Sehr schönes Hotel, super Verpflegung und alle sehr freundlich. Das Animationsteam ist total klasse und kümmert sich hier um jeden. Ich würde jederzeit wieder herkommen und kann es nur jedem empfehlen.

The waiters are not professional In any shape or form. Guests who are female and without partners get special treatment from them - free drinks after 11pm, free snacks and so on. They also keep asking you why you’re not finishing your drink(s) and tell you it’s making them “angry” if you don’t drink it all. Everything here is an extra charge even the ice cream -slushice or any kind of liquid after 11pm. Very misleading “all Inkl.”. They also have a lot of “sellers” who don’t take no as answer (ask you about massages etc.). Definitely not a relaxing environment. Dirty rooms, no functioning toilets, bad air condition in the rooms, dirty sun beds. Don’t visit if your not planning too use at least 200$ extra.

I start my vacation with very good welcome from Reception. And our room was in very good aria with garden and flowers. Also there’s very good animation team morning activities also afternoon they are there and sure in the evening a lot of entertainment for kids and adults show good job guys (animation team)👏🏻 About the restaurant is real testy and the service there was excellent in the restaurant a lot of variety food. Just we don’t like one thing. there’s only one bar and the staff they sometimes they talk by Arabic with us and with angry face. But for sure we will back again ❤️

Nothing bad to say about this hotel, very good hotel with a very nice entertaiment team. I can 100% recommend go to sharm reef hotel, They also have a okay Beach where you can be lucky to see dolphines and some other small fishes. I would give sharm reef hotel 5/5 stars

Food was great, staff were really fun, friendly and always helpful especially the Entertainment Team, activities were fun and enjoyable, hotel rooms were always clean and maintained well, definitely an experience i would recommend to everyone

Great hotel, friendly staff, decent food and overall very good value for money. Hotel is close to old town and naama bay. Pool area is nice and not too crowded. Rooms were clean upon arrival and cleaned everyday with new towels, soap etc. Highly reccomended for budget holiday.
