Absolut fantastisch Hotel für junge Familien. Kann nicht mehr empfehlen. Es gab viele Auswahl und Änderung im Restaurant und schönen Wein serviert auf allen. Sie hatten auch schöne Brille, die immer ein Bonus ist! Die Snackbar war auch ziemlich gut, wenn die Kinder ein Snack wollten und es gab eine große Auswahl an all Inc Eis und anständige Cava auch. Die Zimmer waren grundlegende, aber feine (nehmen Sie Ihre eigene Friseur) und Betten komfortabel. Pools waren der absolute Verkaufspunkt für uns. Der Poolbereich wurde erst um 9 geöffnet, so dass niemand die Sonnenunterkünfte erstmals nehmen konnte. Es gab aber viele und immer einige an jedem Punkt des Tages verfügbar. Der tiefere geschäftige Pool war Kinderfreundlich, aber der Kinderpool war einfach fantastisch für unsere 9 Monate und fast 5 Jahre alt! Viele Bugger-Shops sind in der Nähe, so dass Sie alles brauchen, was Sie fangen können (ein Supermarkt und ein Urlaubs-Tat-Shop) und nur ein kurzer Taxi zum Strand. Handy für Palma Flughafen und Segel. Würde hier in einem Herzschlag zurückkehren. Sehr empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft und die Zimmer sind wunderschön - eine wahre Erfahrung. Das Frühstück ist ein wunderschöner (& leckerer) Touch. Die Lage am Strand und Pool ist perfekt. Der Schwerpunkt unseres Aufenthalts auf Mallorca war sicherlich eine Bootscharter sowie eine 4-stündige Tour der Insel mit Jan (vorheriger Cap Rocat Concierge). Er ist nur ein wunderschöner Mensch, der für meinen Freund und ich einen romantischen und gedankenvollen Abend heilte. Ich empfehle sehr, für Jan (der Hotelkonzerne hat seine Informationen). Ich ließ einen Stern auf die Bewertung ab, da das Personal in ihrer Erfahrung ein wenig grünes Licht scheint und von einigen Kundenerfahrungsausbildungen profitieren könnte. Sie sind in der Lage - sie kamen so einfach wie unerfahren (d.h. Waschservice gescheitert, Strandhandtücher einen Morgen zu liefern .... es geschieht. Als zweisternes Hotel ist viel besser, als man erwartet hätte ... Gutes Frühstück, obwohl es keine heißen Gerichte hat, aber wenn alle Arten von Brot, Kekse, Inkubationen, Milch, Saft, Die Lage ist nicht das Beste, da sie etwas vom Strand entfernt ist, aber in einer ruhigen Gegend und unser Zimmer hatte einen Blick auf einen Pinar. Das Zimmer war mit TV und Klimaanlage renoviert Das sehr freundliche und aufmerksames Personal. Ein perfekter Ort für günstige Ferien am Palma Strand

Really good hotel, the place is spotless the cleaners are relentless in their work. We found all staff to be really friendly from reception to bar mai /idra restraunt staff (mari/juan). The food was good, and lots of it and drinks included in all-inclusive exceptional. There was entertainment most evenings. The pool is kept so clean, you need to be early as their are minimal sunbeds around the pool,the pool attendant is fair if your bed has been left unoccupied for 45 they remove your things for others to use. Their are many nice things hot tub/ sauna, table tennis, shelf with books on you can take to read,pool table. Good selection of snacks and icecreams. The location is good, quiet area with the ***** on 10minutes on foot walking to the pubs,clubs and bars and also the beach. The only downside is it's neighbours the Cockerells who never stop cawing.

There're hundreds of hotels in the area. Don't go to this one. It's expensive and has poor conditions. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was that it didn't have a ramp to facilitate the access of people with mobility difficulties. The second detail was that you were CHARGED for the WIFI 4€ DAILY. I have never seen that before. Also you were given a big and a small towel per person. Not a bath math, and they were refusing to give you any edtra towel. Towels are quite old, by the way. They tried to make money in every single possible way. The dinner does not include a single drink, not even water, and you can't take your own drinks. Most nights, there weren't many options, mainly salad. Nice the first night, but fed up after a week. Food taste was meh, but not horrible. If you want a decently quiet stay, it's not a good option. The place was full of drunk people. The first night, I saw how the man next to my door fell and opened his head. He was so drunk that barely knew where he was. It's not the right place if you aren't partying 24/7. I was told that I could notify reception of what room was causing noises, but there were a few per level. Impossible mission. I had an extra problem. My room had an air conditioner that leaked. I was told that they couldn't send anyone to fix it because the maintenance staff finished their shift at 5. What about emergency maintenance? I complained lots because it was a hazard. Their answer was to put a towel, which was getting soaking wet. They didn't have other rooms available. It took them 3 days to have another room free. I didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Why not just 1 star? Because the staff. THE STAFF WAS NICE, THE ONLY GOOD THING. I feel sorry for them. They face lots of abuse.
