Romantische Hotels in Isla Mujeres

Since the moment we stepped in, we were just stunned by the level of hospitality every single member of the crew from all different departments showed us throughout our entire stay, and that’s coming from a couple that works in the Las Vegas hospitality business already. Mose and Jennifer, in particular, as our butlers also went above and beyond to bend to every wish and answer any question we had, they were absolutely amazing! When our final day had some rough weather, they already had set up our alternate itinerary before we had even woken up, giving us a smooth final day regardless of the conditions outside! The food was amazing, although sometimes you might have to wait a little longer sometimes to get it, even if you had reservations. It wasn’t too long to the point where it would get annoying though, because everything else makes the wait worth it. The scenery in the restaurants are great, the music fits the mood, and the staff are always smiling and friendly! They even go out of their way to accommodate you as well, there were multiple times we wanted our seats a certain way or to move our table a little bit out of the sun and they made it happen! I don’t have too much to say about the drinks because everything was perfect in that regard. The bars were interesting and the staff there also very friendly! Great at recommendations too, and also if you do go, try their guayaba welcome drink, we couldn’t get enough! Activities were very fun too. Honestly you could close your eyes and pick any hour and you would land into some fun entertainment regardless of what you’re into. One of the entertainment members (I believe his name was Bryan?) would help make the events more enjoyable giving us some lessons and little tidbits on whatever we were doing. Also, one of the leads during the cocktail making activity went out of his way to make sure we were able to participate even though the event was fully booked! We will never forget the effort he went through to do all that for us, and it’s also people like that, that helped make this one of the most memorable experiences of me and my wife’s lives! We hope to be back someday soon, it was a week we’ll never forget!

My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early. (TL:DR) Oh mein Gott! Ich glaube, Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres hat uns für eine Weile für jedes andere all-inclusive Resort vernichtet! Was für eine unglaubliche Erfahrung! Es ist wirklich eine all-inclusive Erfahrung, außer für ihre Outsite-Excursion Company (GoMajestic), und ihre Jet-Skiverleih-Möglichkeit (Buchen Sie diejenigen im Kiosk vom Hauptwandelweg in Richtung Familienpool/Sky Lounge-Area!) Wir hatten nicht viel für den Butterservice (1-2 Zeiten während unseres Aufenthalts); Arturo war jedoch ein süßes und sehr hilfreich! Was das Tippen betrifft, so wurden wir von anderen empfohlen, die in ähnliche Resorts reisen (Sehen Sie, wie es unser erstes Mal war!), $1 für jeden Getränk in den Bars und $1-3 für jeden bei den Mahlzeiten zu Tippen. Wir haben auch $5/day für Hauspflege gemacht, weil sie unsere Linen einige Male während unseres Aufenthalts 5-day ändern mussten. Sie war so süß und so effizient, so waren wir froh, das zu tun. Nicht sicher, ob sie Teams haben oder nicht, aber wir realisierten, dass wir jeden Tag den gleichen Hausmeister hatten, was wirklich nett war! Ich bin nicht besonders sicher, ob die Art und Weise, wie wir das Tippen näher kamen, angemessen/ausreichend war, aber sie waren unglaublich schätzungsvoll und respektvoll, wenn es nicht war (!) Wir waren in Zimmer 3010 und es war absolut wunderbar - Der Jacuzzi war großartig, als die Pools nicht super warm waren, aber Sie wollten immer noch im Wasser! Die Blasen waren sehr laut, aber das war der einzige Zug zurück! Das Layout des Resorts selbst war fast perfekt gestaltet! Die Erwachsene Seite ist deutlich von der Familienseite getrennt; die Restaurants und Geschäfte waren nicht weit oder auf dem Weg; viel Platz zu gehen und genießen Sie Ihre Privatsphäre, aber immer noch viele Gemeinschaftsräume für Menschen treffen und Freunde machen, wenn Sie Wählen Sie es! Der Strand war unglaublich gut gepflegt. Der Strand wurde mindestens zweimal täglich gereinigt, mit Sicherheitsbeamten, die sich so oft umherlaufen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Privatsphäre des Resorts und mangelnde Verkäufer erhalten bleibt. Wir fühlten uns perfekt sicher, um den Strand zu gehen und ins Wasser zu stehen jeden Abend. Sie haben die Ernährungsbedürfnisse aller sehr gut gedeckt, und wir hatten so viele Lebensmittel zu versuchen! Das Buffet ist großartig für Mittagessen und Abendessen, aber sicher, dass Sie die reservieren für das Restaurant-Optionen, wenn notwendig, setzen, denn Sie wollen nicht verpassen! Die Restaurants sind alle enthalten, außer der Bierhaus, das wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch versuchen wollen! Andernfalls, Mar House ist fantastisch! Wir hatten Glück, das Lobster Abendessen dort zu genießen - es war ein Teil der besten Lobster, die ich in einer Zeit hatte, und ich wuchs in New England! Jedes Mal, wenn wir essen, waren die Fleisch/Seefütterung unglaublich angenehm und smackvoll! Ich könnte weitergehen, aber es genügt, zu sagen, wir planen absolut wieder zu besuchen und Freunde zu bringen! Das Resort deckt sich mit einer Vielzahl von Einzelpersonen, und wir können nicht warten, es vorzulegen an unsere Freunde und Familie! Das einzige, was ich sagen wollte, war, dass es einen späten Nachtraum für die jungen Erwachsenen gab, nachdem Legends Sportbar/Club geschlossen wurde, zu hängen, weil manchmal sie eine Stunde früh geschlossen haben, und dann war es nichts zu tun, wirklich *do* zwischen 1 oder 2am bis zum Frühstück, und nicht jeder wollte Brand neue Freunde zu ihren Zimmern einladen 😅 Wir haben einige große Freunde gemacht, während wir dort waren, und wir haben tatsächlich Pläne, sie in ihren Heimatstädten dieses Jahr zu besuchen! Ich hoffe, dass nächstes Mal mehr internationale Besucher dort sein werden, denn es scheint vor allem Amerikaner im Resort zu sein, als wir dort waren (!) 10/10 Erlebnis insgesamt, und wir werden ganz sicher bald wieder besuchen!

Sehr sorgfältig, wenige Menschen, die Hardware des Hotels ist etwas alt, aber der Service ist gut, die Schlüsselpersonen sind sehr wenig. Das Liebeshotel ist geeignet, das Blut von Paaren zu laden, keine Kinder, seltene lange Urlaub! Cocktail ist super gut und trinkt bis zum Tee. Der Bierladen empfiehlt, nicht zu gehen, das französische Essen ist gut, der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Gefühl, dass Taco besonders lecker ist und zwei täglich zu essen ist.
