Nice room, good stay, 2 issues faced, one was regarding the room check in card which was not working and i had to get it reactivated from reception, second was regarding the bathtub drain system, which was slightly inconvenient. Few pts of improvement. 1. In addition to bathtub, normal shower can also be placed in the bathrooms. 2. Bathrobes and sleepers can be placed in the rooms. 3. Small wipers should be placed in the bathrooms to dry the floor. 4. Foot-mat should be placed outside bathroom.

I had the worst experience at this hotel. I was waiting at the lobby for over twenty minutes and we got no service. We were not even able to check in for half an hour. Would never recommend staying here. The service is very slow and poor. The staff is extremely rude and inefficient.

Very unfortunate incident happened with my family at 4. 30 am in the morning. Someone started banging my door and abused me to come out repeatedly. He pressed door bell, banged the door and ordered me to come out. This happened for 7 minutes. Then i rang the room service and they told me to wait. After 15 min some one saying that he is from room again started banging the door ans asked me to open at 5am
he said it was a mistake. I said ok and we will talk in morning. I was with my wife and at 5 am in morning such incident really raise a big question mark on security of this hotel. Very poor location, poor staff and high security risk. Please avoid this hotel.
