Das Hotel ist riesig und gut alt. Es scheint eine gewisse Schwierigkeit, etwas so groß zu halten. Die Bettwäsche sind gekostet, das Badezimmer war mit ziemlich Marken, vor allem im Bad, die Luft gab ein Problem, das Frühstück ist ok, wie “stößt den Hunger”. Aber es war das einzige Hotel, das wir letzte Stunde frei gefunden haben. Was das Hotel rettete, war die Betreuung der Mitarbeiter, die immer bereit und aufmerksam waren.

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich, ist sehr gut gelegen 25 Minuten von den Kataraten von Iguazú. Es bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze mit vielen verfügbaren Orten. Es erfüllt die neuen Gesundheitsmaßnahmen gegen COVID-19 sehr streng. Von der sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen persönlichen Rezeption an die Kunden bedienen sie sich am besten. Die Gastronomie ist zweifellos ein Plus mit hochwertigen und sehr sofistikierten Produkten. Es hat auch einen Pool und die Natur ist sehr angenehm, wo man wandeln und am entschlossensten sein kann. Estive no hotel para um congresso, estava lotado de participantes de todas as idades, acho q por isso o muito barulho. Quarto com frigobar, armário (q poderia ser melhor aproveitado), tv, ar condicionado… tudo naquele controle central q fica na cabeceira. Alguns móveis velhos mas isso é o de menos, o problema maior é a cama! Cheguei a travar. Cama velha de mola, toda ja com buracos e ondulações, muito desconfortável. Também a falta de uma cortina blackout nas janelas de vidro. Banheiro é pequeno mas não vejo como problema, chuveiro elétrico daquele mais simples mas tem uma vazão de água até q boa… Café da manhã “básico” (pensando em hotel!), não iriei opinar porque não posso comer glúten então fiquei restrita. Internet grátis ruim, principalmente se vc for precisar pra trabalhar. Funcionários simpáticos, cheguei antes do horário de checkin e pude deixar minhas malas já no hotel…

Wir lieben dieses Resort. Leider haben wir nur zwei Nächte geblieben, und ich fühle mich, als hätten wir mindestens drei Tage geblieben. Ein Problem war, dass ich ein Zimmer mit einer King oder Queen Bettsize beantragt habe, und sie endeten, mir ein Zimmer mit zwei Betten zu geben. Insgesamt ist der Ort wunderbar, die Getränke sind perfekt und wir sind erfreut, die Expansion dieses Ortes zu sehen.
