Sehr gute Lage,in der Stadtzentrum, sehr nahe der U-Bahn .Sehr sauber im Inneren,.Sehr gutes Frühstück, willkommen Persönlichkeit.Es gab kein Schrank im Zimmer, es gab keine Hang.Das heißt, Kleidung kann nicht hängen.Vielleicht ist es nur in einem Zimmer, Ich weiß es nicht. Aber insgesamt war alles sehr nett.

Very nice hotel in the Providencia district, good connection to the metro, absolutely helpful staff and good breakfast. We were a group which arrived and left on different days. We stayed for one night ...between flights. From the south to the north in this hotel and could deposit luggage, everything worked out wonderfully. I can totally recommend it

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely comfortable beds with more luxurious linen than usual. Hot showers. 3 elevators so never any waiting for one. Large continental breakfast (no hot food). Located on street with lots of restaurants. Bank 2 blocks away. Perhaps has soundproofing since there was no noise through the night.

Das war nicht unsere übliche Wahl für Santiago, aber wir hatten in der Nähe Treffen und nahmen eine Chance. Die Nachbarschaft, in der Almasur wohnt, ist eine freundliche und freundliche Nachbarschaft mit einem charmanten Platz von Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Es gibt ein paar private Schulen und Hochschulen, die Main Street ist mit Plane Bäumen gekoppelt und mit einer Atmosphäre eher wie Paris verbunden! Professioneller und freundlicher Service in einem relativ sicheren Bezirk in Santiago. Wir haben am Anfang und am Ende unserer Reise nach der Region Patagonia verblieben. Das Hotel ist ein typischer großer Doubletree mit schönen Standardzimmern. Komfortable Betten und gute Duschen und WiFi. Ganz besetzt mit Geschäftsreisen und Menschen von und nach Kreuzfahrten so allerlei Kunden. Personal sehr hilfreich und gut Englisch gesprochen. Wir essen im Restaurant und im Kaffeegeschäft und beide waren ziemlich gut. Genug zu sagen, wir waren froh, beim Doubletree bei unserer Rückkehr nach Santiago nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt ins Hotel zu buchen. Recentemente fiquei hospedada com a família neste hotel durante 6 dias, o hotel tem uma localização boa fica em torno de 20 minutos de carro dos principais pontos turísticos e do aeroporto, café da manha bom e camas confortáveis. Porém o que deixou a desejar é falta de poder controlar o ar condicionado, de madrugada fazia 10 graus e o hotel não tinha aquecedor pois só no inverno que há aquecedor nos quartos, passamos muito frio a noite, por mais que o hotel tenha fornecido cobertores. Outra coisa que também foi que não conseguimos utilizar o cofre, tentaram arrumar o cofre, mas sem sucesso. A piscina só pode ser utilizada se estiver utilizando uma touca de natação o qual é vendido no hotel, achei estranho, pois já me hospedei em muitos hotéis e nunca vi solicitarem isso. Fora isso os quartos são confortáveis e limpos, ocorreu tudo bem!

Ich habe hier ein paar Nächte geblieben und das Hotel ist in sehr guter Form, alles riecht immer noch neu. Die Lage ist nicht wirklich gut, es gibt buchstäblich nichts, Sie brauchen einen Uber, um irgendwo hinzugehen. Nein, nimm nie ein Taxi in Chile!!! Sie werden Sie völlig auseinander ziehen. Front Desk Menschen sind überhaupt nicht freundlich oder willkommen, aber ich denke, das ist überall in Chile.

Meine Frau und ich kamen auf einer Wanderfahrt nach Patagonia. Wir prüften die Four Points Sheraton in Santiago, bevor wir wussten, dass wir es hatten. Als wir positive Tests durchgeführt haben, quarantierten wir im Hotel für 9 Tage. Das Hotel hat unseren Aufenthalt zu gleicher Zeit verlängert und konnte drei Gruppen von Ärzten in unserem Zimmer besuchen, zunächst einen PCR-Test durchführen und zweitens Rezepte für unsere Wartungsmedikationen erhalten und schließlich ein Brief der Erholung am Ende des Unser Quarantänesystem, das uns in die Lage versetzte, nach Hause zu fliegen. Während unseres Aufenthalts holte das Hotel auch unsere Rezepte in einer lokalen Apotheke. Wir konnten Zimmerservice bestellen und das Hotel hat unsere Uber Eats Bestellungen in unser Zimmer gegeben. Pamela im Hotel war besonders hilfreich, es tut mir leid, dass ich die Namen der anderen Mitarbeiter, die uns geholfen haben, nicht erinnere. Neben dem Service war das Hotel sehr nett. Wir wurden auf eine Suite (aufgrund des Status Marriott) mit einer 40-Fuß-Terrasse, die schöne Aussichten auf die Stadt und die Berge lieferte, upgradiert. Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit hervorragender Service. Wir können nicht genug schöne Dinge über das Hotel sagen. Danke!

Erste Vegan-Bewertung. Meine Frau und ich sind Vegan und wir hatten nicht viel erwartet. Erster Tag hatten sie wenig Kartons Mandelmilch, aber nach diesem Tag hatten sie keine mehr. Sie haben verschiedene Früchte, Beeren, Cantaloupe, keine Bananen, das ist merkwürdig. und einige nicht frische Früchte wie Pinien in Sirup. Sie haben auch Kaffee und Tee. Oranges, die Sie mit heißem Wasser aus dem Nestle Kaffeemacher heißes Wasser machen können. Getreide wie Maisflacken und trockenes Brot. Badewanne geschlossen ”unter Wartung” schlechte Dinge: Zimmerschlüssel bleibe fehl. Muss es mehrmals reprogrammiert werden. Toilette schlägt nicht gut, musste es mehrmals tun. Seifenbaren sind klein und nicht sehr schwach. Kann das Wasser sein, aber nicht sicher. Kein kostenloses Kaffee im Zimmer, nur eine warme Wasser-elektrische Kettle Pros: Sauberes Zimmer. Guter Service. Über die Straße von einem Starbucks, Gemüsegeschäft. Gehstrecke von Bars/Restaurants. Insgesamt, eine gute Option für ein Budget-Hotel.

The warmest of welcome from a great team at Ugo Hotel. The hotel is well placed in a nice area. It was modern, very light, airy and clean. Our room (334) was on the third floor facing towards what looked like residential apartments. Our only wish was that our view hadn’t been slightly obscured by a wall to another part of the hotel. The reception / lobby / bar was a good place to sit. The main light hanging above made a statement. The room itself whilst not the biggest had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (3 night) during our tour. There were two big, very comfortable beds. This combined with the pillows supplied led to 3 good nights sleep. The second bed was great for laying clothes out and packing ‘ unpacking. The WC / Shower were in the ensuite with the washbasin just outside in an area divided from the bed space by a divider and hanging space. The shower was very good although some might find the floor slippy. There wasn’t a plug in the sink (by design). This was the moment we remembered the travel plug had been left at home. This was an inconvenience when shaving and meant that more water was used than might have been had there been one. We pointed this out as a water saving idea at reception who welcomed the positive feedback. There was good air-conditioning but like most you need to leave one of the key cards in if you want it to continue working when you go out. That said from an energy saving point of view it didn’t take long to cool the room down once we returned. We did turn the AC down at night as like most installations the noise can be a bit of a pain when trying to sleep. There was a good choice of food for breakfast and a nice looking bar with a fantastic team. Not everyone spoke English but we didn’t speak any Spanish but we got by just fine. We had some great Chilean wine and loved the Pisco Sour. Thanks to Laos Silizar for giving me his recipe. There is an enclosed garden area at the back close to the bar with a variety of seating among greenery and to one end a pool. The lifts were quick and we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. There were two ice cream shops within seconds of the main entrance and a number of nice restaurants. The tallest building in Latin America Sky Costanera was only about a 10 minute walk away. By virtue of its height it has the highest viewing platform in Santiago, from where the 360 degree panoramic view from the 61st and 62nd floors including The Andes is exceptional. Beneath this is a very big shopping centre containing many restaurants of all sorts. We went our for a walk each evening in the direction of the adjoining residential. There were some nice apartment blocks / homes. The area was well lit and felt safe. To summarise we enjoyed staying at Ugo Hotel very much. All of the staff were fantastic.
