Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Alle Servicepersonal sind besonders enthusiastisch und sorgfältig und das Restaurant ist reich an Lebensmitteln. Der Hafen kommt zurück, der Leiterservice ist sorgfältig zu erklären, um uns den höchsten 5-Sterne-Service zu genießen, es lohnt sich zu empfehlen

Großer Service, wunderschönes Essen und sehr sauber. Sie werden nichts in diesem Resort wollen, da sie aus ihrem Weg gehen, um Sie zu begeistern. Strand war frei von Sargassum, Pools sind plötzlich Sitzplätze und Bali Betten. Trinken sind reichlich!!! Gehen Sie und genießen Sie!! Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber!!!

Everything was good, but I experienced racial discrimination at a Mexican restaurant, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Es muss ein teuerer Zimmertyp sein, so dass der Service besser ist, man kann es zu essen und zu trinken. Die Gesundheitsumfelder sind gut Zimmerservices sind auch 24 Stunden.

Beautiful well maintained resort. It looks new. Room is spacious with balcony overlooking the ocean. Food is excellent throughout from all the restaurants. The best restaurants imo are the Steak house, Italian restaurant n the Mexican restaurant. The beach with fine white sand is clean n almost free of sargassum @ this time of the year in Dec. Good service throughout from all the hotel's staff there. Highly recommended.

Ich buchte eine Suite mit Meerblick für etwa 250 Dollar pro Nacht und blieb eine Woche. Wegen der US-Epidemie waren weniger als zehn Gäste im Resort, es war also leer und ein Restaurant wurde eröffnet. Es gibt einen Supermarkt im Hotel, der von Montag bis Samstag geöffnet ist, Sie können einige Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs kaufen. Es liegt daran, dass das hoteleigene Restaurant sehr schlecht ist, so dass es notwendig ist, ein Auto zu mieten, um außerhalb des Restaurants zu kaufen und zum Hotel zu essen. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Autovermietung, Autovermietung 46 Dollar pro Tag Versicherung. Das Restaurant vor dem Hotel ist sehr günstig zu essen. Im Grunde kostet es 100 US$, genug Essen für 3 Tage zu kaufen und ins Hotel zurückzubringen. Sprechen Sie über die Vorteile. Sehr ruhig, Suiten mit Meerblick haben alles, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Waschmaschine, sehr geeignet für das Familienleben. Das Bett ist sehr groß und sehr bequem, wirklich bequem! Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht im 7. Bezirk, daher ist der Preis sehr günstig.

Overall, I would rate this 5/10. The resort has beautiful surroundings with lots of greenery—I'd give the environment 9/10. The pool was nice, although it extremely shallow. So you can’t swim. You just stand. There are plenty of amenities, and on paper it's an all-inclusive resort, but that doesn't mean much if the food is disappointing. The room was spacious and clean. When we first entered, it had a very strong chlorine smell, but apart from that, it was well maintained. The biggest letdown was the food. The “Italian” restaurant is a 3/10. The pizza was at best disappointing, the rest of the dishes were just average. The only ice cream shop is at best 4/10—completely bland. The pizza place had a waiting time of 30min. So I couldn’t try it. There was a moment were all places were closed. So I couldn’t have an early lunch or late breakfast. So I got some fruit (ok) and some extremely unfresh and dry burger from a bar, which I couldn’t finish. The lunch buffet was also 3/10, honestly some of the worst food I've had ever. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent (9/10) with a great variety of options. The drinks were another disappointment. They were extremely weak. Normally, one or two cocktails are enough for me, but here I needed four or five to feel anything, which made them seem heavily diluted. The staff were excellent throughout the stay—friendly, professional, and helpful. One thing that surprised me was the activities. Before going to the beach, I asked about one excursion and was told it cost $80 per person. So it seems that not every activity is included in an all-inclusive package… but charging $80 per person for a boat trip to go swimming felt excessive. For €240 per night, I expected much better food and better overall value. The beautiful grounds and good staff weren't enough to make up for the disappointing dining experience.

My experience at planet Hollywood was 5 out of 10 the resort overall it self is beautiful the breakfast buffet 10/10 the pool events and water aerobics very fun however, when I booked the trip I booked for a junior swim out suit with 2 double beds when I arrive to check in at the reception desk I was given a king size bed with a sofa pull out . I was told by the front desk receptionist they didn't have any double beds available however I booked 2 months in advance she explained to me that she would provide me with a room with 2 beds the next day and to stop by the desk at 8 am. The next day I approached the desk with my belongings sadly to find out they didn't have the room available again the next day and I was told the same things repeatedly each night of my stay I became very frustrated sleeping on a very hard sofa bed and it gave me severe back pains. I had 2 ppl in my room and that is why I requested a room with 2 beds. The room service was also a bad experience we were told we could not order 2 of the same items in the menu which sounded weird you mean to tell me that my sister and I both can't order pizza and salad that's crazy to me . The drinks were very good especially the Miami vibe and Scooby doo shots . The resort will also try and provide you discounts by getting you to purchase a star class/diamond purchase that's 20,000 .
