Meine erste Fairfield-Erfahrung für nur eine Nacht mit meinem Platinum-Status mit Marriott. Die Eincheckung war sehr angenehm und das Personal in der Pflicht war wirklich sehr nett und gastfreundlich. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig, was die Familie glücklich machte. Ein Badtube in unserem 2 Queen Zimmer geschätzt. Parkplatz war in einer gedeckten Garage, die sehr sicher und sicher fühlte. Liebte die Erfahrung am Pool. Es war eine gute Größe und sehr sauber. Heißtube war ein Pluspunkt. Gym war klein, aber funktioniert nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war am nächsten Morgen großartig. Übersteigen meine Erwartungen und sie hatten sogar Waffeln!! Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung und würde in Zukunft wiederkommen.

Wir lebten in diesem Bereich für 30 Jahre, und nach 15 Jahren kamen wir zurück für einen Besuch. In meiner Suche nach einem Hotel fand ich den Best Western die erschwinglichste. Ich war sehr vertraut mit der Lage, aber ich war nie dort geblieben. Ich war angenehmen überrascht! Die Gala am Vordertisch war sehr freundlich und freundlich. Sie setzte uns in ein Zimmer, das auf einem oberen Stock, hinten, aber von der Pool und Straßenverkehrslärm entfernt war. Nur Beschwerden, das Badezimmerbereich braucht einen Hügel oder eine Handtücherbar am Tauchschrank, um Handtücher aufzuhängen und die Badewanne sollte eine Badewanne haben. Ich musste einen Handtücher auf dem Boden des Tubes setzen, um nicht zu schleifen. Andernfalls - ein großer Aufenthalt in der alten Hausstadt!

Zimmer war sauber und schön. Obwohl mir das Personal gesagt hatte, dass alles tiefer liegen würde, weil es ein Zimmer für jemanden mit Behinderung war. Und die Online-Beschreibung enthielt diese Informationen nicht. Es war eigentlich ganz normal und viel größer als andere Zimmer

Wir fanden dieses Hotel letzte Minute und konnten es nicht mehr genießen! Die Anlage war extrem cool und der Service war hervorragend. Die Kinder genossen den Poolbereich, vor allem in der Nacht.... Absolut empfehlen jedem!

I stayed from March 31-April 2. The room is reserved to accommodate two adults. When I checked in the front desk I was given door hanger that if I wanted to re-use the towels that there is a points credit to do so. First thing I notice - I was not offered any drinks/snack but instead I got my welcome amenity in points. When I enter the room the first thing I noticed was the chipped tub (really big ones) . The room was clean overall. On April 1, after a long work day, I returned to my room (around 9:30pm) and found the bed was not made up and the towels were not replaced. I called the front desk (Shery - white female) and she told me that since I get the points for not getting the towels wash that I will not get my new towels. I said I did not hang the green door hangar because I want new towels I also asked why the bed is not made up. She said I must have put the do not disturb sign. I told her I did not put any sign at the doors at all and when we left that morning , the cleaners are right outside. I asked her what I need to do to get new towels (trying to overlook the non made up bed). Disdainfully, she said I will not get any towels since I receive points (the points I received btw are for the amenity - not the towel re-use). I told her take away the points she said she can’t and that I will not get any more towels —- I asked for the manager and she said she is the only one there. Instead of trying to be a good host to customer, she refuse to acknowledge my request for a long time before she finally gave in and told me to come down the front desk and pickup the towel (not even ordered to deliver them). This is the worst service I received from Holiday Inn Express that is considered as 4 stars accommodation). I have always stayed with Holiday Inn on business trips but I have not been treated this bad from a front desk manager. I had the choice to go to Hampton inn in the area but I chose to stay at Holiday Inn and now I fully regret choosing Holiday Inn at Watsonville. I am hoping this is just one bad front desk manager and not the norm on how paying customers are to treated. Very very disappointed. I strongly NOT recommend going to this Holiday Inn in Watsonville. I often not give any bad review and try to understand the situation but this one i just cannot ignore. - Brigitte

Das ist ein Hotel zu bleiben, es ist ein verstecktes Geschirr, ich rief und machte eine Reservierung für meine Familie aus der Stadt. Eincheckung war um 3 Uhr, so war es definitiv groß, ich erhielt einen Text, dass mein Zimmer war bereit und wartete auf mich 2 Stunden vor einem sehr Sehr schöne Eincheckung. Seine Lage war perfekt zwischen Santa Cruz und Monterey. Ich kann nicht falsch gehen.

My fiancé and I were traveling for our one year anniversary and this hotel was amazing! When we walked into the room, the staff even left us a “happy anniversary” card and gift bag with some snacks and waters. How nice to walk into the room and see that! Staff was so kind during the one night we stayed there. Pool was pretty small when we walked past it but we didn’t use it, so it’s okay. It’s also the perfect distance from everything you want to do in Santa Cruz! I would definitely go back to this hotel in the future when I come back to Santa Cruz!

Amerikanisches Standard-Frühstück, kostenlose Parkplätze, Tankstelle daneben, praktisch zum Essen und Einkaufen. Es war schön, mit den Kindern aufzuhören.
