Das Positive zuerst nach unserem Aufenthalt im Family Selection Teil: - sehr schöne, offensichtlich noch neue Hotelanlage - exzellente(s) Kinderbetreuung- und programm (gracias a Yvonne del Baby Club por tu excelente atención y amabilidad!) - überall Kindermenü bestellbar - Schöner weißer Sandstrand, dort verbreitete unser Kellner „Speedy Gonzales“ eine tolle Stimmung - Familiäre Atmosphäre im The Nest Restaurant (saludos a Brian!) Wermutstropfen: - eher mittelmäßiges Essen, insbesondere in den A la carte Restaurants hätte ich mehr erwartet - unser Butler war teilweise schwer zu erreichen, ich musste selbst an der Rezeption Reservierungen vornehmen - versprochene Artikel wie auffüllbare Wasserflaschen wurden nie ausgeliefert - Zimmerservice kam nicht, bestellter Wagen zum Abholen unserer Koffer am letzten Tag auch nicht

We had such an excellent meal at the Nest with our friends ( group of 9). We were offered a family diner with a tomahawk steak. Thank you to our waiter: Jose, hostess: Frida and Capitain: Armamdo. This was an amazing night with great service and very good food.

Loved our time so far. Activities have been great. Le petition chef was amazing. Love the sunset catamaran and catamaran to Isla de las mujeres. Service throughout the resort has been amazing!! Very high class, everyone makes you feel like a celebrity.

Israel was great. His English was great. He offered to go to the pharmacy for me. The served my entire group. He gave us some good information about the resort. He was on the beach willing to help up. He kept our area clean will we were out there. I will ask for him tomorrow.

This resort was amazing. I’ve traveled to many resorts in Cancun but this one is by far the best. The rooms are nice, clean and the food is great. Room serve takes about 45-55 minutes but it is good and fresh. Mr.Israel was a marvelous waiter. He was kind, spoke very good English and was very helpful with some things we needed from the city. I did paddle boarding with Chloe, she had a lady who was very scared and she was very patient, respectful, and confident when she was with the lady. I had a blast.

Beautiful resort. Great service and beach. Food is excellent! Israel- our beach server is the best server everr! Super nice, very attentive and friendly! Deserves to be a manager! This is our second time here and we will definitely be back again.

Great place to stay for anybody, family, couples, solo. They have things to do for anybody just coming for a place to relax or even maybe do a business event. Everything from the beginning to the end was taken care of and we were guided along every step. Place was very clean, well taken care of, inside and outside. Food was amazing, from dine in options to buffets and restaurants.

We loved the Fizz Bar. It was so relaxing and and Israel delivered flawless service, enhancing our experience. A must-visit for those seeking a serene atmosphere paired with exceptional service. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Fantastic experience.
