Nice staff. Good location. 15 minutes walk to Chitose Station & Aeon. Provide airport transfer.

Receptionists can't speak English but a female one aged around 55 was nice. Amenities were fine. They provide great shampoo

The accommodation is clean, spacious, with a large bed. The staff takes good care of us.

The hotel has a few steps up with no elevator, so if any one needs to move luggage around pls be expected you will need to move them up over 20 steps yourself.

Free airport shuttle bus is available for guest but need to book upon check in.

Hotel is a bit old and far from the JR Chitose station, but walkable. Have to make reservations for the shuttle bus really early because there are very limited seats (around 8 - 10 seats). I made mine through putting remarks at my reservation and email them.

We chose to stay at Hotel Wing International Chitose as the hotel provided a free shutter bus drop off at New Chitose Airport. I dropped an email to the hotel directly for early seats reservation. The hotel staff were very responsive to my email & request. You may also reserve the seats at the front desk during check-in. Shutter bus timetable : 6:25/7:10/7:50/8:45/9:40 on first come, first basic. You need to go through the staircases before reaching the hotel front door, but it's not a problem as there's a lane for you to pull your luggage bag up. All the hotel staff are friendly. You may collect the amenities such as toothbrush, paper cups, tea, coffee etc next to front desk. Their laundry room at level 8 are spacious with couch, vending machine, and comic books for reading. Everything is good except the room. The aircond only has heating function and no airflow. We have to off the AC and open the window to let the fresh air in. The smart toilet bowl makes us very stressed. As each flush, the sound is so noisy like a plane taxing for takeoff. I pity the ppl staying below us. I would like to compliment the shutter bus driver. I don't have his name, but he's a senior. He's very friendly and kind, he helped me with my luggage. Thank you very much for your hard work.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk to chitose jr station there is shuttle to chitose jr station and also shuttle to airport but not from airport

Great value for money, room was clean and the receptionists were friendly even though they don’t speak much english.

Location was really good, took a local bus from airport to a stop really close to hotel for abt 230 yen. Aeon nearby as well where we had dinner the night we arrived. Although I believe there are other nearer restaurants. Also nice running track by the river just ~5 min away from the hotel! Note that the number of shuttle transfers to airport on your day of checkout is limited so book your seat as early as you can. Service is lovely. Just didn’t love the smoke smell all over the building. Breakfast is not bad too
