Premier Inn Slough West (Slough Trading Estate)

Slough工業區裏的酒店，因為離總部工廠近而入住，旁邊一家印度餐廳不錯。酒店基本沒服務，全靠自助。

Stayed here as I came down for a family function. Requested early check in as our function was in the afternoon. Comes with an extra charge of 10 pounds. Room was nice clean and spacious. We didn't eat here for dinner but did go there for breakfast.

Amazing breakfast. Went there with family for breakfast on a Sunday morning. Busy place but well managed. Food tastes better here then other premier inn. Lot of free parking around the the hotel. We reached after 10 am .Lot of kids around. ..

We stayed here for a couple of nights and used it as a base to visit family. Free parking is in the multi storey opposite the Premier Inn, park in a space with a big purple dot. Nice Quick check in. We had a premier plus room which was very clean, quiet and had a lovely comfortable bed. The cooked breakfast was one of the best that we have had anywhere. It was piping hot and everything was constantly replaced. A pleasant experience and would stay here again.

Great Stay with excellent location as well on site restaurant, it had indian, italian restaurants next with costa, greggs and other shop, facilties at hotel and staff friendly services was excellent. Had no issues.

The location, staff, food, room was all great. Sadly the system for ordering food from the hatch / chef meant queuing twice. Once to order (10 minute wait) and again queuing to collect. I can't stand for long and use a stick for balance. It would be better if they completed the plate with everything - so it's easier to collect. Or have it delivered. But 20 minutes queuing meant it was cold buy the time I got to the front to add all the other things like baked beans, mushrooms and tomato. Could be a better system in place. I always find the beds a little hard so 4/5.

I was satisfied with the service, but very dissatisfied with the parking arrangement. I have received 2 parking tickets from the multi-story car park company wanting £120 to £200 from me. I followed the instructions at the reception, with help from the receptionist, using the parking terminal to the right on the desk. My car registration details were inputted correctly, 3 days stay was selected and it was confirmed by the system. I parked in the ground floor bays with a purple dot, between the lines. I am appealing the car park charge, but it’s frustrating that I have to spend my own time justifying why I don’t need to pay, and then pay out of my own pocket for the paper, envelope and postage for an error in the system. The hotel was great, but I won’t be using it again when I return to Legoland in the future for this reason. If CCTV is in the reception area covering the desk, then this will verify that the terminal was used. Look for a hotel with its own car park, not an arrangement with a dodgy multi-story company.

The hotel is situated on an industrial estate which is great as it is quiet when the businesses have shut for the day. Parking is easy as it is opposite the hotel in a multi-storey carpark. The restaurant was lovely. The service was quick and efficient. The food was piping hot and was really tasty. So, why the average score .......... it was the bed. It was a double-bed and really hard. Thankfully there was a single bed in the room that was quiet comfy, so my wife and I swapped over during the night. It was the worst night we have ever had in a Premier Inn. If the bed had been lovely I would have given this hotel a five star rating. However, the bed was terrible. Having said that don't be put off as the rest of it was great!
