der uns jeden Tag auf dem Strand trinkt! Ich kann ihn nicht hoch genug bewerten! Lebende Musik jede Nacht, das Essen war jedes Essen variiert, und wir erhielten ein komplimentäres, aktualisiertes Essen, das lecker war. Liebe zum all-inclusive Deal! Die Strandpersonal war sehr hilfreich, um Strandsitze, Schatten und Tische zu bieten (Dank Emilio!). Das Frontpersonal erlaubte uns einen späteren checkout, und die Sauberkeit des Resorts ist exemplär! Ich würde sicher wiederkommen! Eine wunderbare Erfahrung!

The resort itself was beautiful. And we had an amazing view of the sunset. I do wish there was more variety in the foods and the restaurant options. Surprisingly I thought the Mexican restaurant was not that great, but I liked the Italian place and seafood restaurant. The staff was very friendly. For some reason the heat in the Veranda restaurant was always stifling and made dining uncomfortable. The complex needs more elevators and you end up waiting around a lot. Also, I wish there was more entertainment. Dancing was so fun it should be every night. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, sauber, freundliches Personal, jede Nacht um 21 Uhr eine kostenlose Show, aber ich genieße die Abwechslung nicht, weil nur lokale Aufenthalte, der Strand kein klares Wasser schmutzig und am Strand möchte ich mich entspannen, die Sonne genießen, um sich vor Ort zu bräunen? Kommen Sie vorbei, um Sachen zu verkaufen, die so nervig sind. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Tut mir leid zu sagen. Ich bleibe lieber zu Hause, gehe zu meinem Heimatstrand. enttäuscht.

We arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste
