Ich schlage vor, dass Sie dieses Hotel nicht buchen. Sie klassifizieren die Zimmergrößen tatsächlich. In Doppelzimmern sind weder Hausschuhe noch Trinkwasser enthalten, in Dreibettzimmern sind jedoch Trinkwasser, Hausschuhe und Bademäntel enthalten. Diese unterschiedliche Behandlung ist wirklich sehr seltsam und macht mich unglücklich. Sie sollten wissen, dass dieses Hotel einen Innenpool hat. In einigen Zimmern sind keine Bademäntel enthalten, in anderen jedoch schon. Ist das nicht eine Klassifizierung und Diskriminierung der Gäste? Außerdem hat das Hotel beim Auschecken die Rechnung nicht sorgfältig geprüft und war sehr oberflächlich. Nachdem sie festgestellt hatten, dass es ein Problem mit der Rechnung gab, schickten sie mir eine E-Mail über Trip.com und forderten mich auf, zum Hotel zurückzukehren, um erneut zu bezahlen. Das war lächerlich. Kurz gesagt: Dem Personal an der Rezeption des Hotels mangelt es an Erfahrung und es hat eine schlechte Einstellung, was den Gästen viel Ärger bereitet.

This is a very nice hotel with plenty of available parking (a small fee of £5 per night is not unreasonable). We booked a family room which had two double beds for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a huge flat screen TV, refrigerator, and a small coffee table with comfortable chairs beside the window. The bathroom was a good size with batch and shower within - the side of the bath may have been a little high for someone with mobility issues. Large reception area with plenty of seating, a coffee bar and bar nearby. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with plenty of freshly cooked food and a good array of pastries. There's also a free gym, pool, steam room and sauna. But, of course, during our two night stay, the latter three were all closed for maintenance! We booked our two nights on separate bookings due to a change of plans. This caused some confusion at reception and took a while to sort out so we didn't have to change rooms.

It's far from the city centre. Breakfast was delicious. However they don't allow guests to use their microwave for reheating food. Strange.

Went here for our 10th anniversary as we got married here and it use to be our local. We had afternoon tea, which was lovely and just the right amount. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. We also stayed here, the room was a lovely size, had everything we needed, and we were able to check in slightly early. The furniture in the room is a little dated, but did its job. We had breakfast here which was lovely, with lots of choice. We used the swimming pool, which was clean and so were the changing rooms. We also got to see the start of a Christmas tree going up. A fantastic stay, would highly recommend and will be visiting again.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is lovely and the children had a lot of fun in it. The rooms are a bit tired but perfectly functional and nice and big.

The hotel was very good and their service. However when we got to the hotel there was a problem with the booking because somehow they never got the booking but the hotel made new reservation for the hotel for us so it,was all good at,the end .
