Das Hotel liegt am Berghang und ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Sie sollten auch zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten fahren. Der allgemeine Zimmertyp hat eine schlechte Sicht, daher müssen Sie den teuersten kaufen. Leider enthält die Beschreibung keinen Hinweis. Das Frühstück ist einfach. Saisonale Faktoren bei den Immobilienpreisen variieren stark zwischen 500 und 900.

Escogimos este hotel para nuestra escapada express a Donosti en alojamiento y desayuno y nos ha encantado! La habitación es muy bonita, moderna, bien equipada, las camas COMODISIMAS, una ducha acristalada muy chula, las toallas muy suaves y absorbentes, secador de pelo ”real” (no el tubo ese sin potencia que suelen ofrecer otros hoteles), con un cartelito en el que se indica que si necesitas plancha alosadora, o cualquier ”ameniti” te lo proporcionan en recepción sin coste adicional. El personal super amable, bien comunicado y con un gran parking. El desayuno no demasiado variado pero es muy completo y de gran calidad. El zumo de naranja es recién exprimido de la máquina (no es de polvitos) y el jamón serrano era ibérico. También ofrecían leche de avena, que en pocos sitios la tienen y me pareció un puntazo. La cafetera a pesar de ser de cápsulas ofrece un café muy rico sin ser el ”aguachirri” que te sueles encontrar en los hoteles. Personalmente nos encantó. Nos dejaron dos postales y una nota de bienvenida con una botella de agua .Lo recomendamos y si volvemos a Donosti no dudaremos en repetir.

Das Hotel ist in Bezug auf Lage und Dienstleistungen gut, es gibt nur noch mehr Parkplätze (nur 7 pro Empfang) für Kunden, da es sich um die ganze Gegend und um die Umgebung handelt, Grün oder rot zu bezahlen und es gibt keine Freiparkplätze. Also müssen Sie bezahlen, um das Auto auf der Straße zu lassen, bevorzugt bezahlen, aber in einem kontrollierten und bewachten Parkplatz. Was das Frühstücksbuffet anbelangt, so ist es nicht sehr vielfältig, und der Kaffee ist automatisch und lässt viel zu wünschen.

Ich bin froh, im vergangenen Jahr im Sercotel Hotel in Barcelona zu leben, so dass ich dieses Mal das Sercotel Hotel in San Sebastian gewählt habe. Diese Lage ist sehr bequem, nur wenige Schritte vom Stadion von San Sebastian Bus entfernt, bequem zu besuchen und etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum alten Stadtteil zu erreichen. (Das Chencha Bay ist in der Nähe! Sehr geeignet, morgens aufzustehen und zu gehen.) Es ist sehr ruhig, weil es nicht den Hauptstraßen gegenüber steht. Das Hotel ist alt, so dass es nichts hilft, aber die Türen und Fußgänger des Zimmers neben ihm haben viel geläuft. Der Boden ist auch bedeckt (lächeln), das Zimmer selbst ist sehr sauber und ich kann eine komfortable Zeit verbringen. Es gibt keine kostenlose PET-Füllwasser und bequeme Einrichtungen (Zähne, Länge, Schüssel, Schleifen usw.). Das warme Wasser und der Wasserdruck in der Schale sind sehr gut. Das warme Wasser in der Schale ist sofort verfügbar. Ich habe kein Frühstück, aber ich scheine, ich könnte etwa 14 Euro am Tag essen. Als ich nach San Sebastian kam, wollte ich das Hotel wiederholen.

Excelente ubicación en pleno centro de San Sebastián, a pocos minutos caminanado a la playa y a la zona comercial. Zona peatonal, rodeada de comercios de todo tipo. Excelentes instalaciones y muy buena atención. Al ser una pensión no todo el día existe personal de consulta. A 200 metros se encuentra ubicado otro alojamiento por si surge alguna urgencia. Todo esto está indicado en la recepción. Está en un piso alto que se accede mediante ascensor. La habitación tiene microondas y frigobar. En la recepción siempre hubo café, té y hervidor disponibles. La higiene se realiza en forma matutina y fue impecable.

Große Lage in Old Town - in der Nähe aller guten Bars und Restaurants, Personal gab eine große Empfehlung, Zimmer war teddy - Dusche war groß, extrem sauber und Personal erstaunlich

I really loved my stay at Hotel Niza. The hotel is simple but wonderfully located, clean, well renovated, and has lots of charm. The hotel is one of the best placed in San Sebastian, right on the Conxa beach and within walking distance of all central attractions. I booked a sea view room and the views are spectacular and I loved it. One thing to note is that sea view rooms do NOT have air conditioning unlike square facing rooms and even in early June, mine got very hot. The hotel can provide you with a small fan (though I'm glad I asked as noone had mentioned it to me!), and as someone who doesn't use air conditioning at home myself, I was absolutely happy to have the view at the cost of a bit of warmth, but I suspect that many people (not least those visiting from parts of the world where air conditioning is ubiquitous) might prefer to take a room overlooking the back (also pleasant though not as much as sea views in my opinion) particularly in spring and summer months to have a fresher environment. I read lots of reviews complaining about the lift - I found it great myself. It works perfectly well as long as you do what you are told and close all the doors, and it is full of charm (and I was thankful for it given my 6th floor room!) The room was very clean, shower room well renovated, and bed comfortable. In my views, apart from systematically putting fans in sea view rooms, what would improve the rooms further would be a mini fridge (when it's warm it would be nice to be able to keep water cold!) and coffee facilities in the rooms or at least in the reception area. Still, I liked the hotel a lot and will certainly use it again when returning to beautiful Donostia!
