El lugar desde la entrada es espectacular, y acogedor, y con un excelente servicio, Isi en todo momento nos ayudó con recomendaciones y lugares a los cuales ir, justo estuvimos en la fiesta de san Sebastián y nos dieron amenidades para poder disfrutar de la fiesta, la habitación tiene de todo, es hermosa, limpia, y muy cómoda, el desayuno... No tengo palabras para describir lo delicioso que era todo, digno para estrella Michelin, recomiendo el huevo con coliflor asada, y la salsa holandesa que hacen uff, la mesera (no recuerdo su nombre) siempre con una muy agradable y bonita actitud ... GRACIAS GRACIAS GRACIAS a todo el equipo de Nobu, hicieron que mi visita a Donostia fuera inolvidable, volveré cada que pueda sin duda !

Das 5-Sterne-Hotel ist erstaunlich, wir haben 2 Nächte geblieben und nichts war zu viel Problem. Das Personal und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind erstaunlich und Einrichtungen hervorragend! Wir wollten ein Bad eine Nacht, so dass sie ein paar Pakete von Blasenbad und ein Körperschroub aufbrachten. In der Nacht gab es Schlitten am Bett mit einer Flasche Wasser und Schokolade. Das Frühstück war wie erwartet, teuer aber erstaunlich, Sie könnten einen La-Car-Objekt zum Buffet begleiten. Wir parkierten in einem öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Große Lage, überall zu Fuß zu gehen.

Das Hotel war für mich leider ein bisschen unterwälzt. Wir haben 3 Nächte im Stadtzimmer geblieben, was sagt, es kann mit zwei Zwillingsbetten, einem Doppelbett, Queen oder King-Size kommen. Ich muss unglücklich gewesen sein, weil wir ein Doppelbett hatten und das Zimmer klein war (es gibt keinen Weg, ein Königsbett oder Königsgröße in das Zimmer einzubeziehen). Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber es hatte einen breiten Eingang und eine große Dusche und Toilette, die so groß wie das Zimmer war. Der einzige positive war der Balkon, der ziemlich schön war (und groß!). Das Frühstück war ziemlich nett mit vielen Wahlen, so dass wir das genossen. Das andere positive war das schöne Dachpool und Lounge, die während eines heißen Sommers schön sein würde. Der Fitnessraum ist ziemlich gut für das Hotel, Sie können hier eine gute Trainingsmöglichkeit erhalten. Und der Innenpool/Sauna ist wunderschön. Wir haben hier ein paar Stunden entspannt (und inklusive des Hotelpreises). Aber ich würde auch sagen, die Lage ist nicht ideal für uns. Wir hatten nur 3 Tage und die meisten Attraktionen sind gelegen und Touren in der alten Stadt, die 15-20min wandern, so dass wir dort viel Zeit mit Ruhe in Tag und Nacht verbrachten, Wir haben viel Zeit zurück und nachher gelaufen, was nach ein paar Tagen langweilig geworden ist. Wenn ich wieder in SS komme, würde ich wahrscheinlich ein Hotel in der Nähe der alten Stadt finden. Das ist nur meine Empfehlung.

I really loved my stay at Hotel Niza. The hotel is simple but wonderfully located, clean, well renovated, and has lots of charm. The hotel is one of the best placed in San Sebastian, right on the Conxa beach and within walking distance of all central attractions. I booked a sea view room and the views are spectacular and I loved it. One thing to note is that sea view rooms do NOT have air conditioning unlike square facing rooms and even in early June, mine got very hot. The hotel can provide you with a small fan (though I'm glad I asked as noone had mentioned it to me!), and as someone who doesn't use air conditioning at home myself, I was absolutely happy to have the view at the cost of a bit of warmth, but I suspect that many people (not least those visiting from parts of the world where air conditioning is ubiquitous) might prefer to take a room overlooking the back (also pleasant though not as much as sea views in my opinion) particularly in spring and summer months to have a fresher environment. I read lots of reviews complaining about the lift - I found it great myself. It works perfectly well as long as you do what you are told and close all the doors, and it is full of charm (and I was thankful for it given my 6th floor room!) The room was very clean, shower room well renovated, and bed comfortable. In my views, apart from systematically putting fans in sea view rooms, what would improve the rooms further would be a mini fridge (when it's warm it would be nice to be able to keep water cold!) and coffee facilities in the rooms or at least in the reception area. Still, I liked the hotel a lot and will certainly use it again when returning to beautiful Donostia!

Positive - The staff worked very hard to engage and make your stay pleasant. Helpful and responsive to feedback. Negatives - Location is odd. While walkable to the main attractions, it can be quite a walk and if the weather was bad too long. There are taxis and you could learn the bus system but its a long 20 minutes vs a short 20 minutes. Mattress uncomfortably hard. Bathroom has all sorts of design flaws that lead to wet counters and sinks that don’t really drain. If the key isnt in the slot there is no water. The worst part. Each evening my room smelled of stale tobacco. Not sure if wafting in from outside smokers, apartment building next door, or the aircon venting system but each night I fell asleep to stale smoke. Cool enough to open windows but then you hear noise and get smoke. By morning it wasnt there or during the day so I suspect the source is real and not my imagination. As far as roof deck, I had forgotten it existed. I did not see signs in room or elevator or comments from staff encouraging use so forgot. Maybe it would have been pleasant? I was on 4th floor and my view was the apartment building next door. Breakfast was OK and there is also a little a la cart coffee bar with breakfast sandwiches if you prefer to skip the buffet. If I visit again I would pay more to stay closer to old town or Gros. Didnt find the hotel comfortable or well situated. The staff do make an effort and I give 3 stars for that.

Wir haben in San Sebastián ein paar Mal an verschiedenen Orten verblieben und ich denke, wir haben endlich die perfekte Pension gefunden. Es ist ideal für alles, einschließlich des Strandes, der Altstadt, Supermarkt etc Pension Beunapas ist sehr sauber , wirklich komfortable Betten, Netflix, Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeestation außerhalb der Tür und tägliche Hauspflege . Wir waren wirklich aufpasst. Wir waren 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof und fünf Minuten von allen Orten, wo wir gehen mussten. Jon und seine Frau ( tut mir leid, ich habe nicht ihren Namen erhalten ) waren erstaunlich und konnten nicht genug für Sie tun. Wir werden hier sicherlich zurückkehren 👍
