Wir haben gebucht, weil unser Flug bis zum nächsten Morgen gestrichen war und wir sofort eine Unterkunft brauchten. Ich buchte wie gewohnt bei ******* und rief sofort den Hausverwalter an, um zu bestätigen, dass wir auf dem Weg vom Flughafen waren. Sie bestätigte, dass es in Ordnung sei zu kommen und sagte mir, dass uns jemand begrüßen würde. Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich jedoch um eine zusätzliche Kaution in bar und meinen Reisepass gebeten! Obwohl ich dem Wärter meine Quittung vorgezeigt habe und vor seinen Augen noch einmal den Hausverwalter angerufen habe. Sie wollten immer noch mehr Geld und versprachen, mir morgen früh meinen Pass zurückzugeben! Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit, unsere Pässe abzugeben und mehr zu bezahlen, also machten wir uns sofort auf den Weg. Abgesehen davon fühlten wir uns generell unsicher. Es schien, als ob der Begleiter und der Taxifahrer unter einer Decke steckten. Der Fahrer berechnete uns auch zu viel für die Fahrt dorthin und dann zur nächsten Haltestelle, die letztendlich das Resort war, in dem wir in der vergangenen Woche übernachtet hatten. Ich habe von ******* eine Rückerstattung beantragt, da wir sofort abgereist sind und das Grundstück nie betreten haben. Sie lehnten meinen Antrag auf Rückerstattung ab und ich bestreite die Belastung derzeit bei meiner Bank. ICH WIEDERHOLE... BUCHEN SIE DIESEN ORT NICHT!

Do not book last minute!! This property stays available to book on ******* late at midnight but when we went there, the place is dark and no reception as they were already closed. Our taxi driver had to bang the gate to wake up the care taker only to turn us away because he didn’t have our names on his list. Let’s say that’s our fault because we booked late and as it turned out, they don’t accept late check in (we were desperate), but they should at least give our money back. But NO. unfortunately, they don’t do refund even with no service provided and ******* can’t do anything about it! Hope this helps someone.

I didn’t like the place, it looks old and smell wierd also they are in bad conditions.

I enjoyed the time here. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were clean and well maintained.

Great location and convenient to downtown. Service was great and staff is very friendly and attentive to needs of guests.

This seems to be one hotel with two names: Bávaro Green and Punta Cana Seven Beaches. If that’s not confusing enough, it’s nowhere near Bávaro nor central Punta Cana nor ANY beaches. It’s located in a residential community in the Verón area (which is in the general Punta Cana region of the country). However, it is pleasant, reasonably priced accommodation near a large supermarket (department store really), a Pizza Hut, and fast food chicken restaurant. My room was actually more of a suite with a nice kitchen, dining area, living area, and good air condition in the separate bedroom. It was all spotless. The pool was cold but clean and there were plenty of places to lounge around it. I moved to much cheaper accommodation that was just as nice (without a kitchen) a few blocks from the beach. However, this might be fine if you just want a place to lounge around in the sun and cook your own meals.

What we liked about this property was the pool, the view and the apartment itself, What we didn’t like was that some of the staff wasn’t friendly, Check in was a disaster, The entire building needs an upgrade, we didn’t get new towels or toilet paper each day, the batteries in the remote controls for the tv and AC were not working. The contact number on the ******* website belongs to someone else and not the property itself. This property was not at all the way it is described on *******. Overall a good stay but very disappointed.

The property is amazing, it is very close to the airport and the mall, I love how I get a feel for the culture in this hotel the neighbors and other guests are also friendly, the staff is friendly as well

Be aware - no honesty - stealing people - worst ever experience. You go there believe you me , you will end up regretting it. You come at night , the security will ask to leave your passport or to leave 3000 Pesos , promising you will get in the morning when office open since he cannot check if you paid, even presenting your receipt he will not let you. Then Morning comes the office telling you that your money will be used to clean even if you passed 4 or 5 hours or days, in my case 5 hours and I lost $40 US. Never have issues with ******* but this Hotel has some workers team up to steal your money.
