Vi bookade sista rummet som var ledig på er sida. Fick två sovrum, behövde bara ett. Lägenheten var på fjärde våningen, tyvärr närmast hissen, så en del av utsikten skymdes av hiss byggnaden. Dessutom hade alla passerande direkt syn till vår balkong. Lägeheten börjar bli lite sliten, speciellt duschen. Rceptionen hade ganska ofta skylten på att personen var på rast, även när vi skulle checka in. Synd att det inte fanns någon service vid poolen, en automat med kall dryck eller glass hade räckt. Unser Apartment war ziemlich unappetitlich runtergewohnt. Die Duschwanne so unansehnlich, dass man am liebsten die Flip Flops zum Duschen angelassen hätte. Das als Raumteiler stehende Sofa hatte undefinierbare weissliche Flecken auf der Rüchen- und auch der Armlehne. Beim Verschieben des Terrassentischs musste man jedesmal Angst haben, dass er zusammenbricht, denn die Beine waren mit grossen Klumpen Epoxi Harz an den Tisch geflickt worden und wackelten bedenklich. Auch die Küchenausrüstung war mehr als dürftig. In einer Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern gab es eine Bratpfanne, in die mal grad 2 Spiegeleier passten, die Salatschüssel entsprach der Grösse einer hiesigen Müslischale, wir mussten also einen Kochtopf nehmen. Auch gab es kein einziges Teil, das man in den Backofen stellen konnte. Die absolut desinteressierte Rezeptionistin zuckte immer nur die Schultern und sagte, wir sollen eine mail ans Management schreiben. Vom Management bekamen wir dann die Auskunft, man würde nur die Übernachtung zur Verfügung stellen, den Rest müssten wir selber kaufen. Das Reinigungsspersonal war allerdings sehr bemüht und die die Lage war gut. Ich nenne so etwas Urlauber abzocken.

Ganz wunderbares Personal, die Kommunikation via Mail funktioniert hervorragend, die Service Mitarbeiter Vorort sind fantastisch! Selten so freundliche Empfangsmitarbeiter erlebt, auf all unsere Wünsche wurde perfekt eingegangen. Leider hat nur das Wohnzimmer eine Klimaanlage, das ist sehr schade denn es kann in den Schlafzimmern dann doch arg warm werden. Die Apartments sehen auf den Bildern ein ganz klein wenig Wernigerode aus als sie in Wirklichkeit sind. Ansonsten top! Herrliche Aussicht, schön gelegen!

Overall this is a lovely apartment complex. We arrived around 8pm and reception was closed. We called a mobile number and the caretaker came to let us in. Nice and clean, balcony a decent size and the room was serviced nicely. Enough room for 5 of us (2 adults 3 kids) Reception staff really nice and helpful. They also let us stay past check out time as we had a later flight. Pool is nice, smaller than expected but still quite deep and there is a smaller little one as well. The pool bar was not open the whole time we were there, which was a shame. The hot water in the shower only seemed to last about 5-10 mins, which could be a problem at times but not a massive issue. TV was also very slow and old but that was more an issue for the kids than us. There is a shop on site but very small and items are paid for at reception, which isn’t always open. The walk down to the beach is very steep and takes about 10-15 minutes. My husband would walk back up in about 15 minutes but said it was hard work. There are plenty of taxis by the beach and they vary between €5-7.

Amazing views really recommend . No mini bar by the ball but shops at everywhere in amadores so not hard to get snacks and drinks . Pool is kind of small but deep and they have a little jacuzzi . Also there’s a very cute cat that wanders in and out of the villa !!!

Positive stuff-really helpful and polite staff, great views, although 1km down very steep hill to shops and beach . Clean and bright. Apartment 446 Negatives- apartment's are tired, shower cubicle made of breeze blocks and stained with mould ,poor linen-sometimes with holes, very intermittent wifi. water leaks from electric light fitting and wall in bathroom & induction hob had to call maintenance 3 times to get it going.! Basic & minimal cooking utensils. Stayed the whole Jan 24 - requested a large balcony -given one so small two sunbeds could not be accommodated Fabulous holiday but overall 5 out 10 for apartment. Sorry Chic apartments -cannot recommend these villas.

Very comfortable, very clean and safe place to stay. About a 20 minute walk to the beach, and about 25 minutes to walk back. (The walk back is up a very steep hill). We had sea views from our balcony. The pool is nice and warm. Restaurants/bars are about a 15 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again

We chose this accommodation as we were travelling with two 14 year old boys & wanted a bedroom for them & one for my wife & I. We were not disappointed as the apartments are spacious & very well laid out. There is air con in the lounge, which was sufficient for the time we stayed, however it may not be in July & August. There is a housekeeping service 5 days out of 7 which is more than suffcient & the only negative was the shower which was not very powerful. There is a small on site supermarket which sells the essentials with a larger supermarket below the Altamadores which is next door. We were only there for 5 days so did not really use the pool area until the last day but found it to be very good, the pool is not the biggest but is heated. We used the Pool Bar as well & found the food to be good & extremely reasonable. The beach is a 15 minute walk away & a 5 Euro taxi ride back. The views are stunning down towards Amadores Beach as well. It is not really a place to take young children as there is very little to do other than soak up the sun but we knew this after doing some research & were happy using it as a base to explore Amadores & Puerto Rico.

I don’t want to complain to much as I paid next to nothing for 4 days but it looks as though the owners of the hotel have given up or run out of money. Loads of general maintenance needed & smell of drains in the bathroom. Balcony also needs loads of attention as the decking is falling apart. Hardly seen any staff but those I did see were polite. Pool is tiny in comparison with photos.
