The resort is as everyone has described! BEAUTIFUL! Arriving at the marina set the tone for the rest of the trip. Although we had to wait about an hour it was blissful. We were served drinks and light refreshments while we checked in...nice touch! We were happy that the weather was nice enough to take the catamaran, however the overcrowding and exposure to the heat and direct sun was a bit of a downer (my suggestion to the hotel is to have more than one catamaran operating to avoid some people standing for 40 minutes in the direct sun and for an enhanced guest experience). Arrival and stay at the hotel was wonderful. A special thanks to our WONDERFUL butlers Edgar and Martin we felt well taken care of. Only suggestion I would make to the hotel is installing son fans. the hotel was way too HOT and made the open spaces very uncomfortable (restaurants were air conditioned but the rooms seemed to get little warm at night). Food was GREAT! No complaints from my husband and I and we loved all of the restaurants. Special shout out to Mark at Spezia, Issac at the dock, Jonathan for his amazing drinks at Sharks bar, David for his incredible service at the pool, Reyes at Unik and Carolina at Wildfire! We appreciated all the great service. We walked to the ruins which was an amazing experience and we loved all of the live entertainment at night at the hotel. Bottom Line: This hotel is for those that want a luxurious, quiet and relaxing experience. Great hotel and we recommend that you plan a stay!

위치는 밤에가면 어디 구석에 대려가는것 같은 길이라서, 차가없으면 절대 나올수 없는 곳입니다. 호텔 중에 가장 시설이 좋은것 같아요. 깔끔하고 군더더기 하나 없습니다. 레스토랑도 개방감 있고 너무 좋아요. 서비스도 너무 좋았지만, 스칼렛 아르떼를 바로 전에 숙박했었기에 직원들의 친절도는 아쉬웠었지만, 회사의 적극적인 활동으로 모든것을 커버할 수 있을거라 생각합니다. 밥은 스칼렛아르떼보다 맛있고, 퀄리티도 좋아요. 액티비티가 없어서 아쉬운데, 추후에 회사가 더 투자하면 생길것이라 생각합니다. 퀄리티 정말 좋습니다. 최고

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, man kann Geld ausgeben, um Jetski zu fahren, das Spa ist sehr teuer, 300 Dollar, das Bett am Strand muss man für 300 Dollar bezahlen, um Mitglied zu werden, aber der weiße Stuhl wird nicht benutzt . Gutes Essen, vor allem gibt es einen 24-Stunden-Service auf dem Zimmer. Ich esse abends französische Steaks und Zackenbarsche. My experience at Atelier was nothing short of amazing. I visited the resort for my 30th birthday which was also my first solo trip. Every single person I encountered treated me with care and received me with love. I felt so special, literally like a Princess! I would love to come back and visit another time with friends and family. Here are some highlights worth mentioning: - I ate at Alba, Mercado 19, María Dolores, Takeshi, Limon y Sal, Bikini Azul, and La Consentida during my stay and all of them were good! Now for me, some were better than others depending on the type of food you like, but still, every single thing I ate was delicious. No hit or miss, the food was amazing, and at no point did I fall ill from food consumption. - Carmelo was my server at Maria Dolores for my birthday dinner and he and the entire staff treated me like royalty. I was alone at the restaurant for most of my reservation so they were all very attentive to me. The attention to detail in the food and the presentation made this a fine dining experience like no other. Everything was very well thought out and explained beautifully, like a story. Although the food at the restaurant is not included in the price of the resort, it’s very reasonably priced and worth it. - Joshua, Freddy, Adriana, and the pianist at the Azucar Bar & Lounge treated me like family for my entire stay. Every night I would visit them they would be so happy to see me and wanted to celebrate my birthday with me. Joshua is such a talented mixologist, every drink he made was made with love. I attended one of the cocktail classes hosted on Sunday evenings and although I learned some cool drinks, I wish we were able to be more hands-on and actually replicate making the drink instead of just watching him. - On the night of my birthday room service delivered a small plate of cheese and bread along with a champagne bottle, I really enjoyed that surprise! Random things to note that could matter to some people and are worth mentioning: - The walls in the rooms are pretty thin and you can hear everything going on around you, whether in the rooms surrounding yours or outside in the hallway. There’s ambient music playing 24/7 which is nice during the day but I think they should turn it down at night so guests can rest. - The app they suggest using for the resort is a bit glitchy and not fully functional. They encourage you to make dinner reservations using the iPads around the property because you can’t make reservations via the app which I find to be counterintuitive. You’re not able to see the reservations you set up in the app so if you forget what time you booked, you have to find an iPad to double-check. Also, the map of the resort on the app is very hard to use and understand. - I feel like this is a given at any beach resort but if you’re looking to get a cabana by the pool or hut on the beach, I suggest you get there early. On my last day, I went to the beach at 7:30 and already all of the cabanas a

Es ist wirklich eine all-inclusive Erfahrung, außer für ihre Outsite-Excursion Company (GoMajestic), und ihre Jet-Skiverleih-Möglichkeit (Buchen Sie diejenigen im Kiosk vom Hauptwandelweg in Richtung Familienpool/Sky Lounge-Area!) Wir hatten nicht viel für den Butterservice (1-2 Zeiten während unseres Aufenthalts); Arturo war jedoch ein süßes und sehr hilfreich! Wir waren in Zimmer 3010 und es war absolut wunderbar - Der Jacuzzi war großartig, als die Pools nicht super warm waren, aber Sie wollten immer noch im Wasser! Die Blasen waren sehr laut, aber das war der einzige Zug zurück! Das Layout des Resorts selbst war fast perfekt gestaltet! Die Erwachsene Seite ist deutlich von der Familienseite getrennt; die Restaurants und Geschäfte waren nicht weit oder auf dem Weg; viel Platz zu gehen und genießen Sie Ihre Privatsphäre, aber immer noch viele Gemeinschaftsräume für Menschen treffen und Freunde machen, wenn Sie Wählen Sie es! Der Strand war unglaublich gut gepflegt. Die Restaurants sind alle enthalten, außer der Bierhaus, das wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch versuchen wollen! Andernfalls, Mar House ist fantastisch! Wir hatten Glück, das Lobster Abendessen dort zu genießen - es war ein Teil der besten Lobster, die ich in einer Zeit hatte, und ich wuchs in New England! Jedes Mal, wenn wir essen, waren die Fleisch/Seefütterung unglaublich angenehm und smackvoll! Das einzige, was ich sagen wollte, war, dass es einen späten Nachtraum für die jungen Erwachsenen gab, nachdem Legends Sportbar/Club geschlossen wurde, zu hängen, weil manchmal sie eine Stunde früh geschlossen haben, und dann war es nichts zu tun, wirklich *do* zwischen 1 oder 2am bis zum Frühstück, und nicht jeder wollte Brand neue Freunde zu ihren Zimmern einladen 😅 Wir haben einige große Freunde gemacht, während wir dort waren, und wir haben tatsächlich Pläne, sie in ihren Heimatstädten dieses Jahr zu besuchen! Ich hoffe, dass nächstes Mal mehr internationale Besucher dort sein werden, denn es scheint vor allem Amerikaner im Resort zu sein, als wir dort waren (!) 10/10 Erlebnis insgesamt, und wir werden ganz sicher bald wieder besuchen!

Estuve en este hotel hace 3 años para mi luna de miel y recién abría sus puertas y regrese por que había tenido muy buena experiencia. Primero diré lo bueno, el personal, se desvive por atenderte y hacerte pasar un buen rato, la comida es muy variada y tiene buen sabor y los meseros son muy diligentes. Ahora las áreas de oportunidad, da tristeza ver como están dejando decaer este hotel, los pasillos están sucios, falta pintarlos, elevadores con moho y sucios. Paredes sucias, ralladas y con falta de mantenimiento, humedad en los techos y manchas negras. La habitación tenía mal olor a humedad y moho, tanto así que me provocó asma. En la piscina, no funcionan los velos de agua ni los chorritos en el área de adultos. Compre el servicio star, pero NO VALE LA PENA!!! tienes que estar recordándoles a los meseros y bartenders que quieres licores premium y en la piscina, el área STAR es familiar, es decir, llena de niños, si eres STAR pero quieres estar en el área de adultos, los meseros no pueden ir a los bares star ni llevarte la comida del área STAR, los restaurantes, las reservaciones, no existen, desde que llegué no había espacio en prácticamente ninguno de los restaurantes, tienes que llegar de paracaídas y rezar por que te puedan atender. El aire acondicionado, fatal, en el lobby familiar el aire no se sentía y el en restaurante Cocina Mejicana el aire se dañó y así estuvo por al menos 2 días. En realidad es lamentable que vayas con altas expectativas y te encuentres con tanta dejadez de parte de la administración o de quien sea responsable de mantener este hotel en óptimas condiciones, como debería ser, dado el nombre y prestigio de Planet Hollywood. Ah! Y para completar, cuando hice checkout, se nos quedó en la habitación un GO Pro y aunque llamamos rápido, mágicamente desapareció, aun espero respuesta de un email que envié desde las 11:30 am del día 29 de julio. Día de mi checkout. En resumen, hay muchas otras opciones, que quizás valoren más tu dinero. First I will say the good thing, the staff goes out of their way to serve you and make you have a good time, the food is very varied and tastes good and the waiters are very diligent. Now the areas of opportunity, it is sad to see how they are letting this hotel decay, the hallways are dirty, they need to be painted, the elevators are moldy and dirty. Dirty, scratched and poorly maintained walls, humidity on the ceilings and black stains. The room had a bad smell of damp and mold, so much so that it gave me asthma. In the pool, water veils or trickles in the adult area do not work. I'm still waiting for a response to an email that I sent at 11:30 am on July 29. Day of my checkout. In short, there are many other options, which may be worth your money.

Decent place nice breakfast, road around the hotel is muddy otherwise everything else is nice.

Wir waren das zweite Mal im Excellence Playa Mujeres. Wir haben uns perfect erholt. Hier stimmt einfach alles,das Personal hat uns begeistert!! Das Zimmer war jeden Tag perfekt sauber, der Zimmer Service schnell und elegant, die Minibar jeden Tag voll aufgestockt. Die komplette Hotelanlage einwandfrei gepflegt und sauber. Sehr gutes Essen und sehr gute Bars für jeden Geschmack alles dabei. Und natürlich der wunderschöne Strand an dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben. Unser Zimmer war im war im Excellence Club Bereich Rofftop Terrasse mit privatem Pool. Eine Empfehlung noch, der private Flughafen Transfer lohnt sich sehr. Ein großes Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeit des Hauses, wir kommen bald wieder!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer und verfügt über eine vollständige Palette von Einrichtungen, darunter insgesamt 8, 9 Säle, französische , mexikanische 歺, Buffet, Meeresfrüchte , japanisches Essen, Fast Food, italienisch 歺, Steakhouse und es scheint etwas zu sein, was wir nicht gegessen haben, alles Das Hotel kann für ein paar Tage genutzt werden, kostenlos zu essen, All-Inclusive-Getränke, ausgezeichneter Geschmack, Schlüsselservicebewusstsein ist vorhanden, Sicherheitsarbeiten sind vorhanden, Hotelzimmer sind besonders groß , es gibt Schwimmbäder, Liegestühle, und dann gehen wir nach unten. 5 Punkte volles Lob, nächstes Mal hin!
