Excellent place and hospitality by Thermis . 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom with full kitchen / utensils was there . Also sofa in living room . There might be 20-25 stairs to Reach our room from where the taxi would drop. Beautiful caldera view and you can enjoy that eating your breakfast . The pool which was only for the house is great . Fresh breakfast was provided . Thermis goes beyond and is available on WhatsApp. Laundry service is available which is a big plus . I would recommend this to anyone .

One of our best experiences on our Greece vacation. Spitia is ideally located in Imerovigli, a bit away from the touristy Fira or Oia, but with equally spectacular views of the caldera. A very easy 20 minute walk to Fira, where there are a lot of shops and restaurants. Our room was clean and comfortable, large enough for a couple for a few days. It had a balcony with a spectacular view. Best of all the hospitality and service provided by Themis and Maria was outstanding. They gave us a fantastic and delicious, locally sourced, freshly prepared breakfast each morning and we ate on the balcony admiring the view. Themis guided us to activities and made restaurant recommendations and reservations, helped us book a rental car for one day to tour the southern part of the island. Truly above and beyond. Would highly recommend Spitia Tzitzi. Plan to add in a cataraman sunset cruise during your stay and visit the Akrotiri ruins if you have time. A convenient bus runs from Fira to Oia (pronounced Eeya).

Place is amazing but Themis (hostess ) is better than the hotel , such warm welcoming and great suggestion about Santorini . Tks to him we have a real local experience

Great view at good price. Imerovigli is a good launching point for hiking to Oia, walking to shops in Fira, and our hotel concierge helped us book a catamaran cruise (fabulous), taxis, airport transfer, etc. Had a great time!

Exceptional location, very well organized room, lovely breakfast and comfortable stay. I was injured during my trip to Santorini and we spent the last night in greece at this place. It was all worth it. Themis ensured we are well attended and took care of everything end to end. We were glad to pick this place as you get the perfect sunset view for which half of santorini was running on the streets. Would love to come back again! Things which can be improved 1. Its not a santorini thing but if the place can also start running in house restaurant, it would be a great sell. With this location and view and comfort one would want to spend entire time within the property:) All restaurants around are just super super expensive but thanks to Themis he recommended us some great options, best one being a small little brunch place called Pink Sophia Maria. Superb hospitality:)

Hospitality is unbelievable - Maria and Themis are unbelievable hosts. They get it. You can't go wrong staying in their place. The views are unbelievable, Breakfast was great, our apar**ent was super clean and well stocked and the plunge pool and lounge chairs were awesome also. Not too many steps, but just enough that we were a little off the main path. They made us reservations for outings and arranged for pick ups from the ferry and back to the airport. Their dinner reservation was our best meal out and also was not close to the most expensive restaurant. it always pays to ask a local. We will recommend to all our friends going to Santorini to consider booking with Maria and Themis. I must also add that they were not even close to the most expensive option. The value for what we paid, was great.

We stayed in the honeymoon cave suite with outdoor jacuzzi, the room was very clean and comfortable, the balcony had a stunning view of the Aegean sea and the caldera. We enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony every morning and evening and the water was just the right temperature! ! The host, Themis, was very helpful and took great care of us. He helped us book airport transfers and rental cars and also gave us advice on our itinerary. The owner Maris is very friendly and we enjoyed her homemade breakfast every morning which was very, very tasty. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Our stay at Spitia Tzitzi was the highlight of our trip to Greece. The view from our patio was absolutely breathtaking. It was probably the best view I’ve ever experienced in my life. During our time at Spitia Tzitzi, we stayed in a two story cave house. Our unit was very large. It had a kitchen, living room, breakfast table, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It easily slept 4 people and the couches in the living room probably could have allowed for 2 more people to stay in this unit. It was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, which was important to us because it was so hot outside. We also had a lovely little pool / hot tub on our patio. The water wasn’t very warm, but it was so hot outside that the temperature was refreshing. Breakfast was delivered every morning. It was delicious and left us so full that we had leftovers each day. Our host was warm and friendly. She was very helpful in arranging transfers and tours of the area for us and she made sure we were comfortable during our stay. Additionally, there were men to help deliver our bags to our room at check in and they also helped carry our bags to our transfer vehicle when we checked out. I counted stairs to our unit and I believe there were about 50, but it seemed like much less. I highly recommend Spitia Tzitzi and hope I have the pleasure of staying there again someday!
