The location is good and the size of the apartment is also good, however, I am quite disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Sofa completely stained/dirty (I didn't have the courage to sit down), bathroom was also quite dingy. I didn't feel comfortable with the hygiene of the place and I didn't think it matched the condition in the photos.

The apartment was awesome, very clean and in a safe area.
The only issue is that there is no Reception, so Security will not allow you to enter if there is an external issue with your reservation, for example I had to wait 1hr outside because the license I sent was not clear enough for Charlie, which was really frustrating.
Charlie support service is via whatsapp menus only in Portuguese, they should add English as a second option.
Apart from that I enjoyed my stay in the apartment.

The building, location, and actual apartment were all great. Communicating with the team at Charlie was very frustrating at times and hard to get in touch with anyone real.

Predio excelente, mas a comunicaçao com a portaria tira um pouco a paciência. Ja estive em outros Charlie, que bastava fazer a biometria facial que acessava o prédio. A academia é excelente.
