I've never had such a poor experience with a hotel until I experienced this one.  I showed up to this property on April 1st after booking weeks in advance to be told I couldn't stay there because my reservation had been canceled.  Canceled by who is still the pending question that I never received an answer for. I get to the hotel to check in & the ”hotel manager” initially tells me that she doesn't see a reservation for me.  I stated that I booked through hotels.com & showed her the confirmation/itinerary email.  She then goes back to her computer to say that my reservation was canceled on March 30th, but couldn't tell me who & why the reservation was canceled.  She was short & rude in telling me that the hotel was now fully booked & then directed me to call hotels.com. When I called,  they also confirmed that my reservation was not canceled & called the hotel directly to get feedback on what may be going on.  The whole time my family & I are standing in the lobby of the hotel with no accommodations, room,  nothing. She then tells the rep well the room was canceled & we're booked now so there's nothing she can do.  We later figured out that the hotel overbooked & mysteriously, my reservation was ”canceled”. No warning or confirmation of the cancelation. Not sure how or why that happened,  but I will never recommend anyone stay at this hotel. Find another one. Your money should be spent where it's appreciated. If an establishment inconveniences you,  they should at least have the common courtesy to be nice & apologetic regardless of the situation. Jenny ”the manager” was no help & I will be posting reviews on every site where this hotel is listed.

First thing we noticed was all of the lights worked! Not only that, but they were strategically located in very convenient places. The bed was very comfortable, which is important to me. There were also pillows that I loved. We usually travel with our own, but I didn’t have to go out to the car to get mine! Bathroom had multicolored lights that lent to a little bit of a fun mood. There was an attendant at breakfast, which is something I haven’t seen for a while. It was wonderful, he did his job well! The food was hot with eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, and the other things you normally see. The food was also tasty and the area was clean. We took advantage of our Wyndham points, and our total cost was just $78 , who can complain about that?! We’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it for others.

Sehr gut gelegen, nur 3 Minuten vom Juwelendorf von Lynchburg und von Jack Daniels Distillerie für frühen Morgen Besuch. Schade nicht kleines Dej enthalten, aber großes Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle im Zimmer. Komfortable und schöne Badezimmer. Süße Rezeption Service. Ich gab mir ein Zimmer, als ich die Tür öffnete. Ich dachte, es war beschäftigt, die Umdrehungen wurden nie von früheren Mietern gereinigt. Ich gab mir ein weiteres Rm nicht sicher, was da nicht stimmte, weil es in ein weiteres Rm endete. Das Zimmer war alt und veraltet schrecklich geräuchert. Machen Sie nicht denselben Fehler, den ich gemacht habe.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen kleinen Stadt, ein wenig von einem Fahrt vom Interstate. Sauberes Eigentum. Freundliches Personal. Kein Aufzug. Warm Frühstück, nichts Fantasie. Wir dachten, die Zimmerrate war für diese Lage hoch und die Steuern in diesem Bereich sind lächerlich. Ein lustiges Buffet-Restaurant in der Stadt in einem renovierten Futtergeschäft mit 80+ Tische, gutes Essen und guter Service gefunden. Interessante Übernachtungsstunde.
