Wir blieben insgesamt 4 Nächte und buchten ein Zimmer einen halben Monat im Voraus. Wir kamen am ersten Tag an und checkten ein, da das Zimmer noch gereinigt wurde 30 Minuten später sah ich Bild 1 und die Reinigungsutensilien waren immer noch da, und als ich eincheckte, wurde ich gebeten, Kinderutensilien bereitzustellen, aber sie wurden nicht bereitgestellt. Als ich an der Rezeption anrief, gingen sie nachlässig damit um Ich hatte keine andere Wahl, als den Ctrip-Kundendienst zu bitten, mit dem Hotel zu verhandeln, bevor ich den Zimmermanager bat, sich darum zu kümmern, und schließlich das Problem lösen. Der Willkommenslöwe und die Hausschuhe in Abbildung 2-3 sind das Ergebnis der Kommunikation mit der Haushälterin von Ctrip. Die Haushälterin von Ctrip war sehr rücksichtsvoll und rief sogar zweimal im Hotel an, um zu bestätigen, ob das Hotel Kinderzubehör für uns vorbereitet hatte. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind recht alt, obwohl die Zimmer renoviert wurden, sind die Toiletten nicht schick. Das Frühstück ist recht reichhaltig und sauber. Es empfiehlt sich, das Restaurant mit Frühstück zu wählen, wenn der Preisunterschied nicht groß ist.

A wonderful stay at the Mandarin Hotel! Great facilities, a fantastic location, and excellent service at the Executive Lounge, where free champagne is served throughout the day. I will definitely be back Great bar!

Supreme location and friendly staffs! Room is clean, food is great!

Very pleasant check in experience. Generous late check out timing. My family enjoyed ourselves cycling around Marina Bay area with the free bicycle rental service. Location is wonderful for all sorts of landmark sightseeing. Will definitely return again. Thanks Mandarin Oriental!

It's really nice . I will again stay in Mandarin hotel when I visit Singapore

The hotel is luxurious. The room is spacious . The bed is very comfortable. The bar is cosy. The staff are friendly.

The best as always, only unsure of what the older men at the entrance in hats are there for. They don’t help or welcome any guests out of the car and are often grouped together chatting.

It was an excellent stay in MandarimOriental. The room is so great and pretty, and the location is also very good, next to the shopping mall, and there are many restaurants nearby. I will choose the hotel next time

Nice room and service!

We loved the location of the hotel with a view to the lake and it's surrounding especially the Marina Bay Sands' "The Holy Trinity" buildings or also sometimes called the "Tablets". And at sun rise and/or sun set, beautiful pictures can be taken or just enjoying the scenery if your room have a good view to the lake. The hotel interior is superb - clean and well decorated at every floor. The breakfast is fantastic with many choices of food and desserts - from Asian to Continental. And if you have the lounge assess, their service is very attentive to your request and preferences. A well place for Staycation and tourists' stays alike. Of course, the convenience to any shopping around the hotel and walking distance to many major shopping malls. Garden by the Bay is not very far away with spaces for jogging and exploring the nearby nature reserve. You might get to see a lone eagle flying around the bay or even a troop of family otters around the bay area or near the Garden By the Bay. We will definitely be coming back soon.

One of the Best in Singapore. My family was satisfied with the hotel.

We booked for 4 nights. Room is small and the closet/drawer has some wood smell (we believed it's due to resent renovation a few months ago). My room is hot. I turned the AC to 18 degree and high cool and it's still hot. Have complained to hotel. The maintenance guy came and said we have to wait longer for the AC to get cold. But we have been inside the room for over 1 hour and it's still hot. On the first night, I have asked for a standing fan. Housekeeper said they will try to locate a fan but there's no further reply and the fan never came. There's no socket in the bathroom so you have to blowdry your hair in the bedroom. This is the worst MO we have stayed in. On our third day, we mentioned the AC problem to the manager Stephen Foong at the coffee shop (Embu) and he's very kind to help us and arranged someone to fix the AC in that afternoon. Finally we can have a very good sleep in our last night. Thanks to Stephen who not only takes care of us at the restaurant, he even helped to fix the AC which is not his responsiblity. Won't stay in MO in our next visit.
