Only a 25 minute drive to Bethel Woods!Beaver Lake Escape is a newly renovated home with an open floor plan in the kitchen and living space. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 large closets for guests to use. The bathroom has a stand up shower and small vanity with storage underneath and 3 drawers. This lake house is located on a quiet dead end road perfect for couples looking to escape for a short romantic getaway or a long vacation. While you are here you can enjoy the amenities of the home from something a simple as your morning cup of coffee on the front deck to your preferred evening cocktail around the fire pit.The backyard offers plenty of seating for two, as well as a picnic table, which has a built in cooler in the center to keep your choice of refreshments. Feel free to grill on the Traeger wood pellet grill! You can also relax and enjoy the hot tub at your leisure!Our guests have full access to the lake via the community beach, which is a 2 minute walk from the lake house. We also keep one kayak stored with a paddle on the side of the shed in the backyard, as well as fishing poles. The good majority of the lake is approximately 4 feet deep; however, by the floating dock the water is much deeper. There are no lifeguards on this lake; therefore, our guests swim AT THEIR OWN RISK.If you do not know how to swim DO NOT go in the water.Other things to note:Please respect our non-smoking policy. Welcome to Trails Head Cabin! Located on a quiet dead end road, this cabin sits at the head of the Neversink River Unique Area and offers activities such as hiking, fishing and hunting. My wife and I have fully renovated the inside of the cabin, and have begun to update the exterior. A five minute drive to Resorts World Casino and Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. However, our property is private and clearly posted, and may only be used by our guests.The cell phone service is very weak when you first arrive at the cabin however, once you are connected to the Wi-Fi you should have capability to call and text. Private and off-grid tiny home near the Neversink Unique Area hiking trails. This tiny house is approximately a tenth of a mile from guest parking. A marked trail to the site with trail markers for easy direction. This tiny house has solar powered WIFI and lights. This is not an insulated structure and during the winter months there is no running water. The outhouse is located about 50 feet from the tiny house.The spaceThe Tiny House is located in a very private and remote location that sits next to thousands of acres of state land with beautiful hiking trails and access to the Neversink River.Guest accessPrivate and easy parking with short hike down hill to the site if you are unable to drive directly to the site (NOTE: During the winter months all guests must park in the designated parking spot and hike to the site. You cannot drive as a result of the unpredictable weather)While the hike is short, some parts are steep, so please walk slowly and take your time.Driving to the site requires a high clearance Truck, Jeep or SUV with all wheel drive or 4-Wheel Drive ONLY. Keypad on the front door for easy entry.Other details to noteUnless you have an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle, Please DO NOT drive or attempt to drive to the tiny house site. IF you decide to drive an all wheel drive or four wheel drive vehicle, it is at your own risk and the owners are not responsible for any damages. (NOTE: During the winter months all guests must park in the designated parking spot and hike to the site. You cannot drive as a result of the unpredictable weather)We recommend our guests arrive before nightfall for easy and stress free access to and from the site. Please keep in mind the WIFI and lights are solar powered, therefore we cannot always guarantee its consistency.Please also note this site is off grid with a rain-catch water system, therefore we cannot guarantee there will always be running water. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT DRINK THIS WATER.The outdoor shower has been updated with a hot water rain catch system. Please be conscious of your water usage, as the water for the shower is collected via a gutter system. If you run out of water in the shower you will need to wait for the next rainfall for it to collect and build back up.During the late fall and winter months, this site will be open to winter campers who come prepared with the necessities and truly know how to winter camp. There will be no running water during this time and the solar will not work as well as it does during the summer months.We recommend not using the electric during the daytime hours, as this helps conserve power for when you will need to use it at night.We provide the following linens:fitted sheet for the full size bed in the loft, 4 sleeping bags, and 4 pillows. Anything additional must be brought by the guest.ANNUAL FIRE BANS:Please note the annual fire ban for NYS runs from March 16th through May 14th. During this time we cannot and do not allow any outdoor bonfires.
